I would highly recommend Chambers Auto Glass for any windshield replacement you may have. Robert Chambers was very professional and explained each step he did during the time he worked on replacing the windshield in our Ford F250.

Robert from Chambers showed up at my home at the exact appointment time and installed a new winshield on my Gladiator in about half an hour- very obvious he'd done this for many years. Even more important, to me, was that he did this for $126.00 less than the SafeLite quote. They are locally owned and operated which always feels good. This is the second time we used them and we couldn t be happier with the service. He came the next day. He was on time and very friendly. A rock destroyed my windshield the week before Christmas. I called around and did some serious comparison shopping because we're on a pretty tight budget (thanks, 2020) and we had to pay out of pocket for the repair. Chambers ended up having the best price by more than $50, and also had the fastest availability of anyone I called. He came out the very next morning after I called, was very prompt, and he did a beautiful job of replacing the windshield. He was very nice, professional, and even kind enough to endure my curiosity about the whole process. He explained what he was doing every step along the way and I'm thrilled with the excellent workmanship he did. He was awesome, I have had a crack in my windshield for my Jeep for almost 4 years and finally found a reliable company to install it! He was very curious and prompt! He beat all the other companies on proving and tike... I had it installed in 2 days! I highly recommend him! Did not use Chambers. On may way to his office 5 Miles away, he calls and said he was in Mobile. It was not raining. He canceled three different times.I went to Safe Lite. No appointment, no run around . Very happy with them.You are ruining your own business.......

Awesome business. Very helpful. Chambers Auto Glass in the best Windshield Replacement company in Baldwin County, Alabama. Not only will they drive to your location if it's in a 30-45 min drive. They have the best prices for windshield replacement and repair in Baldwin County. I highly recommend.

I had an appointment for Friday but due to weather and delays he had to come the next day to replace my back glass. He was here and done before noon but when we talked to him we were expecting him at noon. He said would take an hour but did not even seem to take that long. He was very nice, helpful and way better deal than safelite. DO NOT USE SAFELITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE THROWING MONEY AWAY. I looked at the glass before paid and everything looked good. I will test it with a car wash at a later point to check for leaks but sure it will be good. If ever need glass again will use again. I am happy to have glass again and now no worries with rain.

It took a couple days of me calling them to schedule the repair as they are not very good about answering their phone. Once the guy came out to do my repair, it only took about 45 minutes to do the windshield replacement. Once I got out to my vehicle, during the installation process I had gotten several scratches on my roof from replacing the windshield. I was a little taken back, but I use Turtle Wax Professional Rubbing Compound a lot to get out scratches that haven't taken the clear coat off and I got the majority of the scratches off. All but a few were off from the wax.Well about 48 hours go by, and I started taking pictures of my vehicle to get it ready to be sold and there is a crack coming from the passenger side. I had not hit a rock or anything and it had only been 2 days. I had driven a total of 26 miles. I paid $200 for the windshield repair, which totaled out to be $100 per day with not crack in my windshield. Crazy stuff.This was just 2 days ago. In the past 24 hours I have called them (not exaggerating) 12 times. I have left 2 voice messages, 1 just explaining my situation and 1 rather annoyed that it has taken this long to get back with me.I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to get a windshield replaced. They are without a doubt the cheapest option but had I known that this was going to be the outcome, I certainly wouldn't have used them. I will update my review if I am somehow able to get in touch with them and get this worked out.

I was glad that I found this company. Robert is very professional and efficient. I loved the fact that he comes to where you are, and I also love the fact that he is a local small business. We need more of that. I highly recommend Chambers Glass!

Called this place to get a glass put in a car he called his vendor and I guess vendor didn't have that glass so he told me to search salvage yards....lol I was trying to hire you to do a job FIND THE GLASS
