Was in need of some urgent repair on my 5th wheel slide which required welding of the hydrolic piston mount. I was able to schedule a few days out. Repair day came along and they were ready for me like a Nascar pit stop. They got right to business and quickly had me repaired and out of there in a hour or so. They even ended up invoicing me less than the original quote; which after the week we had, well, mean a lot. I appreciate the price adjustment in-person vs. the over the phone quote, which tells me they are honest and were just initially covering for unforseen issues but made it fair in the end. We asked if they could fix our slide (the cable broke)They said yes but it was a two man job. Okay, fine. They did not show up when they said they would. We called, we'll be there on the morning. We waited all day and ONE technician showed up. He had no clue what he was doing and my husband had to help. He did not finish it and our day was shot. In fact, three of our vacation days were shot when they did not show up when they said. Finally, Jeff came and help the slide was able to go out and in. However, our next stop the cable sprung again. This was shotty work and if we EVER go to Alabama again we would never use Sugarland. They cannot be trusted to show up or do the work properly.

I had them do some warranty work on my waching machine. They ordered it but said I needed to come pick it up and install it myself. About six months later I reach out to them to repair a gate valve on my blackwater tank. They give me the runaround for a month promising to be there tomorrow. After finding another mobile repairman and to fix the problem I talked to my insurance company and come to find out Sugarland charged them two hours of labor to install the washing machine that I had to install myself. Jeff and his wife are crooks! Be ware!

These guys are amazing. The owner does a great job and the staff is on time and great with communication. Von is their service man and he s very knowledgeable, hard working, and easy to work with. Their rates are normal. I ve used them multiple times and I could not be more pleased with their service. This company is a joke! We need a part for our furnace. They were close by so what the heck. The following weekend we were going to see below average Temps, in the teens with single digit wind chill. He said yup just sold 2 of those 2 days ago. More coming tomorrow. No truck, they'll be here tomorrow, no truck. Heard that the whole week finally WE got the part from Amazon! Didn't fix furnaceSo I ask Sugarland on Thursday when he could get a service guy there"Oh, Tomorrow!" I called Thursday night left message to send service man on Friday. No return call! Called 3 or 4 times on FridayNo return call so we ended up calling another company. He was here an hour later! Drove by Surgarland they were closed at 11 a.m never did get a return call. Sugarland is a poor excuse for a business!

We are so thankful for Sugarland RV. We are traveling across country in our trailer and they replaced our tire for us with no charge. It took them about 5 minutes and they did it right away and they were friendly! :-)Service: TiresService: Tires

My door latch broke and I was unable to get into my RV. It was over 90 degrees out and my dog was in the motorhome. They showed up within minutes, were able to get in to the RV to open the door and then fix the door in sweltering heat. I thank God for them.

I had a couple of issues with my camper and needed it back in just a couple of days. They promised it would be done by Thursday and it was. Twice I have used them and twice they did what they promised. Will use again when needed. Thank you Sugarland RV Repair!!

Sugarland Rv / Jeff Hall sent technician out to work on furnace in brand new 5th wheel. I paid 220 dollars service fee and technician reset board on furnace. Next morning furnace went out again and I tried contacting Sugarland RV all weekend without any response. Only after I filed a complaint did they return my call. Said they would return my money and that they didn't receive my call due to new phone answering system. They stated, I would receive a call soon regarding my refund. I still haven't heard anything from them. I call things like I see it. You did not do what you said you would do. Poor customer service. Fraud. You took my money without fulfilling service. I had to pull trailer to Camping World for repairs to be completed after paying you for a service call.

Called them out to determine why our electric seats were not moving on our class A. The RV tech sent out did not know what it was and called the senior tech. The senior tech stated it was a seat controller that was blowing a fuse. But apparently pulled the fuel pump fuse and didn t replace it. After having it towed to a ford dealership it was discovered. Needless to say, this company cost us a ton of money and a huge headache trying to get back home. Not to mention the loss of our RV for several weeks. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!Service: Electrical

Amazing customer service! They assisted us on the spot when we had an RV mechanical/electrical problem. First thing in the a.m. they had a technician meet us without delay. Then they worked on our RV in the pouring rain and got us back on the road. We cannot thank Sugarland RV enough!

Sugarland was very professional. They came to me and fixed my ac unit. They did such an affordable job that I ask them to fix our refrigerator also. Part was ordered and fixed before we left the rv campground. I would recommend them to everyone.

They came to help us with our problem with our RV in a very reasonable amount of time. They were very nice and mannerly. They actually cared that we were having problems. I will call them next time we need someone. Folks camping at Styx River should not hesitate to call them. Thanks from the Youngs and Osbornes

We stopped in this morning to see if they could help with our RV. They do not do the work that we would need but sent us to a very honest, knowledgeable mechanic.
