The owner and the other guys that work at this shop are top tier. I recently got a new cbr1000rr and the check engine light came on. I brought it up there because the dealer told me it would be 2 months before they could even touch it, they got my bike in within 10 minutes and got me out of there within an hour. I live over an hour away but they definitely have my business for life, highly recommend, thanks guys!

What can I say about MotorSport Freaks that I have not already said...Jim and his team there are AMAZING! Honest, trustworthy, dependable, ALWAYS willing to help, and the list goes on. I HIGHLY recommend!

This guy Jim really knows what he's doing! They don't overcharge and they do great work. I took my 20 plus year old Yamaha in for the first repairs it's ever had. And even then it was only the carburetors needed rebuilding. Kind of expected. they did a good job and charged a reasonable price. I will use them again.

They have was been very helpful ove the years. Excellent location for helet gear. Bought new helmets, and intercom systems, they installed them for us, explained how to use them, and we have been good for several years with them. Excellent store, excellent people. Big thumbs up!

Love their products and even more with their customer service! I got a Helmet that was beautiful for a great price but the style of helmet doesn't fit my fat head! Look forward to working with them again on my next purchase!

These guys are great!!!! I dropped off my older dirt bike to have front brakes worked on and a couple of other small repairs. They were happy to work on it where the local dealership wouldn't touch it because it was more than 10 years old. They did great work and got to it quickly. I will surely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a great independent cycle shop. Thanks guys.

They replaced the tires on my husband's bike and their prices were very reasonable. They didn't try to charge an outrageous price like my husband was quoted from a different dealership. My husband was extremely please, as was I after looking over the invoice as I have a background in motorsports and previously worked as parts manager for a different local motorsports outfit. We won't be taking his bike to anyone else!

Wont respond to my requests for information despite numerous attempts. Prior sale customer service IMHO is indicative of post sale and this makes me look elsewhere for products.Sent three emails looking for information, will send again.

Awesome shop with some killer bikes to look at, however, only one was for sale at the time. The owner, Jim, was very knowledgeable and welcoming. Appears the bulk of his business is done through his mechanical work on his customers bikes. My time there was brief but I left with a good impression, without a doubt.

Jim s the man even though He rides Yamaha now, ( so do I) best mechanic I would trust always done me right even though he told me it would be easy to put a mid pipe exhaust on, took me 3.5 hours . Him prob a hour . , and fixed a bike I hit a deer on , quality and family owned .

Like what I've seen so far. Very nice people. Returned my call pretty fast and with a quote. Clean sales area. Very nice merchandise for sale. Couple nice bikes inside and couple nice bikes outside for sale at pretty good price. Having front tire put on my bike so we will see how it goes.

Great customer service. Very flexible in scheduling an appointment for me to replace a tire on my Harley. Beat the price quoted by the dealership by a considerable amount. The work was done right without a scratch added to my bike. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to others or hesitate to use this business again myself.

They Definitely help with answering any questions im not quite too sure on even when they seem like dumb questions. They have extremely good prices compared to other places i spoke with. Will definitely keep using MSF in the future. Well worth the 1.5hr drive.

I recently ordered a new visor shield for my helmet, needless to say I ordered the wrong one. I emailed and called about exchanging the item and within the same day the difference in payment was made I got quick friendly responses from both email and phone calls. They're extremely accommodating, prettiest, and professional. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

After trying every motorcycle shop in mobile and Daphne and they all told me they don t keep parts in stock I finally called motorsports freaks not only did they have exactly!!! What I was looking for right there on hand their price was better then what anyone else had quoted me that would have to order it and cheaper then I could ve ordered it myself off eBay. I definitely recommend this business and I ll be using them for all my future needs

I had my bike serviced & tire changed, they were very helpful and nice ppl. Their prices on parts are extremely reasonable as well. They do great job and treat you with respect. This is my only shop for any kind of bike related jobs from now on

I ve had all my motorcycle service done at motor sports freaks! Need oil changed /tires/ new fairings or frame sliders for you sport bikes? They gotcha! Even welcome d my Italian rsv Vtwin! Nicest people I ve come across in the south east concerning my two wheel passion! I d recommend for anyone to stop by their shop and have a chat with the folks at msf! Clean bathrooms too! Lol!

Those close at 1 on Saturday I called them at 12:20 and they told me to come on and they would help me out. ( I live 40 minutes away) I got there at 1 when they we're suppose to close and they helped me with a smile on there faces and got me back on the road riding.
