These employees are awesome!! Best customer service at the parts stores in the area. I m clueless with my car but they were nice and patient. They helped me understand my engine codes and the lights that were on. I will definitely be back!

Went there to get my alternator tested because my truck kept dying on me, Joseph and the other guy there was very helpful. Not only did they replace my battery terminal for me on the spot which was needed but also fixed my air intake and resolved the issue of my dying truck and got my check engine light to go off which was a bonus. Very helpful and knowledgeable and will be my number one place to shop for auto parts.

Be very very careful letting these guys under your hood. I went in in October and purchased a battery. They changed out my battery and blew my radio fuse. When they couldn't fix it they told me to take it to the dealership. They gave me a card with the managers name on it as if it was suppose to carry some weight. I went and had it fixed and came back to the Advance and they refused to reimburse me. That happened in October. I've called them 2 times. Both times they assure me that a Manger will call me. I never received a call back either time. I will never spend another dime with them. Please, please don't let these guys under your hood without understanding the charges will be on you if they screw something up.

It's a Good Parts StoreI always shop here because the employees are knowledgeable and the prices are competitive. They will install wiper blades, etc with a nice professional attitude. I have never had a bad experience here.

Advance Auto in Saraland always provides excellent customer service and auto knowledge. I bypass the competitors to get to them and in the rare case that they don't have something, I wait until they have. Keep up the good work guys.

BEWARE: This store has gone down hill over the last few years and the manager is a joke. This advanced in Saraland refuses to give refunds or parts replacement on lifetime warranty products also.
