This has been the worst experience ever. Every vehicle I brought to Superior has some type of issue from the quality of work. Reschedule is a joke. Bring a vehicle back to get issues corrected, they don t even start on it. My heart is to support smaller businesses but this has been a lesson learned. Cheaper is not better. Wish I would ve went with a reputable company.

They have bad customer service, and they are not good or professional at What they do at all. Take your car or truck elsewhere, but there. This place does a Piss poor job Literally!!! When I tell you the work speaks for itself, it speaks. Superior takes time and makes sure your car is looking great before you get it back. The wait was long then expected but it was worth the wait. Tint was phenomenal, so good I brought every last one of my cars here. Great place and best kept secret.

Calvin did an awesome job on my VW Jetta window tint. One of the window, the tint was messed up. He stood behind his work and made it right. Honest price and obviously cares about the final job. Kalvin has tented the windows on my last 3 trucks and I always recommend him if anyone needs a professional tent job done.Very nice guys and you will be hard pressed to beat his price.

One of the best places to get tint and audio needs taken care of! Very straight forward, honest and professional, and to top it all off, a GREAT price! The folks here took care of my car same day, and I have held onto my review for a year to see how it held up. One of the best tint jobs ive ever paid for, I'll take all of my vehicles and recommend all of my friends to go to this shop.

Took my truck here about 10 months ago to get tinted and they did an excellent job. They charged a fair and affordable price for any budget. If you want your windows tinted and done right this is a great tint shop to take your vehicle to.

Very friendly and excellent prices. I had a back-up camera put on both of my vehicles and the windows tinted on my truck. They charged me a total of $320. I highly recommend visiting them. Very professional!

Had a problem with newly install radio killing battery. Spent a month looking for problem with all types of experts and a gm dealership. Superior found the problem in 30 second. Prices where good and service where great. If your momma car need tint or stereo take it to superior. GREAT JOB

Took an after market radio there to be installed in place of another after market radio already installed. The owner himself installed it and he did it in less than 15 minutes. Great deal right? Wrong. I already had a back up camera installed and hooked up to the old system. Dude didn't hook up the wires of the back up camera to the new system he installed. I was in a rush so left and came back another day. Dude tells me the new system didn't have an back up camera input. Yea Right. I wouldn't have bought the system if that was the case. I take it to an Audio shop that I use all the time to get all my stuff installed including the other after market radio that was replaced by the new one. They call me to the back and show me where the wires where just thrown in the back of the dash versus using just 1 cable tie and where on the back of the system, it clearly has a wire and and input that says CAM. Not to mention they gave me a dash kit that fit the radio so you can't see the gap between the head unit and the dash board. I've gotten a lot of cars tinted here by other workers, but never had the manager himself work on my car and never got electronics installed here and will never again. How you own a shop but your workers do a better job than you? Hope ya enjoy that over priced $ 75 cux it's the last dime you getting outta me.

The most honest customer service that I've ever experienced! I've had a radio installed in one vehicle and tint on another and both times the work was on point and the price for services was the best I've ever seen!

The services offered and the work performed not only met my expectations but exceeded the service of places I have used in the past. The owner takes personal pride in operating this business and he is patient kind and most understanding providing services that is professional and work that is quality work while providing a comfortable, friendly atmosohere. I would recomnend his services to everyone. In my opinion this business is #1 place in Saraland to have tinted windows done correctly, professionally and quickly. DON'T GO HERE!!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE! !If you don't feel like reading the entire review I understand so the short version is this.My truck left there worse than it went in and I paid them almost $300 to do that. Lights now don't work, instrument lights don't work, if I turn the AC on after starting the truck it resets the audio system. Wires hanging, trash left in the truck and really, REALLY poor service and lack of respect. When I told the owner about the problems and that I simply wanted a refund for labor only because I don't feel comfortable letting them back into my wiring he said "good luck bro! Try and get your money back and I'll sue YOU!".I never want back because after checking the receipt it clearly says no refunds which makes sense when you do work like this.The quality of workmanship AND professionalism was and still is the worst I've ever encountered.I have NEVER written a review and I'm 30 years old and have dealt a lot in business. The fact that I'm writing this review is an extreme for me.The stereo system they " installed " for me is very cut and dry. I supplied the head unit, subwoofer and amp for '02 Tahoe. When I called to make an appointment they said come in first thing Monday (I called on Friday ) and this wasn't a problem for me.When I called Monday morning to find out why my fiance was waiting in the parking lot for 45 minutes just to see someone they told me they're audio guy doesn't work Mondays but "they'll make it work".After 4 hours of "installing" she finally left. When I got home from work and inspected the work I found the following:1) Wires freely hanging run across my pedals.2) The sub and amp were installed on the wrong side of the vehicle after being told 5 times and told to 3 different employees where to put it. I even set it up on the side I wanted it on and they put it opposite.3) I was told they tune the system before it leaves the shop. They're " tuning " involved them turning everything to the maximum capacity and leaving it. Dangerous to any electronics.4) They didn't have the materials needed to do a professional installation on my head unit (which is a $650 Kenwood double din) so I still have spaces beside the unit and looks like ass and nothing like a factory install like they assured me it would.6) Left trash wire and clippings all through out my truck. When I mentioned this the OWNER told me "there was already trash there." There wasn't. I keep a clean truck. And when I mentioned the poorly ran wiring he told me it couldn't be because he did the wiring HIMSELF! !I could list more but you get the idea and as I said I don't write reviews. Please take my advise and do not use this place. It's now costing me double to have someone else fix their handy work.

Cheapest place I could find. They did a good job. The waiting area could use some work though, they only have two good chairs. I am glad the television was on a family friendly channel.

So far, Not so good! Came by Friday, was told be here @9am Saturday. I'm here WAITING still nobody here @ 9:30am. When they showed up at 10:15, The price I was quoted was with a New amp they used the one in the Jeep already. No Change in price. I also bought a Steel casing for radio it be installed IN, with tray the slid out to hold "whatever" forgot to install, then stuck it in backwards, Where it still slides in but falls OUT if pulled too far. It has tabs built in to keep it in. But NOT when put in backwards.Thanks>>>>>>>
