John the manager should be fired. We have done business with Sweat for over 20 years. You can definitely tell now that they are corporate owned. On Friday my daughter went to get a tire replaced/ repaired. They patched the tire which had a split in the side wall. On Saturday, she returned because the tire was still leaking air.They did not have the tire she needed, so they put a cheap oversized tire on the car until they could order one. She was told to return Tuesday to exchange the tire and pay the difference. The new tire was lost in transit, but no one bothered to call. The lack of communication thru the whole ordeal was ridiculous. She did lose her temper but John's response was shocking. He told her to never call their number again. When I called he told me I could call whomever in the hell I wanted to and hung up. I have a call in to the district manager now. I'm sure the $7000 i spent with them last year means nothing to big corp, but I will not support them ever again. Thank you to Katie for making it right. Customer service is very important when your business survives on customer spending.

Once again, I was so impressed with the service I received on December the 27 at your business! The individuals were pleasant and professional, the service was performed promptly and the cost was very fair! I am a 78 year old woman and I use a cane and a walker! Didn t feel like I was an inconvenience to anyone! Thank you so much! So greatly appreciated!

Took my tire there because of a slow air leak around the rim. I told the lady I wanted to have the tire resealed and the wheel balanced . She said that s what they did but she lied, they didn t balance the wheel.When I got home I saw where they had smeared the sealant all over the tire and rim. When I carried it back speaking to the manager he had someone clean the wheel, The employee said he was not able to clean all the sealant off the rim.The manager said I had a two dollar car and that was brake dust on the rim. Then went back into the office.Worst service I have ever had from a tire store.

I called ahead of time to get a quote. The staff were great. I told them what I needed, and was offered a fair price. When I got there, again, great service. In addition to that, they had a nice clean waiting room. I felt like the wait time I experienced was appropriate for the service provided. I will be a return customer here.

Best and quickest service I ve ever had! I came in needing breaks and pads and my vehicle was done in less than 3 hours! Give Phillip a raise! Excellent customer service!

We'd morning.No waiting. Had to get two tires that I already had. Mounted and balanced and put on front.The lady on the inside could have been alittle nicer in her mannerisms and tone.I know she works around a bunch of men all day.But lighten up when dealing with customersIt was a very quick job.Didn't ask me about keeping my old tires or having the done away with.But it's OK.Pricier than 2 places less than 5 miles apart.And other two places are friendlier.Does have a waiting room out of the sun.

I wish every business was run by the same person. People to be exact, these individuals know exactly how to run a business. I paid another local company $250 to do an emergency tire change. Needless to say Chris s tire put a terrible, ruined tire on our RV. Luckily, I made it far enough to sweat so they could do a real job.

In reality this is a NEGATIVE 5 star review. I'm astound at the horrible customer service at the Robertsdale shop!!The manager cursed at me and was not able to correct their mistake!Don't let John help you, he will CURSE you out!They are inconsistent and deceiving with their services.The tried to charge for messing up my car and they lied about my tire blowing up by itself over night when no one was in the shop, can you believe that!!! Disgraceful.

Customers' BEWARE!I usually don't wite bad reviews, but I have to let this be known.At the Robertsdale Location, the manager John feels like he can belittle customers and call them names, just because "America is a Free Country" according to his own statement. As a company Manger/employee, he can not be treating customers this way, especially if the customer is not disrespecting him.Managers are supposed to be the professionals, that know about tires, their components and answer Customers questions/concerns. Most importantly they need to have de-escalation skills, but another manager had to intervene and de-escalate John's aggravated behavior, his name is Jonathan.Jonathan, listened to our concerns, was respectful but in the end, he did not take any responsibility for what happened to my tire in his shop.I won't be taking this issue to small claims, due to time consuption, but I will be reporting this business to the local Better Business Bureau.TIP FOR POTENTIAL CUSTOMER: If you must take your car here, take pictures all around your car, in case there is new damage or missing parts after you receive your vehicle, you have proof.I will never take my car to Sweat Tire in Robertsdale again, and will not recommend them.

Good, helpful people. I ve been taking my vehicles to them for years for general car maintenance. Over the last year or so they have misdiagnosed my vehicles a few times. I ll keep going to them for my tires (still 5-stars on that service), but I m actively looking for a new general mechanic.

The company that I work for BCSS has been buying tires and getting front-end alignments for many years. I have also been buying from them all these years, it's a great business and all the employees that I have met all these years are good people, Courteous and knowledgeable. I would not recommend this place. They wanted to break a stud off to get my tire off because it had a wheel lock. And they wanted me to pay them to brake something because they don't have the proper equipment.

