Awesome company, they listen to my wife and I, paid attention to all the small details and we got the paint job we was wanting. Great price, great customer service, even after the job was done they went above and beyond to make sure we was happy with our car. 100% recommend maaco is Saraland al.

Had my 2002 honda accord painted. I chose the $1,600 option. I also had them repair a few dings for $120 extra. My car is originally black, so I stayed with that color. They did a great job on the paint. Car looks like new. However, they didn't do a really great job on the dings. Although, much better than before, you can still see the dings at certain angles. All in all I am very happy with their work

I took my truck to the maaco in Saraland and told ken what I wanted and after 15 days he called to come pick it up. The truck was so dirty I couldn t tell what it really looked like until I got home and cleaned it. After I got it cleaned the hood still had rock chips in it and cracks in the paint on the tailgate. And the paint wasn t even. So I went back and he wrote up a repair and made an appointment to come back. I took it back on that date and there was someone else running the shop now. So I discussed what was supposed to be repaired. The new manager is Carisa Johnson she told me she would take care of it and pointed out a few other things. When she called me to come get my truck I couldn t believe how good it looked. She told me she had to start all over. She went over it before calling me and it was clean and the paint and body was awesome. Thank you Carisa for fixing my truck for me , you totally rock.Service: Painting

My car looks nice. However, I was very upset and displeased at checkout. I stated that I would be using my debit card. When I looked at my receipt, I noticed a $50 increase. I inquired about it as I thought it was an error. I was casually informed that it was due to the 3% card fee. I feel likeI should have been made aware upfront! I could have easily brought cash or a cashiers check. Please be more considerate of your customers costs in the future. I'm sure you would appreciate that same courtesy if it were you.

My 2006 car looks brand new. I got a quote online and then Rebecca called me and I brought my car in and she was very helpful in choosing what I needed. I dropped my car off with Will and he was great. My car had numerous dents add did not look good. They fixed the dents, got rust off my windshield wipers and painted them, and now my car looks brand new. Very satisfied. Rebecca, Will, and everyone who touched my car did a fantastic job

I would give negative stars if I could. My husband and I went for a consult, got a quote for what we wanted done and scheduled a time to bring in his truck. They told us to bring his truck in on Nov 22 and it would be finished the following week. After being told numerous times the truck would be ready the following day, driving 50 miles round trip, only to find it wasn't even finished being sanded, we finally get to pick up the truck...on December 17th... and it was honestly the worst paint job ever. And they didn't do any of the body repairs that were quoted. Still charged $1400 and I think I could've done a better job myself a lot faster. The office manager, Cody, was extremely rude, blaming everything on something else other than their ineptitude. I will be calling Maaco corporate office and the BBB today. We are also going to file a claim to get our money refunded as we now have to find another shop to get the truck repainted. I am attaching some of the pictures of the "quality work" that we paid for. There are too many to attach them all...

The work done appears to be good. The communication is, in fact terrible. I was told on Dec. 4th when the estimate was originally made that the earliest they could get to it was Monday, January 15th. I did not decide then but called back later and told Rebecca Wood, Production Manager, that I agreed to proceed. January 15th was still available and I said okay. I even told her I could bring it on the Sunday before and leave it in front and put the key in a secure spot. She said I d have to come and sign a waver form first. I declined and told Rebecca that I d get it there that Monday as early as I can, since I live in a town about 80 miles away.I brought in and was informed it would be 5 to 8 days to complete, not counting weekends. I NEVER got one phone call from them about the progress of the job NEVER! I called on Wednesday, the 24th and was told Friday. I called Friday morning, expecting to pick it up and was informed it d be 3:00 before it was ready. Again, I had to call them.So we arrive a little earlier than that and was glad to see it was parked outside ready. I went in to pay and was getting ready to write a check when Rebecca says that they don t take personal checks. NOWHERE IN THEIR OFFICE, ON MY ESTIMATE, OR FROM REBECCA S MOUTH WAS ANYTHING ABOUT NO PERSONAL CHECKS. NOWHERE!!! Again, I drove ~80 miles to get the car. The only mention of payment means was that there is a convenience fee (convenient for who) of 3% for credit or debit card. THERE IS NO MENTION OF NO PERSONAL CHECKS ANYWHERE. So it took me 2 hours to get $2,000 cash and bring it back to MAACO in Saraland, AL.So no, I wouldn t even send my brother in-law to Maaco.

