Great customer service is getting more difficult to find nowadays. Not a problem at Mavis. There wasn t a soul in the place that didn t say how y all doing. I stopped in to get a tire rotation for the first time in the area. They had me in and out in no time and to my surprise they didn t even charge me for it. The waiting area is clean and roomy with comfortable chairs and there is a little play room for kids. Give these folks a try. I m going back for my next set of tires. That s how good customer service works. Thanks guys.

This place is amazing. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. Brett worked with me on the price and made sure everything was done correctly. If you need anything done to your vehicle please don t go anywhere else! Go see Jason , Brett , Nancy or Justin!!!

They are reliable, honest and operate with integrity. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great tire mechanic. Brett always takes the time to answer any questions I have, and provides me with all the options available- from repair to replacement. As a woman it can be difficult to find someone in this field you can trust with your vehicle. But Brett makes everything a smooth process and I trust him with my vehicle!

It's too bad that Google won't allow you to give 10 Stars because I definitely would! Brett has went above and beyond for me to get my car back up to par. I just bought a car and it needed quite a bit of work and he and the guys all worked hard to get it done for me as quick as possible. Brett was who I worked with mostly and he is amazing, l! But Roland and JT are super great guys as well! If you need a shop that will just about take care of anything you need and put their heart in it this is the place to go! They have definitely earned my business moving forward. Thank you so much to all of you guys at Mavis tires!

I would definitely recommend Marvis Tire Supply on Shelton Beach Road in Saraland. I was having some issues with my car s oil light sensor and even though the Assistant Manager was having lunch, he didn t mind putting everything aside and checking the issue for me. Thank you for your service!

They took great care of me Mr Jason was very accommodating. Staff was efficient and done from what I can tell great work the price was reasonable. I can not review the tire being it was just installed but so far so good.

Best customer service I have ever experienced on a Sunday! My sister experienced a flat while we were headed back to Louisiana. Brett did not give up on us. He called all over town until he found a tire. Nancy entertained my six year old son who is a busy body. They welcomed my party of 12 people in and made sure everyone was comfortable. It's rare to find people with phenomenal customer service. We can't thank you enough. Love Gfunk BandBRETT AND NANCY ROCK. Definitely our go to tire shop!

My alternator went out on my truck on I65 driving from New Orleans and Mavis came and got me to the shop in Saraland safely and fixed my truck in less than one hour. Now I m back on the highway. They were super nice, knowledgeable and quick. Thanks a lot!

It came in 2 days after Christmas Nancy And brett got with me right away and put my order into the shop and I was.Out of there within an hour with 2 new tires, an alignment and an oil change. Great customer service, very friendly, and professional work.Good luck getting this service anywhere else in the Area

Service was wonderful, definitely plan on doing my oil changes there from now on, closer than Walmart and cares a lot more than Walmart, met Brett at the desk, got me in as quick as he could, and they all took wonderful care of my car.

Best place to get front end work for your truck or car customer service is Knowledgeable friendly parts arrived and the work gets done faster than expected had my front end work done on a 2002 ford and it rides better than ever. I will be back with my other cars prices are reasonable. Ask for Brett or Jason for the beat service you could hope for.

Bought a new tire while traveling through Saarland Ala. Got approximately 40 minutes down the road and that new tire lost air. Called to tell them what happened. They said come back but I explained that I couldn t make it back on the donut. Took the car to another place who said the valve stem was faulty. They didn t even check it , obviously Came back through after the weekend was over and they agreed to give a refund but computers were down. Made us wait 2 1/2 hours. Said we had to be physically present to get the refund even though I argued that they could just put it back on the card they charged it to. Finally I called another location and they called this clown and let him know he was wrong about us having to stay. Meanwhile my husband and I have had to get a hotel and miss work because of the faulty work of this tire shop. While waiting for our refund, 2 other mad customers came in with complaints. Let s see if we even get a refund for all our troubles. Thank you to Roland at the Government st branch who set the manager of the Saarland branch straight.

This place sucks! I have been waiting on tires that they ordered just for them to tell me after I dropped my car off that the tires they ordered can t be ordered! Wait What?? And then they gonna tell me that they do have some more tires that will fit my car for an extra 350 dollars which is crazy because I was first told they didn t have any that they had to be ordered! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!

Brett and Nancy were beyond amazing. They went over and beyond to locate a tire for my family and I to return to New Orleans. Their customer service exceeds second to none. Top Notch. Thank you