I went to Sweat a few days ago to have them check my tires. I purchased the vehicle from my mother, and she purchased tires from there that are still under warranty, right before I bought it.The TPMS light is on on the dash board. I asked them to check it and replace the sensors, and also wanted my tires rotated and balanced.He (employee) told me there probably wasn't anything wrong with the sensors, that the tire was probably just losing air because it's gotten cold.I tried to explain to him it was doing this before the cold front, I just haven't been able to make it up there before now. He just repeats himself and tells me to pull up closer.They put air in the tires, tell me that should do the trick and the light will go off and send me on my way. Didn't check the sensors, didn't reset the dash lights, didn't put my car up on a lift, didn't rotate or balance my tires. Light is still on.I just felt like I/my concerns were just dismissed. They were kinda busy, I would've been willing to make an appointment and come back, wait on it, or even go to another sweat location.I guess I'll try to take it to Fairhopes Sweat and see if they will honor the warranty and fix it.

Great customer service. They don't make appointments, but were able to get right to work on our vehicle. Cost was comparable to other places that we checked and less than some. Tech was knowledgeable and remembered what we wanted since we returned the following day since they had to order tire. Would recommend them.

I have been doing business with Sweat tire since 1997! They are fair, competent and reliable. The staff is courteous and honest And the prices are in line. I hope to do business for many years to come and would recommend them to any one needing the services they offer. Call ahead as they do get busy.

Fantastic mechanics and always quality work. The same cannot be said for the receptionist, however. She has been consistently rude, leaving me on hold for 15 minutes at a time and then asking me very curtly who I was on hold for, she clearly expected me to just hang up. I've been ignored while waiting to get my keys from the mechanic by her and given the side eye on multiple occasions.I would give a lower review but the mechanic work is exceptional, I don't that to be overshadowed by a rude receptionist.

There is a play area for my daughter!! How amazing it that! I ve been to places before dauntingly trying to entire a 2 year old. This place has fun puzzles on the wall and books she stayed well entertained. Thank you for considering all types of waiting customers!!! Oh fast, and friendly service as well. All employees were very respectful.

Sweet truthful people! After being told by Toyota that my car needed an alignment (along with a zillion other things) I took it here bc their price was good. Come to find out, I didn't even need one done! They didn't take advantage of me and told me the truth and....no charge! Definitely won my trust. Thank you!

I was very pleased with my recent visit to sweat tire s in Robertsdale. Charlie was a huge help. After calling him to tell him the issue with my jeep wrangler he diagnosed it immediately. You can tell this guy knows what he s doing. Very nice and easy to talk to you great service. I drop my jeep off early in the morning and got a call just a few hours later and told me all it needed was the tires balanced. And a couple of Lugnuts. He had an open opportunity to say anything he wanted because my goal was to have this vehicle safe for my wife to drive.Picked up my jeep like that evening. He waited waited on me because they closed and I need to get down there. My jeep Road perfectly after just let minor work he did. He could ve had it on anything he wanted to and he didn t. Very honest and easy to work with place. I highly recommend seeing Charlie for any of your needs. I will be back

When an open trailer in front of my vehicle lost a box of nails which flew everywhere, I unavoidably ran over numerous ones. Sweats checked all my tires, finding 2 out of the 4 were damaged beyond repair. They were able to get 2 tires from another location and were able to fit me in for installation later in the day. At that time it was discovered a third tire had one nail which was able to be patched. I was so relieved everything could be resolved the same day. We received friendly and courteous service and I would definitely return to Sweats for any tire repairs or replacement. I highly recommend them.

We had a very pleasant visit, all of our needs were taken care of in a timely manner. We did have to wait but their customer service people why are very personable people which made our visit even more pleasurable. Their pricing was very reasonable we will be returning to buy tires for other vehicles.

Everyone in the office was awesome, the mechanic I was working with was awesome . The reason I am giving one star is because there was one man in general who was very very rude and basically told me that they didn't want to bother with my car and that what the actual mechanic was telling me was a lie. I brought my vehicle to them cause I trusted they could fix it, and I was willing to let them do whatever needed to be done just so it would be fixed. After his rude comments I decided to take my car elsewhere.

Was told to drop my truck off at 4:30pm so it would be first in line the next day. At 9 the next morning they told my girlfriend that they told me they wouldn't be able to work on it until 1pm that day. We both dropped it off so we knew that they were lying. Then they worked on several other trucks before finally getting to mine after lunch. I guess they put locals and friends I ahead of me instead of doing it in the order it came in. Wasn't happy with them.

Nice place, they are always busy, I was informed. I was able to find out that I wasn't able to get my tire plugged, because the hole was in the side of the tire. They put on my spare

These guys are awesome! I don t leave a lot of reviews but, my experience here has been wonderful. Go see Allen, he s an Army Vet and great at what he does!
