I live local. Four of us stopped for lunch and it wasnt busy at all. We waited 15 min to be seated, and got our drinks right away. The restaurant started to fill up. Other tables came in, ordered, and were eating before we even ordered. The dining room was almost empty when we finished. I wouldn't suggest this place. It's a shame as it could be so much better.

Great atmosphere, friendly people, decor is awesome. The have a subway, a chicken place, convenient store food shopping, gift store items, and the diner has plenty to look at! It is a truck stop, so it has well kept restrooms, showers are reasonably priced and cleaned after each use, and they carry some trucking needs. They have a truck wash, a repair shop, and overnight parking.

If you're ever in the area, please stop and try the Derailed Restaurant. The decor was different and the food was delicious.Give the chicken fried steak, garlic mashed potatoes with corn on the cob a try. You won't be disappointed. Great wait staff and large portion of food.

This TA truck repair shop is ran by idiots that do not care anything about how much of your time they are wasting. Please take your truck anywhere but here if you want to get a repair done and get back on the road asap. All they have is excuses of why they are not doing the job in a timely manner.

I arrived at the workshop to change a trailer tire where they gave me an appointment in 4 hours, at 4 hours I returned and they told me that I had to wait 3 more hours to work on the trailer, the mechanics spend the night wandering around, and doing meetings, terrible service, this place is garbage, no one is working as you see in the photo.

I like this stop...plenty of parking although dusty...there is a maintenance shop. Chester's, subway and a diner. Family restrooms which I appreciate! The only problem is no laundry. Other than that, and as far as truckstops go...this is one of my go-to spots

This was my first time coming here, and it was recommended by another driver. Needed to get a rim replaced on my trailer. They were very polite and very fast. This is hands down the best TA shop that I ve been to. Definitely will be back here in the future.

We actually went to Derailed Dinner. Best hamburgers, I had the bama burger and it was delicious. We love going there. Waitress is polite and it's clean. Onion rings are the best

Easy access from I-10. Not too many fuel islands but trucks and RVs moved through without much delay.

A great place to shop with top of the line name brands merchandise to sell for reasonably prices. You will love it. Just go in and browse around.

One of the cleaner T.A I ve stopped at in while. I usually stay away from T.A/petro because they are mostly disgusting and the truck drivers that stop at them are disrespectful and disgusting. This one was very clean and friendly

What a neat place! More than just a gas stop, there's a neat cafe inside serving good food in a fun atmosphere. The folks we talked to were very friendly. Lots of things to look at and souvenirs to buy.

Let me say, I've never been treated better at any service stop than here. I called and asked if they could take care of unbalanced steer tires on my converted school bus as my family and I drove our conver school bus from Florida to Texas. I gave them 90 minutes notice as we were driving through. Not only wwre they ready for me when I arrived but the feeling of welcomeness was profound. I'll stop in here just to say hi from now on. Y'all are great, keep up the great work.

Everyone here is so nice and kind including the hard working men in the shop. Got a shower and the lady in the building that gets you the key to your shower room had a very good sense of humor. So come on in get you a oil change at a good price, great shop work, and grab you a shower then a bite to eat

Bathrooms are always in a mess and smell bad, a lot of the snacks and foods don t even have prices on them, and lots of pot holes in parking lot. Would be nice if subway opened earlier..

The place is awesome .. top to bottom vintage. The employees were very sweet and helpful. Perfect spot to stop when you are on the road and need a refresher.

I can't say enough about this TA shop. I stop here and get my truck worked on all the time. The Technicians are top notch, the office works are the best. Never had a problem they could not take care of.

Damian was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond when no one else showed up to work. He made sure I didn t have to wait till Monday to get my truck fixed. Truck shops need more techs like Damian. Thanks buddy.

Blew a tire on I10 close to here, Alabama troopers had us towed. Wrecker driver dropped us right in front of this place. They only work on semi s. Didn t have our tire size but Rose let us pull our rv around to the back so we could get some sleep until another company could help us in the morning. Super thankful for rose and this truck stop.

Here s another tired, slightly grubby TA where the showers have low water pressure and the laundry room has a dead machine and the store will not sell you a roll of quarters to operate the working units. Typical for most USA full-sized TA s

Rose & Colby were a big help! I was stuck without A/C in the middle of summer! All other shops in the area were closed. Rose got me in and out!
