Was in there yesterday to get my battery checked.There were 2 men up front. One was with a costomer and the other was on a computer.When I asked fot help he was super rude and pointed to the sign above him and said can you read the sign?? I was so mad I just walked away.His name was Alan.Very rude man

I have never been to this particular Auto Zone as it located a couple of states away from where I live.With that said, I know that the service at this store must be top notch!A package I sent to my wife was accidentally mixed up with this store's Fed Ex delivery. Jeremy called me from the store and let me know what happened as soon as they found it.They could have just ignored it or even stolen it. Instead, Jeremy took the time and effort to make sure the package got to the right person.That shows me that this particular Auto Zone is staffed by some good people. Honest people, like Jeremy, who care enough to help someone out who is not even one of their customers.

Asked about a certain tap and body clips. The attendant behind the counter pointed to isles in which I had already looked. There was no one in the store and 2 employees. He offered no assistance. O'Reilly auto got my business today

I just couldn't believe how helpful Jordan, and Jeremy were. Not only did they find what I needed as fast as possible, They noticed that I was having a hard time, and came out to help. Because of these 2 awesome people I was not late for work. Thank you so much for being so caring. I highly recommend this store over all the others.

Clueless and incompetent employees, except for the blonde lady.The guy who looked at the issue my car was having seemed lost, had no idea what he was doing and he kept picking at random mechanisms in my car. He even mistook my car engine's computer for a fuse box! I had to keep explaining that it was a headlight problem, several times. I finally gave up and told him to not worry about it. After the fourth time telling him to stop, he finally shut my hood and I accomplished nothing

I needed new wipers for my car. I was greeted and asked what I needed. I was given prices and choices, I chose rained wipers. The man who helped me even put the wipers on my car ... in the rain!! So nice. That is why I always do all my car shopping at autozone!!

Great people a bigger store it seems like than fairhope they had what I was looking for in stock fir my 99c2500 chevy and very friendly and helpful. Wish they had better audio selection for speakers and on exhaust. Wish I could find a duel in duel out, 2.75 inlet 3.00 or 2.75 outlet in a flowmaster 40s somewhere but straight piped is good enough. Respect this place very much

I have stopped going there since the old men are so rude and put off by women. I asked for help and old dude just said.. Im busy. Everytime Ive been in there they have been rude. There are too many other places to buy auto parts in Robertsdale.

I've only been in and out for a few things, but it's about like any other AutoZone: the people are helpful and fairly knowledgeable but always seem to have more customers than they can handle in a reasonable amount of time. I'm not a big fan of the "house brand" Duralast batteries or other replacement parts, they don't always hold up in the long run.

Unfortunately I need to visit here a lot due to owning older vehicles. But they always have been able to help, and when I've had issues with parts or batteries, they have recognized me and just got it all right.They can be a little slow, but not their fault I wound up in line behind someone who has no idea what kind of car they drive.

3rd visit to this location and 3rd time to be ignored by Tim. Terrible customer service. Had my items and was at checkout. Tim looked right at us and never came to check us out. Put the items back and walked out. 3rd times a charm I guess. Won't be back... would rather drive out of my way to receive better customer service.

I enjoy coming to AutoZone in Robertsdale Al. I've never had a bad experience yet! They go out of there way to help you figure out what's wrong with your vehicle and never pressure you...just will "guide you" a long. They don't offer the most expensive option first and that makes me like this company more especially for a single lady. Also when I walk into the store, I feel welcomed not looked at like they hate I just walked through the door.

Got parts we needed, but with extra attitude. Please advise workers to not speak up prices to people, just because they think the opposite sex knows nothing. It's quite rude and unprofessional

Two older men there did not even move from their propped up position on the counter in an attempt to help me. They answered my questions but could have been more helpful. They referred me to pep boys up the road. Went to 3 other stores that showed a more genuine interest in helping me. I was having trouble with my car and was 5 hours away from home. Shame because I was willing to purchase from them first because I have a local Auto zone at home that I always go to first that always helps me. Kudos to Advance Auto parts, Pep Boys, and O'Reilly Auto Parts who went above and beyond to help me with my problem to get me back on the road home safely.

Was told I wouldn't be getting a power steering code. I know my car was sending one but they refused to check for any. If I said I have a code for power steering that another scanner pulled up, I probably have a code for it then. Here beside I have a printout from the code.C-1897 - Steering Variable Assist Power Steering Circuit Loop Failure.Please educate yourselves on vehicles before getting a job here.

They re okay. I go here if o reilly is out of stock and I have nowhere else to go. It tends to be better than autozone. Knowing what s in stock can be hit or miss. Even if it says in stock online it may actually not be. Kind of unfortunate when I have to drive a little bit to get here.

Usually good experience, but I was looking for bolts for go kart and rookie cashier had no idea and manager was not friendly nor helpful. I could tell he had bad attitude. I guess go kart parts are a waste of their time. I do Oreillys for now on.

Autozone very rarely, if ever, has the part I need in stock. Oh they can order them and theyll be there tomorrow or the next day though. Hell naw. I could understand if drove something uncommon. But I drive Bronco for Pete's sake! I dont know why I waste my time even stopping there. Never again. From now on, I'll shop at the local family owned parts store. They have EVERYTHING.
