My vehicle was hit by a deer in January and I took it for a quote the following day. They told me it d be 8 weeks and set an appointment up. I lost a side mirror and they changed that out for me within a week so it was safe to drive. Then, 8 weeks later I dropped my car off and they had both doors and a rear quarter panel changed in one week. When I arrived to pick my car up, it looked great. Not only was the damage repaired, but they cleaned the outside AND inside of my car for me! I was extremely impressed and appreciative of them going the extra mile. 10/10 would recommend. My wife also got her bumper replaced on her vehicle a month or so ago, and they did quick work on that too. Thanks Matt Adams and crew!

Excellent service!! My brand new car Was damaged by one of these junkmen dropping something off of their truck, I took my car to Adams I got the estimate and a month later I took it back in to have the work done they did an Amazing job on my car. Excellent customer service! Highly Recommended .

Twice now in the last three years I ve had to have body work done at Adams Auto Body. The first time, due to something falling over on my car at work. My car was returned to me within 3 days of dropping it off. This last time, I was rear ended and my trunk wouldn t close. They did not hesitate, had me bring them my car to store it (due to my trunk not closing), until the insurance came through to pay for the damage. I picked my car up today, and just like the time before, the body work is outstanding. And also both times my car has been fully detailed and looks as good as it did the day I drove it off the lot. I can not recommend them enough. And I have to add Matt and all the ladies at the shop are so kind, and the customer service is unmatched! Thank you guys so much!

Five star excellence! I can't say anything about the labor costs because I didn't have to pay them! HA! But their customer service was top tier excellence, some of the best I've ever received from any business! From the initial estimate review with the man in charge (sorry I never wrote down names) where it was like having a pleasant conversation with a friend - he even gave me ideas of places to visit when I travel down to Pensacola, FL - to having the repair done on time within the time frame they gave me during the initial estimate. And then there are the ladies in the office who were always so helpful answering questions and always smiling. Finally, to add icing to the cake, they washed my SUV, and vacuumed the interior, which was completely unexpected, but extremely welcome! Thanks so much to you all!

Matt and his staff are awesome. Very professional, easy to work with, great communication and removed all stress from an insurance claim. The quality of work is incredible. They went over and beyond expectations. The paint looks better than it did new. They cleaned my truck inside and out. The best experience ever.

Please be sure you are comfortable with who you are bringing your vehicle to for body repairs so any discrepancies are avoided. Whether you are paying out of pocket or paid by insurance, you most likely want your vehicle repaired correctly the First Time and not be hassled and inconvenienced with bringing it back a second time because an area was over looked. This will leave you without your vehicle for another week. My 2008 F-150 was not repaired as was explained. I (as most people) value my personal belongings. If I pay someone for a repair service they better step up and do the work correctly the first time - as agreed. I was light on Matt Adams because I needed my vehicle back.Let me start with this: After interviewing four other locally owned body shops - I gave up. I had nothing in common with them. No one on one connection. Did not feel as if the body repairs on my 2008 F-150 would be professionally addressed - with years of longevity ahead. Did not feel that I was understood. I fully expressed what I wanted repaired. They were just not getting it. Perhaps to many distractions. Anyway, this is easy to see. All you have to do is observe their body language. Are they really interested in you or are they playing along like they are? Are they with you or do they have a short attention span. At this point I gave up.About two month after wards, I met with Matt Adams. How? Went to a movie in Florence with my wife. There he was during concession time selling his family history body repair business on the 'silver screen.' I said to my wife, "there he is, this has to be the guy." Although he was over one hour away in time from where I reside (a two hour round trip) I still went out of my way to meet Matt. I explained to him that he was the fifth business I had interviewed. After about fifteen minutes of explaining to Matt, I said the following: "Matt, I think you can do the work as I have spelled out to you here. I also think you can be on schedule (A to B) with no nonsense or delay stories." I was willing to pay him for that.Well, the time given for repair was five business days. It took nine. When I arrived on the ninth day to pick up the truck it looked fine. Please note that I specifically touched every needed repair of the tuck with a dot of white paint when I delivered it to Matt so as to remind him what to tell his body fender repair men. The truck is red so the white dots could not be missed. I also verbally explained to Mat what I needed repaired and what I expected of him and those doing the repair - nothing less. I asked Matt if I could meet with his body repair men so that they had a clear picture of what I wanted and also so that we were all on the same page. In others words, communication and understanding from the 'get go' right up front. No gray areas. His reply was: "they were busy. I'll take care of it." I hesitantly said, "okay." Matt came across to me with a 'know it all' attitude. Not a bad thing if you 'walk the talk' and deliver the final product. But he didn't seem to have it together with respect to having the initiative of getting his point across so that it was received and understood by the other. I witnessed that much.When I arrived nine days later (not five) the repairs looked fine from what I could see. In general, we tend to look at the bigger picture of things in life and then later learn (and wonder how) we missed what we now see.What is my actually complaint?...Matt did not follow through for me. He did not keep his word. I was not treated fairly. Body/fender work that was supposed to have been addressed was not. Matt basically said after keeping my truck for nine days: "I did not do this repair because if I did I would of had to have done all of this too." Can you imagine such a mind set? Can you imagine such an answer? My reply was: "Matt, this is why I brought it in to you. This was our agreement. You had it for nine days." He wiggled his way out of it. I needed my vehicle returned.Next:Service: Body & Trim

This business is A+. They are on top of things. When they tell you they will get your car done. They do it. And the work is top notch. They are responsible. My car looked brand new when I got it back. It was cleaner than it had ever been.

Kind, respectful, and very professional. This body shop reinstalled an "apparatus" (?) below the door of my car. I had the "apparatus" with me, as it was dislodged when I opened the car door against a golf cart wheel. They didn't charge me a dime for reinstalling it. I will go back when I need other work done, and I recommend them to anyone.

They may do great work on vehicles that need body work, don't ever use their car detailing service, after pointing out what they missed and leaving my vehicle there for another hour and a half I still had to bring it home and wipe things down get bug guts off the headlights etc etc worst service ever.
