I didn't understand the bad reviews. On my way home from CA to FL. Had a leaf spring break on my grand design. On a Saturday, they came out with everything they needed and got me back on the road, 3hrs and even brought a leaf spring to fit. Good people right here.

I would rather read comments before hiring them, one block from them, and charge $285 for road assistance, which I'm not against to charge, but come on, be honest, don't abuse because the needs, parts extremely expensive total of the invoice $1,373.88 for a dryer, which is between $150 to $300 max, if it is possible to change just the valve, is only $25, but they go for the most expensive. Avoid this place if possible. They will assault you for sure.

Five stars for the mechanic. Did a great job. No complaints. Minus a star for the owner speaking to his mechanic so disrespectfully. The mechanic had just finished working on my trailer and I opened my hood to show him something and when he went to look at it the owner immediately screamed at him not to work on trucks in the parking lot. He wasn't working on nothing. I told him to come over and look at something. It cost $0 to treat people like their people. That was disgraceful. Figure it out.

They are incompetent and don't know what they are doing. Mechanic guy is very good, Respectful and kind. But the owner Herman is really belligerent, disrespectful, and rude. They overcharge and don't even fix the issue. You ask questions, he gets upset. Your truck will leave worse than when it went in. DO NOT BRING YOUR TRUCK HERE FOR SERVICE. I called Police to help me. It is not possible to talk with the owner so I need help. YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY UPSET BRINGING YOUR TRUCK HERE!!!

We called to get our motor home there for a fuel pump replacement. The owner told me to be there early in the morning. We arrived before 8:00 am.I called him to let him know that we were there, and he was beyond rude.Waited for three hours and nobody showed up to start the job, I called him again and he told me that he was to busy to work on it that day, that he was going to do it the next day. When I asked him what are going to do, he just hung up on me.So irresponsible and so rude. We ended up calling another tow truck to pull us out of there.Really don t know how that people are still in business. I guess that ripping off people from out of town is his real business.I guess God was protecting us from that scumbag

I called to get a quote on a tire I received my quote I was happy with it considering I was sitting on the side of the highway I am a tow truck operator so of course I m on a time sensitive call and I was told somebody would call me after I hung up the phone after being guaranteed a hour eta hour go by never heard back so I called again asking for a eta was told again that someone would call I ve since been on the side of the highway waiting for nothing I have a guy coming out of Milton since I ve already missed my appointment so to you all I say thanks for nothing

Very shady place the guys that worked on my truck were nice. It took them 4.5hrs to do a 2hr job they carry no parts. Then once they put everything back together they didn t add any oil to my differential which I had a wheel bearing leaking. You figured you lost oil you add oil nope he said it was good to go. Should of went to Love s. Never again will I stop here.

Sweet and sour,..., reparation was great staff politeness super. They will make you feel that you are in good hands but the owner is a little bit greedy from my point of view (I'm not trying to be des respectful) prices are too high way that than love's or Petros I think like double....,.and you have to pay in cash yes...... you're reading fine just cash money.....so he heat you with a super Bill and then not accept credit cards no debit or credit.....put you in a real bad position. So think about the pros and cons.

Not professional not timely. Did not bring proper tools. Minimum charge was 2 hours labor plus a 278 service call Had to pay 665.28 for a new bearing that cost 15 bucks and a monkey could install in 20 minutes. Changed a bearing and did not bring grease. I hate giving bad reviews but have to warn others.

Despite bad reviews, I couldn't be happier with our service.Our Bluebird Bus tire went flat and two hours later, Good Sam still hadn't been out. We called Love's and they kindly directed us to Herman's shop. Melvin came out, was super sweet and changed our tire lickety split. We were so impressed that we replaced the rest of them. They were personable, and had us back on the road within two hours with 6 new tires. Thanks again!

