Almost over a month since my truck was damaged at A&S automotive. Sebastian Will not take any responsibility for blowing the pistons in the engine. In the meantime I'm stuck paying $13K for a truck that went to his shop for a simple oil leak from the gaskets. I can't imagine being in business and totally destroying my customers lives because of my error then turn around and blame everyone else. A&S automotive should have insurance to cover things like this. Do you really want to take a chance to be in my shoes by letting this shop work on your vehicle? My next move is going to the media. This is very unfair what's happened to me, then this shop refuses to take any responsibility. I won't stop until I receive justice for being wronged by A&S automotive.

Highly recommend awesome customer service reasonable first time there and it won t be my last fast turnaround with fixing my car he got to the problem fix the first time with what was wrong with my car very professional

Very upset with A&S. Sebastian missed Diagnosed the problem twice with a lot of $$$ paid to him. I even Suggested to him what friends told me it was. And he said No water pump is fine. Went to a different mechanic shop and it was the water pump so now my car is fixed. Wouldn't Recommend A&S.

My husband and I got stranded when our car broke down on the way home from vacation and we had no idea what shop to get it towed to. A & S was close and so thankful that s where we got it to because this shop, especially Sebastian, were extremely helpful and kind! Above and beyond and if they were local to us, they d be our regular go to shop.Service: Electrical

I do not suggest anyone using this mechanic shop for any type of service to their vehicle. He does not replace fluids that were initially taking out of the vehicle to perform the repair. He states he doesn't know how something happened to a vehicle when he is the only person who supposedly did any work to the vehicle. Picked up our Silverado today with zero coolant I mean bone dry and blamed it on possibly a leaky hose. There was no leaky hose before it arrived to him. Called me a liar said the mechanic that checked out the vehicle after leaving his shop was a liar also.This in my personal opinion he is clearly careless and that is causing more issues with vehicles he works on. And because we went through our warranty he is not only scamming clients but the warranty company as well.Bad business practices beware of this auto shop.

I took my car to A&S auto after having complication from the last machanic, and they located the problem, fixed it and I was very satisfied. Mr. Sebastian is a good and honest man, who takes pride in his work. I recommend his work to everyone who needs the job done right the first time. They really care!

I brought my lil 1998 BMW 328i to Mr. Sebastian's shop to get some under the hood and wheel work done April 2019, and I couldn't be more excited to be a BMW owner, I bought my parts and he did the work in about 24 hrs, for an affordable price, and even attempted to look out for me when it came to future repair cost. Plus I can feel the difference in the ride and see it in the fuel consumption. Lucky me becuz riding in 93 octane daily ain't cheap. He provided affordable, high-quality work to my BMW, half the price of the official BMW shop on Government, with the same if not better quality with a personal touch. It is definitely worth the drive from Grand Bay, Al..I'm definitely a customer for life!
