Wonderful experience today. The manager, Ms Jo was fantastic and the crew went above and beyond normal expectations for a simple oil change. Checked my tire pressure because I'd had an issue and corrected it free of charge. Can thank them or recommend them enough. Great place for anyone to feel safe and not taken advantage of

Stone was my oil change technician and he was awesome. When I had a question about induction service, He went to talk to another man and he came to speak with me. Though I didn't get his name, he came over and explained everything, and was very knowledgeable. I also asked about my A/C problem and he explained how that would be tested. Both men were amazingly patient and very nice and I will be going back to get the A/C issue diagnosed and hopefully fixed!! Thank you!!

I take my personal vehicles here and our company Fleet vehicles here. The staff is always super friendly, very helpful, and gets you in and out. Really quick. I highly recommended to anyone needing service for their vehicle. They've always been very honest and never try to sell me something I don't need.

We are so thankful that we stopped here with vehicle issues. The entire staff worked together to get us two new tires in order to make it to our vacation spot/back home. We had our 3 little kids with us, and they went out of their way to make it easy on us. Marcus and Brandon were so generous to get us back on the road!

I pulled into Express on 2/22. When Don (I think that was his name) came to ask what I needed, I explained an oil change but also asked them to disconnect my battery. I have a 2023 Tucson, which has a known issue with the system and all sounds. The dealership couldn t get me in for two weeks. Disconnecting the battery is a tempfix. Gary and Stone both came over for me to explain, just to make sure they knew what I was asking them to do.I had my grandchildren in the car, who were getting a little impatient, so we tried to make up a story, to include my grandson, where everyone goes around and adds a piece to the story The whole garage got involved, when my grand would not play along, I heard one of your guys say hey, now I need to know how this story ends A moment later Stone explained they didn t have my oil filter, this is a common issue with my car but it didn t take long for them to run next door and grab one. I only trust Express because, when I first got my car, they refuse to mess with my drain plug and explained to me in detail on why and instead use that machine to suck out the oil.I know these guys don t get much recognition, because most customers are in and out but please give each person in that garage yesterday a HUGE GOLD STAR!! They were professional, personal able and had no problem trying to join in with entertaining a five year old.

Pulled in their lot and before I could even get out of my truck, Dominic was ushering me into an open bay. Straight to work and checking with me on anything specific going on, what kind of oil I wanted to use, doing the usual safety check, and even offered to air up a lawnmower wheel I had with me. And not only did he go above and beyond to air the mower tire, his tire guy came and let me know it was time to replace that tire due to wear. That, folks, is customer service!Need your oil changed - highly consider the friendly friendly nature, the customer care, and the quickness of Express Oil Change on HWY 59 in Roberstsdale, AL, you won't be disappointed.Thanks Dom, and crew!

Robert Kline did the oil change on my Linciln MKZ and we were so happy with the whole experience. We stayed in the car. Service was performed quickly. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would highly recommend this business!

I came with an issue with cooling system in one of my cars. I called and ask if I could come in, with no hesitation they said yes!! In was pulled straight to back when I arrived. Very professional, and knowledgeable about the issue. Joshua and Marcus are great mechanics. I would recommend them to anyone!!

I know I can change my own oil for less, but Express does it so fast! When I went the other day I told my son we d probably be in and out in 15 minutes. I think it was closer to 10! And they did great with the full inspection of all the fluids and lights and everything!

Austin met me at the door and took my information quickly. He was very attentive and made feel happy I was at Express Lube. He check everything for me and went the extra mile by cleaning the battery terminals for the truck. Express Lube have constantly found great people! They do great work!

Very slow and overpriced! They ripped out my engine air filter, tearing the seal off around the edges, that was perfectly fine. Pretty rude too. Just go to Walmart for half the price and better service.
