If you live within riding distance I highly recommend you let these guys take care of all you motorcycle needs. Super knowledgeable staff, great customer service and awesome communication!

Took my 2009 Fat Bob to them because I was having sporadic electrical problems. Tyler is the most honest and upfront mechanic I have ever dealt with personally. He maintained frequent communication and was honest while diagnosing my bike s problems. He went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and exceeded the standard for customer service. Will be back again, and will recommend Samson V-Twin to anybody needing bike work.

Between Steve and Tyler, I absolutely cannot get enough of this place. Already world famous for their custom made exhaust systems, it s the only place I will take any of my bikes. Extremely fair pricing, highest quality mechanics, helpful all around. Highly recommended for any of your motorcycle performance needs!

Super helpful staff, cool shop, great bikes. Forgot my card there and they got in contact with me and mailed it back same day. Worth the 2 hour drive from pensacola any day.

Terrible customer service. The secretary that answers the phones (not sure HIS name) tries to act like a tough guy and got an attitude with me when I called. Told me I should be paying him for his time. Very unprofessional!As a successful business owner, my advice to the owner of this establishment would be; train your employees and lead by example. Your employees are who represent your company. If you hire careless, disrespectful and rude employees then you most likely won't have a reputable business.

The Jackhammer slip on mufflers are Amazing! On the stock 2019 Ultra Road Glides. You will absolutely not be disappointed..They sound great, look great, Great price Thanks Steve!!

Just ordered the Svt Jack hammer mufflers, from this company, what can I say but WOW!!! If you haven t heard, these boys out of Alabama are the real deal. They also have the bone shakers , which are getting great reviews. Don t think because you haven t heard about them that other companies are better. Times have changed, and their are new players on the block. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance to rock your world. It s a 2 to three week wait, but who cares, when you want a great product, I waited and can t be more thankful. If you hear a rumble through Daytona Beach Area, it might just me with my jack hammers raising hellllll!!!! God speed my motorcycle brothers and sisters. Loud and proud in America!!!

Outstanding service. Rebuilt the carb on my Road King. Runs flawlessly. Great people . Better than HD of Dothan by far...If you live in Dothan , it's well worth the drive .
