We called Hutchins after experiencing car trouble on interstate. We re from TN & they had us diagnosed and back on the road in an hour! We are so grateful for their expertise and kindness. Wish I could give 10 stars.

Had several issues with my SUV. They were quick to diagnose all issues, scheduled appointment for repairs and make all repairs quickly and completely on the first visit. Everyone is super friendly and most of all they got my car fixed.

My dad took his car up here. They had it for 3 and a half weeks. They took off the carburetor without it needing to be fixed. And then told him for a week that they were working on it just for him to show up and they haven t even touched it. My dad paid in advance for services and ended up telling the man in the shop what to do to fix it to get it to run. I do not recommend this shop. He gave us the run around and over charged us just for us to have to tell him what to do.

This was my second time using Hutchins Auto repair and it's my second time to be extremely pleased with their work and their friendly service. The biggest thing that stands out to me is there honesty about the work that needs to be done and not charging for things that are unnecessary!! This is my go-to repair shop now and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for service that's on time and priced fairly!!

Please Mr. Hutchins do something about the loud noise at your business, sounds likes trucks with out mufflers, reving up motors like a race way. Late night noise, loud music, loud trucks at 1:30am. I have sent you 2 emails and you called me and assured me you would take care of this problem. It is still going on. Like you said you don't have to be loud to fix cars.You called me because I emailed you about party's and loud music at your business at 1:30 in the morning . I called the police and they came to your business and told who ever was there to turn down the music .We have talked! Music was from inside your business

The folks at Hutchins offer friendly service at the right price. I take my work vehicles here as well as my personal one. I had to have my CV joint/ axel replaced, plus my vehicle was letting me know it was time to replace the oil and filter. I am so pleased. The price was very good. I call Hutchins yesterday morning about my vehicle mrs brandie & her husband was so sweet after learning about the passing of mr tommy of t& n automotive & sarland I told them what he told me what was wrong with my vehicle mrs brandie told me to get the car & to them so they can look at it she said we will not have yo car a whole month & just today I m getting my car back on the road if anyone is looking for a place to take they car Hutchins is the place u want to be they have gain a new customer I will never take my car to any one else but these nice and kind people mrs brandie & her husband has my5 star they don t catch attitudes like most just my kind of people well understanding they treat u like family

After 4 places either not being able to find my problem or being extremely high priced, the guys at hutchins found my problem and fixed it in a very timely manner for a very fair rate. After multiple bad shop experiences in Houston, I thought back to my trip last year to Selma, and remember how well this shop treated me when my windshield leaked rain into the computer board. My engine shut down; They found the problem and got me on the road the next morning. They even drove me to a nearby hotel without charge! Their pricing and labor was transparent and gracious considering my desperate situation. They could have charged an arm and a leg like these other (Houston, Tx) shops!This is the best family shop experience I've had as of yet. God bless

I cannot say enough about the exemplary service they provided! Due to the pandemic I could not find anyone to even look at my son's vehicle for weeks close to our area. I spoke with Tina and she was so kind and helpful. She was up front about the timeline but managed to get us in much sooner than anyone else. She returned all my phone calls, and answered all my questions with nothing but pleasantness. The turnaround time, as well as the price, was more than satisfactory and they finished the job even faster than they estimated. I learned that this is a family run business and it is evident how much pride they take in their work. I would absolutely recommend giving them a call. My regular mechanic couldn't get me in for a week Hutchins took in my van soon as I called them on a Thursday afternoon and had it ready to go Friday morning and did a excellent job. Nail Hutchins auto repair is my mechanic

Came in from out of town needed some work done on my truck before I headed out. I randomly searched for a shop near me and luckily I found Hutchins. Everything was taken care of quickly and professionally. Mr. Hutchins Is very informative and doesn t try to sell you something you don t need, that s hard to find in a mechanic these days. These guys went above and beyond for me. I was driving home from vacation and was still had about 800 miles to go. No other repair shop would even look at my car. Not only did they get me back on the road the same day, they got a tow truck to me within 15 minutes after the tow company told me it would be at least 3 hours. They made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with and were extremely friendly. I can not thank them enough!Service: Electrical
