They sold me the wrong transmission. They gave me one for a 3.0 when I needed a 4.0. never going to do business with these people again especially since I live 2 hours away

Called a month after purchasing motor because they sold me the wrong motor. Not only were they not helpful, they hung up in my face multiple times and cursed at me repeatedly on the phone. Furthermore, once they realized their mistake, they only offered me my money back on the motor. No labor offer, no apology, no offer to give anything towards gas as I live 3 hours away. To add, they didn t have the motor I needed on the yard, so now I have two choices, drive ask the way over there again and lose it on them for their extremely poor professionalism to get my money back and lose more money. Or keep the motor and sell it myself. Sad thing is, I own plenty of cars and was planning to use them from now on, DON T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I was picking up a 2.7 Tiburon engine from them and got lost trying to find them. The guy on the phone took his time to find exactly where I was and pointed me in the right direction. I got there, engine was still the same price and very cheap in comparison to anyone else around, they even left a majority of the harness still attached so I could do some wiring repairs.The only thing i was disappointed about was that my buddy couldn't pay over the phone unless he was going to present. But I'm not even mad about that, Policies are Policies.ALL THESE PEOPLE COMPLAING ABOUT POOR SERVICE AND HARNESS'S BEING CUT MUST NOT UNDERSTAND HOW A SALVAGE YARD IS RUN OR JUST WHINING TO WHINE. THEY ARE NOT AN AUTO PARTS STORE.Everything I received was just as expected, the customer service was what it should be. I just hope this engine runs as good as their quality of customer service.Great place, I would recommend 100% best price around, great service.Thanks a bunch guys!!!

Fantastic service! Cleatus is very patient and kind; he is a wonderful human being; he volunteers with special needs children and helps society in other ways also. I strongly recommend this business to everyone! I'm very happy I chose this place and will definitely go there again in the future.

This place is running a scam! Bought an engine and when I called to get the VIN for the car it was being pulled from I was given the wrong VIN( I saw that car was recyled on Carfax. )After finally getting the "correct" VIN the Carfax never showed it getting to mobile from Washington so I asked the guy if he could let me see the car or take a current picture of it, then all the sudden I had a bad attitude. The owner flipped out did a 360 and erupted saying we had a bad attitude would not be getting service from them even though we were being as polite as possible and there was a 775$ invoice already paid. Avoid this place at all cost especially if you're inexperienced they will prey on you! I don't believe they ever owned that car and we're about to dump a bad engine on a bunch of kids.They acted like this car was new and not in the computer yet, the guy even went to "check" the transmission outside for us, but when we went to pick up the engine in two days we were told it was on another lot and the driver was bringing it later that day so we could not see it. The front desk lady was helping us until the owner asked if we were the gentleman with the engine and then he told her to stop and said he would help us personally.Avoid this place at all cost especially if you're inexperienced or young they will prey on you! Their bad attitude no service is simply used as an excuse when they get busted in a scam. Thankfully I was able to get a refund but I doubt everyone will be that lucky.

If your not local I don t suggest driving here to avoid wasted time. Was told twice over the phone that they had an engine in stock and asked them to make sure since I was driving over 2 hours to get it. Got their and was told it need to be pulled still, then they couldn t find the car, and finally after over and hour was told they sold it a while ago. Almost half a day wasted.Price of the engine seemed fair enough to deserve a second star.

not professional. trans I got from them was a great price... except that all wires were cut (too lazy to unclip the connectors 6 inches from where it was cut). both starter bolt holes were stripped out, both of the trans mount bolts were broken off in the rear bell housing... it's a junk yard, they sell junk. beware of what you purchase at this establishment, if you think you're going save money, just wait until you have to pay a machinist or a mechanic to fix the things they break to remove your part from the donor car.

This is no longer a u pull it yard. You can't go on the lot at all.I asked about a specific part and the guy kept suggesting a different car, until I told him that his suggestion would not work. Driveway is pretty badly rutted, don't go after a rain.

I called with a credit card to purchase a motor last Friday. I was promised a return call that never came. No answer on Saturday either. Called this morning to check the status and was told I need to call my bank to see if they charged my card?!? I don't have a lot of money, but I'll not give a dime to any company with such poor customer service. When I complained the old man on the phone could have cared less.

Consummate professionals run Ace Auto Salvage. They will beat the competitions prices, and they always remember a face. The owner is a wonderful man, kind and gentle. He will go out of his way to make sure you get what you need. If you need a part, just call. They have 3 locations, and may even delivery to you.

So this business likes to sell broken parts and then recomend their own mechanic. Well mechanic takes the money for labor and the owner of the this fine establishment says oh well here's your money back for the part that we sold you that's broken and if you want that shop to install a new part that you buy and find its half price. Way to pray on elderly with fixed incomes. I wouldn't recomend this business to my worst enemy. A business is only as good as his word and this place is scum. The right thing to do would be install the part she has to find for free because your faulty part was trash.

Despite the name in Google, this is not a u pull. They pull the part. Their prices seemed very reasonable to me. If you call and they have the part you want, pay ahead and you won't have to wait.

I bought a piece from them Saturday. They wasn't open Sunday. So I had to get another one. I took the part back. I wanted my money back do to getting wrong piece and had to go somewhere else to get the piece. They refusing to give me my money back. They were rude as can be. They asked to look under my hood. They don't need to see under my hood or my receipt for the part. Since my car is running now and it's in front shows I got the new piece or my car wouldn't be there. I wouldn't go to them anymore for how very unprofessional they were. I asked to talk to the owner or someone in charge. The man refused to get sone one higher then him. I want my 82.50 back.

We used to shop here several years back. After new owner took over, The front door is locked 98% of the time. The clown owner always has some pastry shoved in his face so you can't understand his foreign gibberish, if you do talk to anyone, it's always "ok, let me finish with this guy in back", {fictitiously), then you never see him again. A real shi thole.

This is the best place for used auto parts , they are friendly and good prices, l've been dealing with them over 20yrs, Adam&Eric, being a person of color, check this out, l see dummys spending at Counselmans and no people of color work there, wise up people

told me they had parts drove all the way up there just for them to tell me there parts were damaged recommended another place who didnt have any of the parts thanks for wasting my time
