I pulled in about a hour till close being on the road I was in desperate need for someone to look at my vehicle. Adam the guy working the counter went above his duties to take care of me to make sure I was safe. Adam, from start to finish was amazing. I'll definitely be back when in the area for any car needs I may have. Pep boys you've got a great employee and I hope he gets what he deserves by being a A plus role model and sets standards for your company on how everyone should take part in customer service. THANK YOU ADAM!!

Work performed was great, but no communication, I had to call, said he'd check and call back, didn't, app never updated me as to whether vehicle was even being serviced, then I went by the center to check up on vehicle, was told it would be ready early afternoon, went to pick it up, wasn't ready, got it the next day. Communication is vital. People were great, just no updates. I will still use them!

My vehicle was serviced here in March of 2023 and the technician stripped out a nut on my valve cover while reinstalling a coil pack and tried to cover it up. I was told that I would be refunded the cost of the tune up and reimbursed the cost of getting it fixed at any other reputable shop as long as I provided proof of an estimate and payment. $980 later my valve cover was replaced in April and I still have not received a refund as of October despite numerous phone calls assuring me this would be taken care of. There s not even a dispute of what happened; they just can t seem to make the refund happen 7 months after everything occurred.

We were connected to Pep Boys and their friendly, efficient staff who quickly looked after us while our travel trailer sat on the side of the highway. Pep Boys certainly showed us some much appreciated Southern Charm for us weary seniors from Ontario Canada. They were our bright spot in an otherwise difficult day. Awesome team!

Showed up before 7AM due to a screw being buried in a tire. Adam is the first one there and before he even had the door open, he greeted me with a smile and said "Good Morning!" Once inside I told him what I had and wondered if he could squeeze me in. Well, he did and the work was done very quickly. Even the tire guy had a good attitude and it's hard to find that, especially in the mornings.$27 later they pulled off my spare I had, repaired the puncture, refilled and mounted the tire, and last but not least, put my spare back in my trunk for me.I know this may seem like minor work for some, but when you just get off a 12 hour shift, it feels like fresh air.

Pep Boys in Robertsdale Alabama kept me updated daily on the condition of my car without being frustrated. The manager stayed consistent with getting parts to get it in good condition non stop. I will use them again without question. The price was less then I thought it would be. They were all very kind.

We noticed a problem with our rear tire.and Pep Boys (Adam) helped us out. They were closing but still diagnosed the problem and provided the solution. We had to come back next day but still got the problem fixed. Efficient, friendly and timely! Thanks!

Adam and his staff were very professional, thorough and did above and beyond to seek the best possible solutions for multiple care issues. They did an excellent job, and will be my go to place for automotive service!Truly grateful for all the help!!

First off if you put a sign on your front counter to please give us a google review , you should make sure you have your business in order. Just needed a tire patched told it would be a hour or so. Over 3 hours later still no patch. Manager in front was too busy talking about himself and what he does instead of following up on his workers in back. If this was not a fleet vehicle, I assure you I would take my business else where. I no longer bring my personal cars here because of this same issue but work truck no option but to come and sit through the agony. Customer service in all areas of service are going downhill so fast. Please do not send me an automated reply telling me to email my concerns just do a random visit to this location with no notice and you will see , unless this is your standard protocol company wide, which I honestly believe is the case , no accountability or leadership.

Adam has got to be the best manager that any Pep Boys has! He is way over qualified for the position. Very knowledgeable, and excellent customer service. Robertsdale Pep Boys has a gem in the rough there.

I brought my car in for service and the staff was very friendly, got my car in right away, fixed my alternator and reviewed other items going on with my car. The service went great, I recommend this location for car maintenance.

Joanna, Adam and team at Pep Boys were very responsive to my needs and very respectful.I took my Suburban to get my tires looked at without an appointment and they got me in that day. As I waited they made sure to check in with me and let me know what they were doing with my vehicle and about how long it would take and quoted me for costs beforehand. I will be coming back here for my tire needs. Thank you Pep Boys team!

Terrible experience all around. Was towed to pep boys after my lower radiator hose was leaking coolant. Was told by them that I needed to replace both the upper and lower hoses, while only one was leaking. They quoted me $711 to perform the diagnoses along with an alignment. I declined but told them to go ahead with the alignment. They said it would be done within an hour and a half. Two hours later I was dropped off at pep boys to pick up my vehicle. After 30 more minutes of waiting in the lobby, I was told that my alignment could not be done because there was a loose bolt in my suspension. I asked if they could tighten it up, but was told no because their jack was broken, although my truck was sitting on the jack. I then was towed back home, ordered the hose needed from Mullinax ford, and installed it the next day for $90. It s sad they are ripping people off every day. Terrible experience, I will never go there again.

Adam is excellent at customer service and automotive knowledge. Joanna also has exceptional customer service skills. I will be back for future service. It is just great to bring my auto repair & service needs to Pep Boys Robertsdale. They flushed my radiator & flushed my brake fluid while I was in for an oil change & tire rotation. And needed an engine air filter too which they handled all my needs very well.Thank you very much!Satisfied customer.Chris Seagle

I purchased two new tires from them because they were the only ones in town that actually had my size tires. They did a great job and the wait wasn't bad. They checked other things on my vehicle and even told me that my brakes aren't far from needing to be changed. I recommend Pep Boys for sure.

Adam and his crew are awesome and knows what they are doing. Definitely coming back with whatever I need done with my vehicle! They found so many things wrong with my van and cleared up the problems. We are very greatful for all the hard work they did, also very happy with how it turned out!
