I a vehicle painted there about 7 years ago and worked with romeo's brother in law(Robert). Great job at a great price. When I took a van there in Nov. 2003, I dealt with rameo. 1st.thing he did was to question me been Christian because I didn't refer to Jesus by the name that he thought was right and then he LIED to me about my van needing frame repair !!!

As I was waiting to speak with someone about a possible repair to my vehicle, I overheard the owner speaking with another customer. He was kinda loud so it wasn't difficult to overhear. He was extolling the virtues of being a "flat-earther". He went on to explain why he was right and I could see him using his hands and arms a lot to exert his opinion on the poor customer. The customer glanced at me several times with a pained expression on her face; she just wanted to get back in her car and leave. I used the chance to get back in my car and drive safely away. Kinda easy to see why there aren't too many current reviews, this guy is a nut. Too many solvent fumes maybe? Cockrell's is just down the street.

I have used Romeo 3 s a few times for a variety of repairs. He has always done great work, with great prices. I ve recommended him to a few others who have also been very pleased with his work. He doesn t understand that the thickness of clearcoat has an effect on color. He tried twice and the panel is still not matched to the rest of the car, and white should be easy. He insists it s identical but it isn t. He also doesn t understand that there are different types of clearcoat, some have a more yellowish tint. He thinks his is the perfectly clear kind but it isn t. Also be ready for some crazy flat earth rambling if you get into a conversation with him.

These shop is a top shelf place..!!! They got my car in right away and they was so fast at getting the job done..! They gave me updates and always helped me through all my concerns..! They are definitely a 5 star shop...i promise....for me at least..! I been to other shops with family and had problems....romeo 3's takes care of business..!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Had my vehicle repaired in February of 2019 after a small accident. Beautiful bodywork and very quick with the repair. A few months later, my bumper kept sticking out and my headlight went out so I brought it into Romeo's to have them look at it and he fixed it right on the spot. Great customer service by a family owned business. I will definitely be back for any of my car needs in the near future!

These are the most professional people I have delt with in a long time. Very courteous and professional. They do great work in a timely manner. Excellence at its best! I came in to get key scratches off and a few other things done, and they really did a great job. It looks better than it did when I first got it. They got everything done in a timely manner, and made sure that everything was handled. No run-around, no hassle. Overall I am VERY pleased. Be sure to ask them about window tenting, because it's the BEST in the city.

I was a thousand miles from home when I hit a deer. Romeo's had me back on the road way sooner than I would have thought possible. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. They did an excellent job on my car and even cleaned it. The good folks at Romeo's really helped turn a bad situation into a pleasant experience!

I had my 2007 2500HD window's tinted by these guys. It came out great, quick turnaround, and fair pricing. The tint guy was very nice and courteous. I would recommend to anyone.

Romeo did an awesome job on my 2014 Jeep Wraner that suffered damage from the hail storm on Orange Beach in April. Romeo is 100% professional and goes above and beyond to make sure it is done right and to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend Romeo 3's collision in Robertsdale.

Insurance involved accident. Romeo's awesome office ladies handled ALL the insurance calls for me. I just had to wait for my car. Romeo's also provides a rental car when insurance fails to help you. They also did amazing job matching my unusual vehicle color.. I will definitely be using them again.

They fixed my father and laws car after hitting a deer. They did a awesome and professional job. Thumbs up to them. Also Remeo takes time with his customer to make sure what they want. Remeo and his employees are always nice and have smiles on there faces. It seems they all like what they do. That means alot to a customer. It did my father n law and I.

I actually work there, he's my brother... I will say he runs his business with integrity...I've seen people shocked as how honest he is and when he returns money to them that he Did not use in the job... People are stunned, and I've watched a proud look in their eyes as they shook a REAL man's hand!! I'm honored to work for R 3's Collision-- and sure am proud of him and the whole R 3 C family out there

Dylan is an amazing window tinter. He tinted both of my cars and they turned out excellent both times! Five stars all across the board! I won't go to anyone else for window tint!

Called to explain a question over car titles. Woman was very nice and informative and told me to drop by with car and talk with Romeo. Next day I dropped in, interrupted him working but still he took time in looking at my car and answering all the title questions. Thx to Romero Auto Body.

If you have an accident there is no question about where to take your vehicle and that is Romeos!!! Fast friendly service and they do great work. NOBODY will ever do body work for us again other than Romeos they go above and beyond!!!
