If I could do a negative star I would. DO NOT USE this company. They do not honor a word they say. I was ripped off of 1,200$$. Find another company with better responsiveness customer svs and quality parts. You will regret selecting them.

This pathetic company deserves 0 stars! Debbie is a thief along with Sarah and Tamra. Id be embarrassed to work for a company like this. Owner has no back bone. Feel bad for Debbie s husband, running this business down to the ground. Karma is real. I know they will all get there s for running a scam. Debbie, Sara and Tamara straight scum.

I received a motor from thees people and it had a crack in the alternator housing so I call them and talk with Sarah and she told me that she would take care of it she promised so she sent me some paperwork to have the motor replaced and It was returned but after the return I have never heard anything from her and anyone and now you can't even get through to them it's like they never exist I am going to report them to the better business bureau and to whoever I have to get my money back do not do any business with these people

I ordered this motor for my Honda and it was shipped fast and exactly as described. We drive this car everyday so this was a life saver for my family. I will definitely use them again if needed and recommend them to all my family and friends 5 stars all the way around

Like most consumers I was apprehensive of online buying.But after requesting information and speaking with the owner she made the whole process totally painless. Asked many questions about the type of part I needed and the style and many of the components that go with it. Gave me a range of mileage and informed me in detail about the warranty that was offered. I was also informed about delivery options and was asked where and how It was to be delivered.Any questions that I had was answered in a timely manner and professionally. I received my part as for our delivery agreement and took it to have installed by a mechanic as per the warranty agreement. I've had no issue with my part and would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Thank you for being so professional and caring for the issues that were going on with my vehicle.

I wish I can put negative stars! My husband and I own a mechanic shop and 2 of our customers ordered their parts from this joke of a business and one customer got sent a junk motor with rust inside and out, and the other customer got sent a completely wrong transmission!! And to top it off they will not refund their money!!!

I bought a Ford 4.6 from them the first of Feb. knowing it would be an older motor, but still needing it! Customer service was very good. Took a little longer but everyone is short handed. Engine did look a little rough, but it s been a couple months and it seems to be a good engine! No oil consumption, or funny noises! I would try them again!

Bought a Transmission for my car from these people. Had to save up some money to get it installed. Well when I took it to the mechanic he found that there was sever damage to the case and it was JB Welded together. He refused to install it. Reached out for help knowing that I had a warranty. Well it turns out if it is not installed or damage reported in 15 days your warranty is void. Not being a mechanic I didn't know what to look for, I trusted that they would send working parts like they promised. This is the quality of parts you can expect.

It's unbelievable how many bad reviews this company got, so that's why I decide to post my experience. There is nothing bad to say about this company, the ordering, delivery, packaging of the motor was like they said it would be. Thank you Debbie and Shaylee both of you were awesome! We finally got our motor replaced and our ford ranger is running like new! thank you!!!

They refused to warranty my engine which went bad after only 4,000 miles. The 5.7 is notorious for bad cams, but they still said it wasn't lubricated correctly.Out $3,200 for the motor and $2,000 to install.I wish nothing but bad luck, and lawsuits for this company.I would never recommend them to anyone!!!!!

My mom bought a motor from this company well over a month ago. The motor was supposed to be delivered within 14 days. She just got it. They switched the delivery on her over and over. They were unable to get her a tracking number several times. This company is a customer service nightmare. They kept saying it would be delivered and then falling through on the commitment. Then when they finally did try to deliver it she wasn't made aware. She was working at the time. After that they made her schedule a new delivery time with a fee of $115 for not being there when they tried to deliver originally. She told them she wasn't going to pay the fee, rightfully so. They said if she didn't pay it they would revoke her 3 year warranty, which she had already paid for. This company is ridiculous, my mom couldn't drive her car for over a month because they kept falling through. Now they're charging her for it.

Tried getting a quote from them multiple times. They'd ask for Vin, I'd send it over, only to never get a response. Got an email from sales asking if I was still interested and that they needed more info. Send them more info... No response again.

Bought an engine from these people and it came it broken. I called the multiple time and didn t get a call ever get a call back from them. Well now since it s been over a month since I bought the engine and it hasn t been installed because guess what it s broken. I voided the warranty. Don t buy an engine from this company, customer service will get back to you when every they find the need to and their engines are not inspected well enough to be put up on the market. Do your self a favor and look for a different place to buy from.

I was told engine was complete, running and tested. I got a crushed beat up box of parts disguised as a motor. Missing many parts, lots of external parts crushed, broken or missing.Installed motor andvit would not run. I had to replace entire fuel system. It cost way more to fix this motor than completely rebuild existing motor. And of course they won't stand behind the garbage they sell. In alln a complete waste of money, time and lots of frustration.

Debbie did an awesome job finding a motor and transmission for my Camaro. She was even able to locate the actual build sheet! The equipment arrived well packaged and I was amazed at the great condition everything was in. The motor started right up on the first try. I highly recommend this company for your automotive needs!

l ordered an engine for my 1992 Acura Legend from Parts Network. It was a chance that l took buying something of that magnitude sight unseen and lm glad l did. Debbie was very pleasant and found me a good quality engine for a car that is almost 30 years old.Once installed it fired right up without a rumble. My car was alive again after sitting for five years. Horrible customer service. Even though the issue was corrected still was unable to talk directly with someone. I called dozens of times, and left at least 5 vm. Regardless, processed with caution!!!! Edit*** its amazing how quick you responded to this review but not answer phone calls or email

I just bought an engine 98 dodge ram.!!!!!! THEY DELIVERED ME A SEIZED ENGINE, THEY SAY THE WON'T RETURN MY MONEY COUSE I HAVE TO INSTALL THE ENGINE IN MY TRUCK...THESE PEOPLE ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMERS AND THIEVES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
