2013 Dodge Ram BigHorn 1500 5.7 Hemi was having issues. Truck wouldn t start, over heating, engine knocking. Received opinions from 2 company s in town before speaking with the owner of this company. Both company s informed me my vehicle required major repairs that could be catastrophic to the engine. On my third opinion, I spoke with the owner of this company and his son and they offered to induct the vehicle into maintenance immediately and quoted me a fair price of $3,000 for major engine repairs that could possibly take 48 hours to compete due to extensive labor. An hour after the vehicle was inducted, the owner had contacted me requiring me to return. Upon my return the owner and his son had found a minor issue that was causing the truck to function as if the engine needed to be replaced. The owner was HONEST, displayed characteristic traits such as INTEGRITY, INTELLIGENCE, and JUDGMENT. The owner informed me he did not want to conduct the $3,000 repair and believed he could perform the repair for a couple hundred dollars. After he was completed the truck was up and running perfectly. I am very grateful for this company s integrity moving forward, putting the customers value before the dollar value. After todays encounter, I will never speak with another mechanic in this area other than this local family business. They are reliable, fast, trustworthy, and will go out of their way to ensure you are taken care of. When my family was without a vehicle his son even provided transportation for me to travel back and forth to his work shop. 50/10, 110% recommend this company to anybody looking to get their automobiles maintained or repaired. Very impressed with todays professional services that was performed in an extremely timely manor!
