Sick to death of being robbed by towing companies. Should have never had to call them but i have an incompetent truck driver. That being said, This outfit charged me $870 to winch an empty trailer out of a curve. Wow! I was thinking $500 tops but would have had no problem paying that. $870 though. I know what it cost to operate. It s people like you that put small trucking companies out of business. I would like to believe that since you royally screwed me today that you will lose. However, bloodsucking people that are out for themselves seems to always prevail. Use that $870 to polish your damn trucks a little more. Cheers:)

Motorcycle had a breakdown between Guntersville and Scottsboro yesterday. Cut in back tire. Great and friendly service. They definitely know how to tow a motorcycle!!! Can't thank them enough.

They have helped us several times when we ve had company vehicles break down or need towed. Typically when a company like this is needed, it s at a very un-opportune time, but they always make the experience as pleasant as possible. They take caution with how they attach to the vehicles and approach every aspect in a professional manner. I would give than 5 stars if I could.

I've had to call on complete towing a couple of times now and they have fast friendly service and affordable too! I would recommend them to anyone for any of your towing needs even if it's a little bigger than average towing request complete towing got it done for me and I'm sure they can for you too! Give them a call next you break down or lock your keys up in your car, or like me bought a vechile without getting a key..they will take care of you! Thanks guys!

I had them bring my 78 Chevy Impala back to the house before and let me tell you they are so kind and caring I'm so glad that they helped me but now I am trying to find my Impala because a month or two ago it was totaled and I hope that they have it and I hope that I am allowed to go back there and see it

I waited 6 hours for this irresponsible and non-concerned heartless individual to respond to us for a requested tow placed to them directly and through AAA. They made every excuse in the book for refusing service to us for our SMALL travel trailer. We would have paid up to $500 to get us some place safe but this unprofessional company left two disabled senior citizens on the side of the road well over seven hours long on a cold night and even when called after midnight would not commit to providing us service the following day and only commented I don t know what to tell you. We had to get help from my son in Raeford, NC, over 500 miles away, rather than rely on this local business.This is a despicable human being with an I don t care attitude. I know karma will find this heartless S.O.B. the reward be so justly deserves.

I was rear ended driving through Scottsboro. The guys at Complete Towing and Recovery were nice enough to pick me up from the Hospital so I could get my things out of my car while my ride showed up. It saved my maybe about a 45m walk after an accident. Very grateful for their gratitude. The folks over there are awesome and supremely kind.

This place is AMAZING! Mathew went absolutely above and beyond the call of duty to help me out with a large cargo trailer that we hit a bridge embankment with and blew out both tires and ruined both axles on the trailer. He went out at almost midnight to look at and secure the trailer for me (I was in Atlanta). HE then traveled over 5 hrs one way to purchase the new axles, brought them back, put them on, made some welding repairs and had me going again on only 3 days even over a weekend. And he did it with a very reasonable price... ABOVE AND BEYOND... They were a lifesaver to us and the trailer is now like new again!!! Thanks so much, would give them 10 stars if it would let me!!!Service: Special vehicle towing

We were coming through Alabama from Utah on a cross country trip and lost the rear wheel off our 25 FB Airstream Travel Trailer after pulling off the highway to get gas. Precision Towing was so helpful to us. They came to our location, assessed the situation, devised a game plan and began work on not only towing our AS but also fixing our wheel bearing. We feel so fortunate to have found them and highly recommend their professional and efficient staff. They represent the very best in their industry. Everyone was so kind to our little family, we cannot thank you enough for all you did for us.

Thank God, I thought you would never ask about this company and I had to look to be sure. The card I have says Precision Towing and Recovery. I love this company and the staff. I trust , Patrick,Amy and Justin with ALL my towing needs. So much if Scottsboro ONLY had ONE towing company it should be this one. Awesome bunch of people, that do a wonderful job at your worst time.

I recently got stranded in the middle of a 3-hour drive - in Scottsboro, on a Sunday afternoon when everything is closed! After unsuccessful attempts with a total of 3 strangers to stop the crazy loud car alarm & get the car to start again, I finally called AAA- wish I d done that sooner! They promised that a tow truck & driver would arrive in about an hour, & he did- but he contacted me as well. Upon his arrival, I still had no idea where to tell him to tow me to! Fortunately he knew what I (in my stressed state) had forgotten: I have AAA Plus- entitling me to a free 100-mile tow!! He hooked me up & drove me an hour back to my dad s in Madison, & even backed the car into his garage!!! He was professional & courteous, and when I apologized for messing up his Sunday afternoon, he was very gracious. I was able to use another car & make my trip - late but safe. Thank you- Complete Towing & AAA!!

The best in every regard. The facility is beautiful, immaculate, and the people are the most customer focused you will ever encounter. Think of a luxury dealer and then multiple that image by 3 to get an idea.
