I found my new truck online and after research knew that it was priced right. I would highly recommend dealing with Travis Hogan on your next vehicle purchase. The entire process was a no haggle type of transaction. I was given a price to have this truck shipped to Georgia but was so excited I decided to drive 3 1/2 hours to pick it up. Merchant Ford is going to be suggested to anyone I know that is looking for a new or used vehicle. Absolutely the best auto buying experience I have ever dealt with!

My service visit to Merchant Ford was excellent. The parts clerk were very helpful in advising me of availability of my request. When I arrived at the appointed time Chris greeted me with kindness and proceeed to take care of my vehicle and less than 45 minutes later I was driving away with nothing but good feeling. Thanks to all involved

I dont know if you want new or used, but you need Don Scutt as your guy. His honest, informative and relaxed approach to selling cars is unmatched. I would like every business to have a guy like that on the sales team. He makes this place five stars.

I drove 200 miles, to have one of the easiest car purchases of my life. Great people and that trip saved me $9000 over my in town Honda dealer on the same car. No document fees or dealer extras . I bought a car, from nice folks, who saved me thousands of dollars. Outstanding!!!

I just purchased a brand new Shelby GT500 from this amazing dealership. I am from out of state and this fantastic team from the salesperson Christopher to the managers Jeremy/Charley and the finance guy Eric, all treated me extremely well. I had called over 75 dealerships across the country trying to secure this rare car, and this team went out of their way to answer all my questions, didn t hassle me on price and gave me all the info I requested very quickly. I can tell you, many of the other dealerships I dealt with were downright rude, even when buying a $100k car! They were honest and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Long-Lewis Ford of Selma for anyone buying their next car. These guys are the best!

Dealer had my truck for months could not repair, they diagnosed problem as PCM module.I purchase two reconditioned PCM modules because they are unavailable new from Ford.Dealer still could not resolve the problem.Had my truck towed to another dealer they fixed it in half a day.The problem was a relay.

Today I attempted to buy a new Ford Bronco from these people and aside from my salesperson (Jones) this was the most pitiful experience in car buying I have ever had. I know the vehicle is popular but management would not even come close to accepting my offer for MSRP. I was told that if I wanted the vehicle AT RETAIL PRICE i would have to finance it through them which I do not need to do and I COULDNT EVEN GET A RATE OR HOW MUCH IT WOULD EVENTUALLY COST ME UNLESS I FILLED OUT A CREDIT APP!!! So, I my credit takes a ding in order for me to find out how much I will pay somewhere ABOVE MSRP?? I feel for the employees there who depend on sales commissions when they are restricted from selling cars at retail. The only reason I give them 2 stars is because of Jones and Brandie.

Marceita, Chris and Whitney were AWESOME! They got me in and out for an oil change in 30 minutes! With no appointment! The technicians were extremely knowledgeable and professional! Thank you long Lewis service department! You are a wonderful addition to Selma!

Twice I have been for service and leave with more things wrong than when I arrived. Been twice both times come to find out rotate tires and inspect somehow missed nail in tire. Took to another dealer they spotted within seconds. I have a new dealer.

Service Department is the worst I have ever seen. I was given an appointment date for recall repair. Dropped off the vehicle on that day and later got a call saying they didn t have the part. I was told I could come get the vehicle and they would call me when the part came in. The part should have been ordered the day I was given the appointment. When the repair was finally completed, it was worse than when I took it in. Also they were supposed to order a part for a repair on my wife s car almost two months ago and we haven t heard a word. Terrible service. We re done.

My experience buying my 2022 Honda Accord sport 1.5t was great. Brittany French was great working with. She did everything to make sure I got what I wanted. 2014 Ford Taurus Limited 3.5 naturally aspirated engine. Check engine light on .I called Mr Poe he made appointment for car repair. I was treated like family, no up selling no rip off sales tactics, the car only needed thermostat and I also requested new drive belts and all new radiator hoses plus heater hoses ,plus an oil and filter change. The technician asked I come back,and look at the above mentioned parts and he stated that all of the parts that I wanted replaced were in excellent condition and he would be happy to change these parts. My wife and I just moved to the area last October so I'mLooking for a dealer service department that is both competent and very honest. I am a retired auto mechanic and it is fair to say that I did set up Long Lewis Ford,service department up ,to,fail my test but I'm very happy to say to all that may read this this car service department and the whole team there are honest well trained. I would not recommend this service department for anything. Had my daughters 2021 Honda Accord here twice. The first time it had completely ruined the rear tires from being out of alignment from the dealership. They said they did a four wheel alignment and replaced the bad two tires. Had it in yesterday for the same problem and the first call I get is from the service technician and he said it was way out of alignment and that it had not been aligned right the last time. So after waiting a few hours the service manager calls me and would not cover the damaged tires that was caused by them in the first place had they done it properly we wouldn t be in this situation with bad tires. Also said we needed to bring it back next week for the engine light so they could make some calls as they had no idea what to do with it. My appointment was for 1:00 arrived at 12:00 and at 3:30 they had not performed any maintenance to the car. I will never do business with them again. He also told me I should have an alignment about every 6 months. Don t waste your time with them.

Long Lewis is by far the best place to purchase a vehicle. The no hassle and ease of a new purchase is simply amazing. I went in to just look at the vehicle I saw online and ended up leaving with it. They have the best prices and customer service around. The buying experience is so quick and easy. I was in and out in a little over an hour. If you are looking for a great buying experience see Brittney and she will take care of everything and go over every detail about the vehicle with you. This isn't your normal vehicle buying experience it goes way above that. Wish I could give you more stars but I only had 5 to click on. Thanks Long Lewis and look forward to returning on my next purchase.

I gave Long Lewis 4.5 star before, because I was pleased with their service , until today I paid out over $400 for brakes, rotor and cal. It was just 3 months ago when I took it in for service at Long Lewis Selma were told everything looks good, just need to replace the air filter , my question is why tell people that if they know they haven't checked anything , or rather why check it as good on the inspection form?

Went to look at a 2022 F-150 and was greeted by Christy C, who had so much energy I couldn't keep up. She was very polite, answered ALL of my questions and pointed me in the right direction. This was a refreshing start to my truck buying journey. I will not hesitate to use this dealership when I am ready. And to top it off, the truck was almost as cool as the Long Lewis team!!

The service at long lewis was great as usual and they are really nice and helpful my only problem is when I took my vehicle to have the right lamp fixed and they charged or tried to charge to use the tools that they use on a daily to fix on other people cars I really feel that is a rip off and they shouldn t do that and all the extra things they charge for is crazy but I guess the inflation is part of it but to charge to a customer for the tools they use everyday is crazy !!!!! I still give five stars cause if the curtiousy and the service
