Great service. Bought set of tires last year from Bob s (included free rotation & free flat fix). Already 2 rotations; today free flat fix & rotation. Even if busy, they try to do quick service for their customers. Bob Reynolds believes in good customer service.

Came in visiting from out of town and needed 4 new tires for my elderly Mom's car ASAP. Hard to find size tire, but they had it in stock and had em mounted in an hour. Super nice people. Would 100% recommend.

We started using Bob s when we moved to Sheffield, and we will never use anyone else. They re quick, do great work, and they are straight shooters who will never try to up-sell you. Can t say enough good things about Bob s!

My niece has a car with damaged clad covered lug nuts. Couldn't remove them. Went to a couple places, no luck. Came here with my brother. Theses guys took the time, replaced the lugs with a solid steel ones. Saved the day. I highly recommend. They get the job done.

Bob's Tire great place to get your next set of tires, known Bob for a long time. Bob is a very honest man and will do you right, had problems with my tires sold me a set of Goodyear tires at a great price. He will do the right thing for you! I highly recommend!!

If you're in Florence or surrounding cities, and need anything done to your vehicle, Bob's is the best! I have been to many mechanics over the years and Bob's is by far the most dependable HONEST shop I've ever been to and always offers incredible customer service! My family has done business with them for years and they have been such a blessing to us.

One star and done! This used to be a great place for to buy tires but not anymore unless you want to pay someone else to rotate them!I ve been in three times in the last few months and still don t have to hem rotated. You have to leave your car for hours to have a simple rotation done!

Had been to 2 other tire shops who couldn't find the source of my slow leak. These guys immediately found it. Great friendly place. They will definitely get all my business from now on.

Bob and His staff is ALL Top Notch. They have always been very helpful and able to get to my vehicles quickly. Prices can not be beat on their products and services. I will bring all my vehicles to Bob's Tire for service. Thanks guys for all you do and all the help.

Been a customer of Bobs for years! I have several vehicles and would not go anywhere else! When we walk in we are always greeted with a smile, hug or handshake! You will be treated like family!

I never give reviews but this place is one of the worst tire places I've ever been to. They charged me $380 4 used tires saying they were brand new yet there were three years old. And two of them were so dry rotted one of them end up breaking in half while I was on the road. Unless you just want to waste money I wouldn't suggest going to these people.

In mid February I brought my truck in for tire rotation. I specifically asked them to check wheel bearings and brakes, as I had suspected they were bad. I was assured both were fine and the sounds I was hearing was "due the lack of rotation". I tried to tell them they had rotated less than 5,000 miles ago, so that's not the issue.Fast forward two weeks and, as I suspected, wheel bearing was bad. Left me stranded, had the truck towed in, and while discussing things with them "a bad wheel bearing. Had we fixed it when we noticed the problem this issue could have been avoided." Now, mind you, just two weeks ago it was fine. Now, I'm here, yet again, with the same issues as before. Guy was rude when I was telling him about the issue. Told me it was bad wheel bearing and it needed to be replaced. I told them it was new, or according to the receipt I have says I paid for a new one. Guys have been rude the entire time I've been here today.I have lost all respect and trust for them.

Bob has gone above and beyond the minimum required for us several times over the last few years. They sell quality tires just a few dollars cheaper than anywhere else in town. The only place I've ever found cheaper tires was Walmart, but I trust the team at Bob's considerably more than anywhere else.

Everywhere else gave me the run around or tried selling me what I didn't want.Bob's tire beat everyone's price + no hassle.I'd go back for sure!
