I recently had the pleasure of visiting Pelc Tire and Auto Service Center, and I must say, their exceptional service and expertise left me thoroughly impressed. My family highly recommended me to Pelc for a slow leak repair. I came in at 5pm and the ladies were so NICE to get me taken care of before they closed. Also helped me with some tire prices as well. This place takes customer service seriously. I will definitely be back l!

I came in because my tire pressure sensor indicated lower pressure in one tire.They called me by my name when I walked in the door and asked what they could do for me. I was blown away! Even though they were busy, someone had seen my car as I pulled into the lot, checked my tag, and already had me pulled up on the computer by the time I had walked in! What kind of place offers that kind of customer care?My tire was inexpensively repaired within minutes and I was on my way. The customer service and professional repair eased my mind and made me a customer for life!

My husband and I are moving from FL to TX, shortly after crossing into AL, my check engine light came on. Followed GPS until we ended up in Saraland, AL and pulled off to Google any places nearby. Found this place and waited for them to open. WE ARE SO PLEASED! Jeff, at the desk heard what was happening, listened to the brief history, had the guys run a diagnostic (which was obviously NOT done at the place I took it to inFL prior to leaving, told us what was found. The cost was super reasonable and the total time in was about an hour and a half. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The front desk guys are great, although I didn t catch their names. Gave me a quote in seconds and offered me same-day service where another shop told me I d wait a week to even have my truck seen.

Went to get oil change. The sales rep was nice and showed me that my back tires were almost showing threads on the inside of them. So I let them put new ones on. Great quality inn a timely manner. I recommend Pelc tire to anyone

I drive a 2019 Land Rover Discovery.I had a slow puncher in the side wall of my offside rear.Even though they were unable to fix the problem and they could not match the same tire.They didn t charge me for the diagnostics.I offered to pay for the time. They refused!Thank you so much for your service.C.

First time there- excellent facility for customers. Counter staff welcoming and very thorough, work done very well and post-job reporting very helpful . Definitely will be back and recommend to others.

Had a nail in the tire. They had a lot of folks ahead of me, but gave me an estimate of around 1.5 hours to get it done. Went to Zaxby s and ate lunch then went to Publix to pick up some groceries. By the time I got back to Pelc after about 1.5 hours, they were just finishing up. Paid $25 for patch/plug job and got back onto the road. Clean, orderly & not a bunch of meth heads, unlike some of the other Saraland automotive places.

Great customer service and excellent turnaround time. They will do what they can to get you back and serviced and out the door as quick as possible. The labor is always top notch and the front desk doesn t try and sell you on anything that you don t need. Would highly recommend for any tire, service or advice you may have.

Bait and switch. List $10 off oil change with Free tire rotation. See store for details. Drove to store and no idea about the add but after some phone calls got the discount. However. I did not get the synthetic oil and bill was $70+ for an oil change and that Free tire rotation with a discount ..Also 1.5 hour wait Very expensive and misleading.

These guys are AWESOME!!!! I dropped my car off to have a few things fixed and a part on my car could not be found anywhere close to here. Mitch done everything in his power to try and get my car back on the road in a timely manner, he even come in on his off day to ensure my car would be done! I would recommend anyone to use them, as they have my business for life!!!!!

Pay for a oil change and tire rotation is free, around $80 for synthetic oil a pretty good price

From start to finish my experience was exceptional. The staff are professional and honest. I had a new set of tires the same day I inquired about getting them and they had me in and out of the shop within 2 hours. Will be returning for future needs!

I had a wonderful experience with other Pelc s so I knew the experience would be great. I got a side wall flat with no spare at 4:30pm. They close at 5:30 so time was an issue. It was towed to Pelc at 5:20 and they stayed after to make sure I got a new tire so I could get home. Great people and great service. Very thankful.

When they first opened this location the customer service was great. Today after visiting not so much. Went in to get the tires I purchased here last year balanced and rotated, alignment and to have my AC charged up. Well I left with basically nothing I marked my tires in the parking lot to make sure they were rotated and they were not the tires were in the same places as before, the rude man at the counter stated my alignment was great even though it s been over a year since my last one and just to keep driving it, and I was told at 757 in the morning that they think my AC blows cold and wouldn t charge it but what s even odd about that I was told when i asked to have it done that they only have one machine and already had a drop off. However they did suggest having an oil change funny thing with that is that I had my oil changed last month. The man and woman that work the desk both need customer service training. Very disappointed to say the least.

When you spend thousands on tires somewhere so you tell your wife to take her car there and have them pull a nail and throw a plug in but they tell her it's gonna be a two hour wait for that two minute job with a condescending and rude attitude. You might be bad at business. That same service was available at any gas station and performed by a 14 year old boy for many years. 9/10 times it'd been done for like 2 dollars in less than 2 minutes so please stop acting like you're curing cancer. I would have done it for your wife for free and I don't own a tire store.

Yes, their prices are good but when submitting an appointment request online, i selected text as my preferred method of contact....yet 5 minutes later, they called waking up my colicky baby. They told me it would take an hour and a half and that I could wait... going on 3 hours and it's still not ready. I understand that issues may arise but no one has given me an update and I've been the only customer in the waiting room for the past hour. Customer service needs improvement. If your time is not as issue for you, then yes, go to Pelc.

I wouldn t trust any other shop with my car. They work hard and fast to get you in and out in a timely manner. Sit back on the comfy couch and enjoy a free cup of coffee or cold drink from the vending machine while watching TV. The prices you can t beat, not 100% sure but I do believe they price match as well. Always a pleasure doing business.
