They are usually great in-fact I got truck oil changed the day before the next day my car but when I got home I was dripping spilled oil everywhere I was hot thought I was leaking oil turned out the tech just spilled oil everywhere and he didn t put the bottom plastic parts back on rite I was very upset !

Horrible service. I had an 8:00 appointment. Got checked in by an employee, Dropped my car off at 7:50. At 11:30 when I hadn't heard anything I went back up there only to find out they hadn't touched my car. That I got kicked out of their system or something they said. They were not apologetic or tried to fix it. Never again.

Pink hair tech who is supposed to sign people in, messed up the woman's tire desires in front of me, which took up extra time. On top of sitting out back sitting on cement curb doing NOTHING for thirty minutes, and hour and half before closing to come back and say, appointment only... Ridiculous way to treat customers who have already been at work all day.

I just want to say a HUGE thank you to Jamie the tire and lube manager... I had an issue today with the wrong tires being shipped to the store. I told her the issue due to them already being installed and she went above and beyond to help get me the correct size I needed and got me back into rotation to get the correct tires on my truck. Also wanna say a huge shout out to the guys in the shop for all their hard work day in and day out. Thank y'all so much for helping me solve this issue without any complaining negative words and all of them kept a smile on their face .... yes sometimes they get busy as they where today but I seen them handle it without any issues... Great job to all the staff here.

I was the only one in line for an oil change, I had to wait 20 minutes for paw paw to find the hand held device to put my order in the computer then he let someone else get in front me. It went down hill from there.

Very friendly and helpful. I I got there close to closing time, but they helped me out even though they were ready to call it quits for the day.

They get it done but it takes quite awhile. Asked for 265/65/16 and they said I needed 245 that's not the specs on my vehicle but I needed them.

This has got to be the worst experience I ve ever had getting an oil change. I got up here at 9:00am. It is currently 11:33am and they still have not gotten to my car. They have pulled this poor guys car out of the bay to work on someone else s car then a hour later put his car back in the line. They refuse to tell you anything on the time frame or if there is a problem so we could go else where. They work on their friends car before yours. You could be here for hours, their friends just pull up and they get service. They sit in the bay talking to them. This whole area needs new staff.

They wouldn't answer the phone. Finally got an answer yesterday when the web site said they had a tire I needed but they said they didn't. This is not my first complaint with this location.

I made an appointment 48 hrs in advance and showed up early. The attendant pointed me to the only empty bay and said they had gotten it ready for me. So I parked in front of the chain and went inside. I caught a great roll back deal on a set of tires and because I had a quote, the price was locked for 30 days. I'm really glad because they almost doubled in price, and I would have had to order them and wait two days. The only complaint I had was it took close to 3 hours. I saw over a dozen customers walk in, and finish up before they even started on my car. They even moved my car so they could use the bay it was in. I understand an oil change is the shorter job, but not 20. Making an appointment will get a item reserved for your vehicle which was great for me as I bought the last 4 of those brand tires,but you won't be seen any sooner. The employees were courteous, and I have no complaints about the product.

I pulled up and waited to be checked in for a long time. After seeing workers walking in and out, I pulled up and walked in. The counter clerk said I had to be in my vehicle to get checked in. After I stated I had been waiting, she said the mechanics are working on vehicles and cannot start a ticket on me. I purchased an item at the counter before heading back out to get BACK in line and then she stated they were no longer taking any more customers today. There were no other cars waiting and it was only about 4:45PM and they were supposed to be open till 7PM.Service: Battery

Showed up at 8:45am to get 2 tires. They tried to sell me $300 tires saying that was the only ones they had in stock that fit my car. The lady rudely told me I needed to go check my tire size. When I told them I saw online they had cheaper tires on stock on the size I needed, she acted as if I insulted her. Not only was the short blonde lady who was working the register extremely RUDE and unprofessional, the techs told me multiple times that my car was about to be pulled in . I came in at 8:45 - they did not get with my car until 12:30. As o was leaving the parking lot my tire pressure light came on so I pulled over. The psi was 26 when it should have been 35! I DO NOT recommend getting auto work done here EVER.Service: Tires

Time management isn't a concern here. Got there at 8:30 waited almost 20 minutes to be serviced and pulled into the lot. 2 hours later with only 2 cars ahead of mine, my car finally has an OIL CHANGE done. Meanwhile, my car had been finished before the 2 hours progressed but people proceeded to walk around, take their sweet time, talk with other coworkers, and work on the car behind mine. Instead of taking up time and space, my car could have been pulled out the garage and parked allowing me to pay and leave while the next car could get serviced.

Great customer service, fast, in opinion. I had an oil change, four new tires, and new windshield wipers installed as I. on My Honor I came in at 5 in the afternoon and was out by 6 with groceries and all services perfectly performed by wonderful team in the tire lube express center of Walmart thank you for your great service!

I came up here to have the tire on one wheel changed. I didn t even get it installed on my car as I was thinking it would be faster to have them do the tire swap on my wheel then I put it on my car when I got home. But nooo I was up there for more than two hours waiting to have one wheels tire changed and balanced. Terrible work ethic and they clearly do not care about their customers and how much time they spend waiting on them.

I have literally used them for 10 years consistently whenever I need anything tire related or I give recommendations to friends and family.. not anymore.. it's gone downhill no communication, tickets written incorrectly, slow, always shorthanded, and last there is always excuses and no action. Won't be coming back after 3 hour wait for one tire to be replaced after I waited two hours for them to accidentally plug the tire when I wanted it replaced in the beginning total of 5 hours with a small child in Walmart is not a nice day then they didn't care about my experience at all just pay and get out of our face attitudes. The guy with the beard and guages will make you angry with his smart mouth!

This place has great deals on tires. The reason they got 1 star is because the workers are "on the clock" AND IT SHOWS! They stand around talking, playing, and laughing. They get 1 tire done an hour. And when you are getting 4 done, you are there for FOUR hours. All the privately owned places gets you in and out in an hour....JS

There was about 6 vehikels ahead of me when I arrived. Theo quickly wrote my ticket up and got me on my way. 1hr later i received a text informing me That my services were starting.

If you're going to advertise open until 7. You should be. At 630 I need a very simple tire swap.(so I can go to work tomorrow) you are by far not too bustfor the task. Yet your lazy employees inform us you aren't taking any more tickets... That's real work ethic right there...and before you think I don't know how hard that job is I'm an arm amputee fleet diesel mechanic who slings 22.5 tires and 80lb turbos for a living. Do your damn job or go home.

Had two tires installed on car. Waited too long having my 92 year old mother with me. I did enjoy my conversations with the manager and the assistant manager.

Dash showed low air pressure in one of the tires. It had a nail which was in the sidewalk and was told that it needed to be replaced. The whole job took less than one hour. Good place to go

Nope. Never again. I used the Walmart auto center when I lived in MI and it was flawless. In Alabama, thus far, it has been an absolute mess. They lie, they cheat, they steal. It's terrible. Never. Ever. Again.

Keep showing on paper I came in with oil leak but I didn't if I do got oil leak cause they caused it

They do the job, the prices are pretty good too, I'd definitely recommend coming here if you need a tire. If you know how to change oil do it yourself though.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! We were told that getting an oil change would take about an hour and a half... we have been here for 2 hours and 45 minutes so far and still haven't gotten our car back!! It is absolutely ridiculous and I would not advise anyone to come here!

The manager was very professional and helped me when I complained about his emploee leaving a greasy hand print on my console. The time it took was good considering its a Saturday morning.
