By FAR the best auto parts supply house around. Thank you Bradley for the excellent personal service. I have bought car parts for many years but have never had a better customer experience then when you helped me and family with our battery issue. Shout out to the Saraland Autozone store manager too!!! Great people GREAT SERVICE!!!

Jack Stephens was the associate that helped me. I came in with my headlights not working. Jack went above and beyond with trying to help me get my situation fixed. He went out of his way to help me. I am very grateful to have kind people like him around, and I believe he deserves the utmost appreciation. Autozone is lucky to have employees such as him and should treat him as such.

The gang at my Autozone always go above and beyond to make sure I get the right parts. Donnie was especially helpful during my last visit, he made sure I had the correct oil filter and enough oil for my oil change. These guys are the PUBLIX of auto parts stores. KUTGW!

My friend came here because her battery had died, in their parking lot mind you, and they did absolutely nothing to help her. They were rude and offered no solutions. I don t understand why a business would not even try to at least sell her something or offer what might be wrong with the car. Especially when a teenage girl is in need of help late at night. I don t care if you re close to closed. If you re store is not closed, you re still open and should be working and be open to helping someone especially with a problem your store exists to help with.

Donny at the saraland location went above and beyond to make sure I got home safe by changing my battery. He has great customer service and made sure my anxiety was calmed down before letting me get behind the wheel. We need more people in the world like Donny

Very easy website to search particular car parts and compare prices, brands, warranties and information about each product. Simple, short instructions. Just happens my old alternator still had its original, readable bar code sticker on it, which also had the part number which matched the new alternators part number. A little reassurance that it was the correct part and would fit! They were physically identical when compared side by side so I knew there shouldn't be any issues. Decided to spend a little more by buying new with a lifetime warranty as opposed to a used, salvaged, $40-$50 one! Better choice in the long run, I believe!! And by ordering an alternator online by a certain time it's free, next day FedEx delivery service! It arrived in the early morning which gave me pretty much the whole day to install. Works great! Car is now up and running again! Now I need to get back on the website and order other parts! Very convenient, especially with a store within walking distance, 3 blocks, just in case.

Went in needing three things. They had one of the three items in stock. Staff was helpful, but still had to make more stops in town to get parts needed.

Jack the manager is AWESOME, he helped with some parts for my SUV that nobody eles could fine or they didn't even try to find. My family owns a parts store here in Mobile County and we treat people the way we want to be treated when you walk in a store and Jack treats you like he has known you all your life. I would not have been able to get the parts to fix my SUV if it wasn't for Jack searching and match everything up for me. I say JACK FOR PRESIDENT!!!!! He has my vote!!!! Thanks a million!!!!!

Explain to me how you can't exchange something with the receipt in hand when the website says you can. Every time we come here they act like they're too lazy and annoyed to do their job.

Fantastic Autozone store. Everything from testing and charging my battery to loaning me the 10mm wrench needed that I didn't have with me in the car. Great diverse staff at this location. Everyone seemed to enjoy being there. Kudos to this store.

What can I say? Auto Zona always has your back, and takes parts back if its the wrong part. EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS nice and respectful! Store is ALWAYS nice and clean. The associates are more than happy to leave their post, and go all over that store to help you look for an item......That's AUTO ZONE!!!!!

Donald did not know anything about what I was asking for my car. I asked him about a key fob for my car and he said he did not know if it would work. He is also a sales manager. If you are going to hire someone to work in an auto parts store, atleast know about what you sell and how to help a customer.

Shelia and her team at the Saraland, Alabama store were extremely helpful.My Car battery was dead. I was able to get it started and headed to AutoZone in Saraland..Shelia quickly figure out what was wrong and got it fixed for me..She truly is a Auto parts specialist.I have great confidence in Shelia having done business with her over many years when shewas manager of AutoZone, Chickasaw,Alabama store.. Before moving as a manager to the Saraland store.I highly recommend Shelia and her team to anyone looking for auto parts,Car batteries and anything else to do with auto advice ..See and talk to Shelia in Saraland for honest advice. She is a " nice helpful lady ". You can trust her to always be honest with you.

I was floored at the great service I received. I was spoken to by every associate and got the best customer service I have received in a long time. They were great on showing me options and even checked to see if other stores had the items I wanted and they didn't have. Wonderful experience.

I m from North Al and down here for work. Was broke down and having all kinds of problems. I can not stress enough how helpful the staff is here. Bent over backwards to help me get back going. Best service I ve had in a long time.

My windshield wipers were ready to be replaced, like I couldn t see driving down the road. I pulled into auto zone and they helped me find the correct wipers, and then Kurt installed them in the freezing rain. I was so appreciative!

Evelyn at the Saraland AutoZone was awesome today she gave me great customer service and really helped out with a diagnostic on my car if you need anything there by this location they're the best. She also sold me the part I needed to make my car right. She was the best thanks so much for her help

From price to customer service it was extremely good. Mike is an amazing person he helped me figure out some stuff and made sure before I left that it worked. I really enjoyed my visit and would recommend anyone to try here for your auto needs.

This store has always given me the correct part the first time. Some might think that's what all should do, but there is a flaw in that line of thought, shop around & find out. Friendly Professional Service and Excellent Prices.

I recentley walked in and had the pleasure of meeting Mike, this gentelman was very helpful, professional and well rounded as an employee working with the public. Its too often this day and time that someone is quick to jump on everything they can socia media ect and blast a person or place of employment for a bad experience. But yet so many good people go unnoticed. Mike and Krystal tried to help in everyway possible. I woulf highly recommend this store.Keep up the great work!

Needed a new battery and found out alternator going bad also. Jack went above and beyond to help me. I had an excellent experience at the Saraland Auto Zone. Would definitely recommend them!!

You have to be careful here, but that is really becoming the case with all of these type of places. If you have any trouble here, ask for Sheila the manager who has been with this company a long time, and I feel like she will make it right. They are hiring some young inexperienced kids, likely to give them a chance, or out of desperation, who perhaps need to bone up on their scruples, but I think they think they're being helpful. One other female manager is kind of unprofessional, but glad they hire women. They can get so busy or seem like they have so many pressures on them, that perhaps they are going so fast that things are being overlooked. They're overpriced on most things, such as the battery I ultimately needed, by thirty dollars as compared to Wal-Mart. Glad they're in Saraland for those times you need them closer and open later. They would get 5 stars for patience and clean, neat place.

Went in to find a part for our vehicle. Very clean and well lit store. Staff was asking to help us immediately. Walked us straight to the item that we needed. The guy helped us find several items. Very friendly and very nice staff. We will go back there again.

Customer service in this saraland al store is great and very polite cashiers work here i travel a long way just to patronize auto zone try this store and you will get number 1 service they make you feel good about spending ypur money in there and return policy is not difficult everyone is treated equally and that means alot when you are spending your money

Went in and had a code read last Monday ,Orileys was packed and i didnt want to wait . The Man who read my Codes was very Nice . Young Black Haired girl with a pot Belly working with a socket was Very Rude to Me Smart ass . i wont be Back .
