I already had an idea of what I needed for my vehicle, so I started to look around. Unfortunately, I couldn't find it so I went to the front desk. There was someone in front of me so I waited for a few minutes. I finally get to the register, the cashier didn't greet me so I greeted her and she had an attitude. I showed her a picture of what I needed, she said nothing and started looking it up. They didn't have it, I asked if they had any other brands. She said nothing and started to look it up. She only gave me the prices and no context on the items. So I told her which one I wanted, she went and got it. Once I saw the details I asked her to get the other option. she didn't go get it, she showed it and had an attitude so I took a picture off of the computer and she started helping someone else. I told her, I'll come back. I stepped side aside to read the labels and I decided I wasn't buying anything from here so I placed it back on the shelf. I went RIGHT across the street to Auto Zone. They greeted me when I came in the door and was super professional. I got what I needed and it didn't take long at all.

Greeted by name when entering the door. Great customer service and Tonya I think if I remember her name correctly and also one of my best Clinique customers when I was employed at Belk is one of the best asset with your company. Great knowledge and very helpful and teaches you if you don't know what is going on with your vehicle cause I had no idea what cylinder my husband truck is and she looked it up and took me outside to show me where to locate it under the hood. So thanks again Tonya? for that info and customer service. You are a rock star and will be looking u up again.

Leon and Ron are the best. Knowledgeable employees and eager to help. I am local and Leon knows me, but he didn't know my mother. She went in and he took care of her like his own family, so I know they just don't take care of folks they know. My go to parts house.Only complaint is they started closing at 8:00 instead of 9:00.

Usually more expensive than the other parts stores here. Not as helpful either. But sometimes have whT needed.

Machine went down during my transaction. They have all the expensive parts on the floor and reasonably priced items such as wiper blades in the back out of customer reach in inventory area.

The staff there was so helpful in finding the correct part for my ice cream truck. They went beyond their way to find and order the correct parts for my truck. Due to the year make and model of my vehicle it was quite difficult but they took their time to help me solve all of my issues and I am very grateful for the service I received and will certainly return to the Selma Advance Auto parts store. Thank you.

I went in today to buy my intake manifold gasket set. The young lady was kind enough to ask me if I also needed a torque wrench. I was impressed.

Selma Alabama has Rude employees!! never seem to be able to assist customers with respect Or Parts!!I been doing business with advanced auto since the 90's..from Alabama Georgia and IndainaNot just Selma Alabama!..Been living Selma 17 yrs.So this is a Grievance statement...

I Was on a mission of mercy that day rescued a driver in disabled vehicle a few miles away every thing turned OK when asked what's my charge? I replied help some one elsewhere pay it forward!

Because it is nice worker that help you and be nice to you when you buy Parts and anything that you need. And it very important to be nice to customer when you are working long hour during the day.

Polite enough, but i ask them to look up an oil filter to make sure I got the right one for triton 10 motor, he tried showing the guy waiting on me how to do that, and when it didn't work on the computer he said, oh it will probably be ok and turned away.?