Took truck in on Oct 6 2021 to have truck painted said it would be ready by end of week went to store and was told it still wasn't ready and cody who is manager was very rude and cocky. Told me if I didn't like it to take truck with me.they called today said truck was ready when looked at truck there was over spray all over truck and on my new tires. Steering wheel was covered with dust all in my seats. They did a half ass job of cleaning it but didn't sand the top at all just sprayed over it. It was just the hood and top but did a poor piss job with a very bad attitude. This is not the way to run a business.

Really good experience with macco Saraland, we took a 1986 firebird that means a lot to my wife there to get the fender fixed and repainted. They did a fantastic job and were very reasonable and polite! Would highly recommendService: PaintingService: Painting

They re-painted the whole car in less time than I expected and it looks great now. A few details that had to be fixed at pickup were taken care of quickly. Stevie was very helpful and friendly.

The Maaco team repainted my daughter s 2015 Hyundai Sonata, which had some very bad paint peeling areas all over the hood, the roof, and the trunk lid areas. The results were excellent. The car will now look nice for several more years, and save my daughter from having to purchase another expensive car while she is trying to make it on her own. The folks at Maaco in Mobile (I spoke with Cody and Ash) were very professional and customer oriented and one of the other reps went above and beyond to assist my daughter when picking the car up from the shop. I really appreciated the level of service and the resultant quality of the work performed !!Service: Painting

Brought my truck in to get a couple scratches corrected. Got it back 2 days after I dropped it off and the truck had run marks at every place they fixed. They said it was no biggie and they can fix it. It s been 2 weeks later and still don t have my truck back. Every time I call they seem like they aren t worried or care when I get my truck back.Service: Painting

I brought my 2004 Honda Pilot for minor body repairs and painting. Cody Hall was very accommodating, explained the painting process, did the final touches prior to completion including the warranty. Full body paint was completed professionally in less than 10 days and the original paint condition was restored at a reasonable price. Thank you so much Cody and your team for a very well done job and am so happy to see my SUV back to original condition. I highly recommend Maaco Saraland!

This place cause me to spend $1300.00 extra dollars and my truck is still not painted. I retired from the military and have seen many things but this is by far the worst business I've ever delt with in my life. They had excellent service, did a fantastic job fixing dents and painting my new Tacoma and matched the cement grey color so closely you can t tell where it s painted and you couldn t ask for a better price and it was fast. My husband s 2006 Toyota Tacoma was badly damaged by sun,heat, and age. They did a GREAT job at fixing the damage and making the truck look awesome! They also painted the truck topper to match the truck. Staff was professional and diligent. Would recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable paint job that LOOKS like it cost a ton! Terrible experience i was told when I dropped my vehicle off that it would be ready Wednesday. 72 hour later my vehicle wasn t ready no one called I called and was told my vehicle would be ready Thursday. Said it had been painted. And was drying well I went to pick it up Thursday evening come to find out the vehicle hadn t been painted finally get my vehicle back on Friday night 5 days later I only got the hood and the top of the vehicle painted when the vehicle was sanded down it like someone sanded the vehicle down with the doors open car interior had dust everywhere dusty hand prints everywhere someone checked my glove box my console like someone was looking for some unfortunate for me my cologne was missing out my console I told the person in charge before I ever left the property and he ask his employee about the cologne they said they hadn t seen it but someone there smelled just like the cologne long story short the manager Cody is great at telling you whatever the overall quality of the work is shabby trucks has fish eyes in the paint over sprayed the front bumper cheap paint job amplified by a theft of my property avoid at all costService: Painting

My experience with the staff was excellent, from the initial estimate to the finished product. My car is beautiful and delivered on time, as promised. I could not have asked for a better job. The price was great and the work is phenomenal. I would recommend Maaco -Saraland, Alabama, to anyone who wants a great price and paint job.

Dropped my twenty year old Tundra off as it suffered from the early 2000 s clear coat issues. They repaired minor body work and repainted back to factory color. Truck looks good and hopefully I can get another 200k out of it.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Although they did a good job on most of the car, they missed painting 2 of window panels. The manager thought I said leave as is but I did not. There was obviously some miscommunication. When I took it back the next day the store manager said he would paint it for an extra $50 after I had already paid nearly $1600. Those panels should have been included in the paint job. He never told me sorry for the mix up or thank you for your business. Needless to say I will not being doing business with this place anymore!
