An experience like no other. As we pulled into the lot our expectations were by far exceeded by the professionalism and courtesy of the staff at ikon automotive. We were able to purchase a vehicle and drive away while the staff stayed late to make sure all our needs were met. 5 Star Dealer all the way. Wayne is always a pleasure to work with when looking to purchase a car or Truck. This is the second car we have bought at IKon and everyone here treats us like royalty. Everything on the lot under 80,000 miles comes with a Forever Warranty plus both vehicles we have drove away with were super low mileage and still had the Manufactures Warranty in effect. Wayne makes sure that when you drive off the property the car or truck is clean and has fuel in it. Highly recommend IKon Motors to anyone looking to buy a reliable, clean used vehicle,, go see Wayne.

I ve purchased many cars in my 65 years on this earth and by far this was the greatest car purchasing experience ever. Most of the time when you go to a dealership you dread the thought of being there for hours. Was in and out I think I was there for maybe two hours if that. Wayne was outstanding would highly recommend this dealership. If I could give 10 stars I d have no problem doing it. Was definitely a pleasurable experience!!

Wayne walked us through the process of buying a car and did a fantastic job. Very knowledgeable and down to earth people. He stayed after hours with us and made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions. I would recommend them to my friends.

We got a car from this dealership and we really thought we got a great deal, but then our check engine light came on and it's been a nightmare ever since. This dealership has no shop. The shop they use is Chuck Steven's in Bay Minette which isn't exactly a quick drive up the road. It took Chuck Steven's a week before they could squeeze us in but we waited patiently and earlier this week took the car into their shop. Now we're being told our car has too much gas in it for them to be able to diagnose the issue- not fix it. Just figure out why the light came on in the first place. They said our warranty won't cover it if they fix the wrong thing and they suggested we take our Ford from their Ford dealership to the Chevy dealership Chuck Steven's also owns across the street. They're communication sucks. We don't get updates, which I guess makes sense seeing as they have no idea what they're doing. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. They stop caring about their customers the moment the ink dries on the contract. Don't buy from these guys.Edit to add: Its been 3 months since I originally reviewed and our check engine light is still on. No clue what the problem is.

Wayne is friendly, knowledgeable about the vehicles and takes good care of you. 2nd vehicle we have purchased with him. Between Wayne and Stacey they made the process of purchasing a breeze. You do not have to wait forever to process the paper work at some really large dealerships.

All I can say is this company knows how to do business! Wayne listened and did everything he could to get my family the car they wanted., thank you sir from all of us. If you need financing it helps to have a virtuoso with the deal and that is what you get here, Stacey can make it happen. They have earned our families business and will be back soon!

We had a 5pm appointment set up with Stacey. When we arrived a gentleman named Wayne appeared to be the only person there. We explained to Wayne what we were looking for, chatted for a few minutes and he initially seemed kind. After finding two vehicles that we were interested in, another family showed up. Wayne told us he was being double-teamed and that he would be with us shortly but handed us keys to one of the vehicles we were interested in. Ultimately we decided against that vehicle and chose another one and we're going to ask for the keys to that one. In the mean time we noticed some minor issues with the vehicle we decided on. Once Wayne came back we addressed the issues. He then rudely told us we were wrong and that he had two years mechanic school under him and that he could not help us. We had 6k to put down on a vehicle. We felt like he chose to help the other family because they wanted to buy right then and he didn't like the fact that we had legitimate questions about the vehicle we loved. Overall they had some nice vehicles at a decent price. Would have loved to purchase something from them but the customer service was awful!

Mostly a good experience and a very nice facility. Wayne was good to work with and Stacey was awesome, very knowledgeable. I can't understand why after selling an expensive truck to me (40k+) they could not come up with the 2nd key? Especially since the keytag said 1of 2!If they couldn't find the 2nd key, they could have come up with a replacement! Never mind about front floor mat missing.

Best car buying experience of my life. I am 69 years old and IKON offered a buying experience that was amazing. Absolute honesty and friendly sales and office personnel. No pressure sales and kept you aware of the process through the entire sale. If you need a good quality used car and looking for good prices go by and see Wayne or Stacey on Hwy 59 in Robertsdale, AL You will be glad you did.

These people are absolutely amazing I walked in not even expecting to be able to get anything but they did everything in their power to get me in a new 2020 dodge. I will definatly refer anyone I know that need a vehicle just ask for wayne. Thanks man u don't understand how much this all means to me. You are definatly appreciated in my family for sure

These guys are a waste of time they will take loans out from multiple banks for same car an u will be left paying 3 loans beware.. on top of that my vehicle ran hot and blew a head 3 days later because someone patched a big hole in radiator instead of fixing right..

Be careful what you buy from there. Once you sign, it s yours. They offer no help with car issues that are their fault. They lie to get you out of the door. Don t waste your time.
