Jeff and the guys at Tire Works are absolutely fantastic! I brought them my truck and had a set of tires put on it. I picked it up and drove it home and parked it for a couple of days. Drove it to work, and I didn't like the feel of the tires at all. Talked to Jeff about my concerns. He told me to bring it in. He put another brand on it and called to tell me he felt the same issues I had described, even in the second set. He put my truck on the rack and inspected it. He told me he found nothing wrong with the truck and that it had to be the new tires. So he put another brand on it, which eliminated the issues and had the truck back to driving like it should.. He did all this with no extra cost to me. I have never received such great service and honesty from any tire dealer ever. These folks are honest to the core, and customer safety and satisfaction are their top priority. Thanks, Jeff!!

I received excellent care and customer service. Feeling so thankful for The Tire Works as I had a flat tire, which is pretty inconvenient, but they took care of it so fast and truly made the best of it!

Today was my second time coming to tire works for a nail in my tire and they are always extremely professional, fast and HONEST!!! You can be assured that when you go they will not try to take advantage and I will ALWAYS come to them for my tire issues!

Always outstanding service, may have to order oddball sizes and trailer tires. But they usually have most common sizes on hand. Although if not, they will be that afternoon or next day.

I ve been using Tire Works for over 10 years and have always been more than satisfied. The guys who work there are always ready to help and do great work. They sell quality tires and stand behind their work. I definitely recommend them if your in the market for tires or car service.

I was in a bind needing a tire for my daughter s vehicle Toyota Camry Really bad. Man they really got me fixed up fast. great prices and very Fast service. Very honest people I highly recommend Then to anybody that needs any work done as far as tires oil change brakes go see them

Wesley has been great! No problem giving me an out the door quote and getting everything setup around my schedule from ordering tires to having them installed even saving my best old tire to use as a spare. My tires are over sized and the spare was a factory size. I did have an issue with the installation. The tires i chose had different side wall tread patterns and one got turned different than all the rest.The issue was quickly fixed and no fuss from anyone.In my experience this is a fantastic place to do business and i will definitely be returning for more tires and various work in the future.

The best service, professional and caring!I trust them with my vehicle and making sure it s 110% ready to roll. They are fast, affordable and hard working. Definitely suggest coming here if you need anything done on your vehicle!

Been coming here for years always get a fair deal and always get honest answers to what the problems are. I've used several different tire and auto places in and around saraland but always seem to come back here.

Jeff and team were wonderful. I was told by another tire place where I took my car for an oil change that I needed new tires, struts and shocks which was over $2000. I brought my car to Tire Works for a second opinion. My front tires were worn but not to the extent the other place told me they were. My struts and shocks are fine and do not need replacing. Jeff was fair and took care of me. I will never go anywhere else. Lesson learned. Thanks again guys

I went in with a slow leak in my tire. They were all gentleman and very helpful. I was in and out within 20 minutes great prices. I will be buying my next set of tires from them.

Tire pressure monitor and bad valve stem. Prompt and courteous service. Quality repairs guaranteed. Cost was really minimal.

I thought I had a bad axle bearing on my boat trailer. I took it to Tire Works and they inspected it and said that I needed a new one rather than patch it. And they didn't charge me for looking at it. Thanks guys

The other day I was in Saraland. My car started driving horrible and I was afraid to drive it back home (30 mins away) I believe it was last Wednesday. I looked at tire it had wires sticking out bad. There was no way I could make it home. I looked up tire shops near me. Found i was close to Tire Works but they closed in 5 mins. I didn't think Id make it there and didnt know anyone in the area or anyone who would come to help me. I hated going that close to close. The guy was nice as coukd be even tho im sure he was ready to get off. He didnt act like I was a problem at all . i felt so bad . I asked him if he could just put my spare on my car. He happily did. He was so nice. I think he did it in less than 2 or 3 mins. I was in a hurry so that was so super cool. He didn't charge me. I hope this doesn't get him in trouble. I felt bad I wanted to pay him . I had a horrible day and everything was going wrong. His niceness changed my day . it made me feel like there were good people in this world and I just felt so thankful for this place and that guy. I wish I knew his name. I just knee I was gonna be stuck in saraland and not be able to get any help and even though I showed up prob 3 mins befire closing he didnt act as if that mattered. He was gapoy to help. Rarely you find that anywhere anymore. Well I dont. I definitely recommend Tire Works.

Tire Works is a locally owned service center for all my tire, brake, & alignment needs. They are very busy so it's essential to be there at 7:30 am or you might want to drop it off & leave it or pack a lunch!

Went somewhere else this past week to get tires rotated and balanced and let them know that one of the tires was leaking supposed to have fixed. They only aired it back up. I had to take it to Tire Works today they are awesome. Thanks fellows. And Jeff

Professional and Experienced!Had taken my vehicle to a shop out on Hwy 90 that stated front-end needed total rebuilding before alignment could be done at 1000+ dollars. Tire Works said only part bad was an inner tie rod end. Alignment + repair $215. Support Local Businesses!!

I had a wheel bearing replaced at this location and after a few days of driving with the new bearing I discovered my lug nuts had only been hand tightened when my wheel was making squeaking noises due to almost falling off. Also when I picked up my truck I was still in their parking lot and went to open rear passenger door and my handle magically came completely removed from my truck door. I do recall prior to dropping off my truck there that All of my doors opened properly and all handles Were securely attached. It is my belief that these people sabatoged my vehicle in an attempt to cause more damage before I even left their property so they could fix their own sabatage and charge me again for additional repairs.

Great place to buy tires and very friendly. Also, when you ask them questions, they will help you out an not dismiss you. And I love to go somewhere, that everyone knows your name. Great prices.
