My freezer went out on my extra refrigerator so I had to get something else for my household of 7. So, I got our family the biggest deep-freezer in the store. I didn't pay straight up cash but qualified on the 90 day same as cash program. The sales representative was very friendly and very helpful on my selection, he has knowledge on the products that helped with my decision making. Thank you Frederickson's

They helped me find a repair man for my refrigerator. Then when I decided to replace it later they found me a great deal. Fredrickson's is very willing to go the extra mile to make a customer happy.

Highly disappointed when told they had to remove my motor to replace a starter on my 95 Rodeo 4WD. A starter was placed on it 7 years ago without removing the motor. I've heard several complaints with them, yet my husband wanted to give them a chance based on recommendation from a relative. The staff was welcoming when I dropped my vehicle off though. I can't say the same when I picked it up. Disappointed and will not recommend....

This store has a wide variety of useful items. We were looking for a replacement seal for a stand up freezer and they had it. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will access their services in the future.

I was in a bind due to a flat tire that couldn't be fixed but they had to order a new replacement tire. I had an out of town doctor's appointment the next day and they worked with me to get me to my appointment. Great service.

Incredibly happy about the exhaust work they did. I went from dual to a single exhaust and did it for a GREAT price. I will definitely be using them again.

The manager Tony is great! I had an issue with my order, but he didn't rest until he made it right. I give him 5 stars for his customer service alone. I will definitely be back. If you are in the market for any appliances or automotive needs go by and they will not disappoint you!!

When I tell you I would 10 star if I could. I called this morning with the emergency of my fridge not cooling. They worked me in immediately. Like within the hour immediately. And the gentleman who came out immediately found the problem of the fan not working. Fixed it very fast....had the part on his truck. Should have my fridge back to cool this afternoon. I am beyond pleased with the service I have received.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

What a great place to shop for appliances! Hands down, best equipment, best sales, and best service! These people stand behind what they sell. Used them for several purchases over the years. Any warranty issues were resolved quickly. Highly recommend trying them before going to the big box stores!!!!

While the customer service is great and they offer many different services. I do feel that their hourly car service technicians are underpaid. Especially when they are called in, on a day they requested to be off. I feel if you're going to have half the shop calling your employee telling that person that they NEED you to come in regardless of the plans they had previously made. They should DEFINITELY be paid more. Especially when that employees is there mon-sat. Every week. And VERY RARELY takes off.Food for thought.

Luke Gasque was extremely knowledgeable & helpful with our purchase of all new kitchen appliances. He always texted back promptly and kept us apprised of the estimated time when we could expect them. Fredricksons prices were the best and shipping took only 2 days to arrive.Great customer service will always purchase any appliances from them

I ve purchased a fridge, washer & dryer, new car tires, and auto repairmore than once....as well as 3 things delivered. They have a huge inventory to choose from..Great from beginning to end, plus very friendly, informative, & courteous! Their service is as good as it gets! LMost of all, I can trust them. They fixed something simple in my car & didn t charge me because it was quick & easy to do.Go there & you will be amazed at all they have, & the prices!

Love these guys!! Was shopping for a new washer and dryer and decided to stop in to check them out. Ended up saving around $1,000 versus buying the same machines at Lowe's or some place like that! Ended up buying a chest freezer too with the money I saved. The customer service and sales guys were great, and the delivery was excellent. The biggest thing I was dreading about new appliances was getting them up to my second story apartment and installing them, and they took care of it while I was at work, I never had to worry about a thing. I refer my friends to them all the time now.

I put a down payment for my appliances from this place. Most of the time when I call to get a status (shipment is delayed due to COVID) I can't talk to the person who is supposed to be handling my order. This morning, I had the (dis)pleasure of reaching one of my contact's associates who 1) told me my associate would be out, 2) told me that manager was out for the day (but it seemed he had to think about that one a little) 3) was generally rude and jumping to conclusions and 4) did not do anything to help. Seems like everyone here should be a team and think about the impression they leave with the customer when they are unresponsive and unhelpful. Perhaps it is because I am from out of town, that they don't have to take the time to provide (at least to me) adequate customer service.

Got a washer from here. Cheaper than lowes and home depot. Especially since they never have what you want in stock, at those other stores.Frederickson had a really big selection! I would recommend them to everyone! Only problem is i wished i would have checked out the bent and dent section.
