I had an Impala that struggled to come back to life.I trusted my vehicle in their hands and they worked magic!! My car has been running for about three months since my visit. No shutdown mid driving, no kicking from my engine. It has a minor misfire, but it doesn't affect performance. 10/10 would put my vehicle in this shop if needed.They do honest work at a decent price, and he kept me up to date each step of the way.

They were very very nice and courteous. The place we got my radiator from got the wrong one and goochs was amazing especially with patience on us taking a another day to get one and had my car 4eady within a couple of hours they did a great job my car runs beautifully. I do thank them greatly.

My sister's car broke down on her way from Memphis to Huntsville, and these guys couldn't have been more accommodating. They quoted me a great price on the phone and got on replacing the water pump extremely fast as promised. Very pleased with communication and honesty.

These guys are awesome! My car stopped on me at a gas station James closed the shop, met me, and looked over my vehicle, he also told me what was wrong with it right there. He called around looking for parts and towing got great deals and ensured that I was ok offered me a ride home he then picked me up from home took me to the shop to pick up my vehicle.thank you guys for taking care of me and big red!!!

I was running hot when I rolled up in Gooch's, and in less than 3 hrs. I rolled out cooler than Iceberg lettuce in the produce section. Real service, in real situations!
