Completely blown away by the level of service with this place. The integrity of this dealership is far better than I ve ever experienced. Russell works with you and keeps you as a priority as his customer. Even stayed late for me so I could drive from out of state to make my purchase. Other dealers you have to chase them down for assistance and fight them tooth and nail to do business with you because they don t care anymore . I m so glad I found this car dealership !

I don't know how this place has a 4.7 unless the guy that was "working" there yesterday (Thursday Feb 29) is not normally there and is just filling in for the regular people that work there. We went by Star Imports the previous week and it was closed at 4pm on a Friday. Yesterday, we get there and no one comes out to greet and help us. I go inside and there's a guy just sitting at a desk and doesn't say anything, I had to engage all conversation. I said "I wanted to ask about a couple of vehicles out there" and he just says "okay...?" I asked about 2 vehicles, he told me the mileage and price and said if I wanted to test drove anything to come back inside and hed give us the keys. He didn't get up and offer to come help us outside. It was so awkward and unprofessional. Do NOT recommend.

This location was great Chris helped me out a lot in my current car situation and anytime I have any questions or issues with a vehicle that just pull up and he checks it or his mechanic great used car buying experience with recommend it to anyone.

It's so hard to find a place to buy a good car these days. Seems like everywhere you look you aren't able to find anything and definitely no one that wants to work with you. Well dealing with Star Imports is drastically better. I stopped by the Robertsdale lot and found a couple of vehicles I was interested in but Russell had a vehicle at one of the other lots that he brought down same day that my wife absolutely loves. I really can't say enough good things about these guys. If you are in the market definitely do stop in.

We are very appreciative of the great service we received from Chris. He did a wonderful job securing our financing and a very fair price for our trade in. He saved us a lot of money by using a terrific lender that gave us great terms. We would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from his car lot and highly recommend him.

Chris is awesome! He is kind and compassionate and isn't just trying to get a sale. He wants to help and will go the extra mile to get it done for you. I've always dreaded going to car salesmen for a car because they are pushy and annoying. He wasn't at all. He is relaxed and nice and makes you feel at home and we got a awesome car! I feel like we didnt just buy a car, but that we made a new friend also. Thanks Chris for all your hard work and all your Dr. Peppers! Sorry if i drank them all

We worked with Bijan, he was wicked understanding, crazy patient with us and our boys and gnarly upfront about the vehicle of interest to us! I can t say enough good things about this guy, his professionalism, person ability and efficiency, the way he ran the office alone and the entire experience. Wonderful customer service and very willing to do all he was able to please us!!! If you are thinking about a purchase this is where you need to be!!!

Star imports is the best. Chris in robertsdale went above and beyond his duty to put me in a car. Other dealerships wouldn't even talk to me when I told them how much I had to put down. Great place to buy a car. I will be back to get a truck. Thank you chris. Tell them to give you a raise cause you're the best. Thank you.

When going to a used car lot you do not expect the type of service we recieved. Genuine concern as well as personal attention is what you will find at Star Imports. I have never experienced such a great transaction and attentiveness than I have here! Thank you so much for all you have done! We will not go anywhere else.

The owner is super nice and a man of his word it took longer than expected to get insurance settled he said he would hold my car and he did will go back to purchase our next car

Buying car=great service, days later car minor issues, they said they will fixed them at 100%, then after they worked on the issues supposed fix, i have exact same issues but they told me they dont want my car back at the lot for anymore troubleshooting..and they were only small issues...

Do NOT GO here they are cons I wouldn't trust them at ALL. Stay far away from this place.