I was on I-10 and had a nail in my tire and had to find a place fast before it was a totally flat. All Truck and trailer repair was the next exit up. I rolled into the yard and they waved me right on into the bay. They found the nail in the tire and patched my tire right away and I was back on the road in less then one hour. They charged me $30 for the patch and it was well worth it. Since they jumped right on it and got me back on the road really fast.

My truck (2016 Cascadia) was there for NOX sensor replacement and I was charged $1222 for the job. It was a straightforward job which didn't require any diagnostics since I told them what I wanted done. Don't go there or you will get ripped off.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Mr. Herman, contrary to other reviews, and the employees have been kind, informative and generous in treating me, my dog & my RV. I had a fuel injector, oil change, transmission fluid change & they fixed my converter & a leak in the exhaust. No one likes a bill--however, I feel I've been treated more than fairly. And he let me boondock 2 nights here free.FOLLOW UP: The labor appears to be purposely SLOW (then the owner says he'll knock off an hour or so to make you feel better). DO NOT have them do any exhaust work. I had an exhaust issue, it was put together improperly and broke just outside of Alabama. I was told to bring it back. I drove with an open exhaust, on the highway back. They fixed it again (in the same improper manner) and this time I didn't even get out of Alabama before it broke in the EXACT same place. I refused to drive a hazardous vehicle back again & found an exhaust professional who properly fixed it.That 2 day nonproperly fixed exhaust issue cost me $610.00 ($537 of which was labor charges) paid to All Truck & Trailer Repair.This was a sad end to a very stressful three day event!

RUN! BEWARE! This shop is a scam. The owner, Herman, is belligerent, disrespectful, and rude. They are incompetent and don't know what they are doing. They overcharge and don't even fix the issue. This would be a negative star if possible. These people are the worst in the entire tire changing business. I made the mistake of trusting them to take my payment over the phone. Come to find out they held my driver hostage for hours until i was able to fill out a pointless authorization form. COMPLETELY!!! Never call these people. Never do business with them. I feel sorry for all the people past, present, and future that even have some sort of association with this company. POOR!

On Friday evening as I was driving home, my battery indicator and voltmeter on my Chevrolet Silverado came on. It was my alternator. I was able to pull into the Oasis Truck Stop. I asked the staff if there was a place nearby that could change out my alternator. They recommended All Truck and Trailer Repair. The staff at Oasis called them, informed them of the situation, and they said they could repair it but it would not be until morning. Mr. Herman called me early in the morning, picked me up and gave me a ride to an auto parts store that had early opening hours on Saturday. I bought the part and Mr. Herman gave me a ride back. Mr. Melvin came over, gave me a jump, and I drove over to All Truck & Repair. They changed put the alternator and I was on my way. Big shout out to Mr. Herman and Mr. Melvin for providing repair services on the weekend to morotists who break down on I-10. They were humble, professional, and did a great job!Service: Electrical

I'm telling guys stay away from this place, this place is a scam, I wish I had read the other 3 bad reviews before me. What happen was my trailer back axle got dislocated after a stop because I forgot to pull my locking handle after sliding my tandems, it also damage the locking handle so I couldn't slide my tandems, they fixed the trailer dislocation but it only took them 1 hour to fix it then charge $390 for one hour labor no parts, after the repair they ask me where I want my tandems at, that right should had warn me that they did not fix the tandem locking handle, I ask him would I be able to slide my tandems ,he lied and said yes, now I'm going to have to take this trailer back to a repair shop to get fix what this place should had fix, I wish I had read the 3 other bad reviews before I came to this place, I normally do that but for some reason I didn't and I should had check myself that my locking handle was working before I left, this is the first time I had a repair man lied right in front of my face, so this is definitely learning experience, after this I will never take my equipment to run down shops like this and risk being rip-off. Had they fixed the locking handle like they should had I would not had write this review but they overpriced on labor and fix half of repairs makes me mad and I hope this review will cost them future business

This business had the truck for 8 days with specific request of what to work on. They did not change the air filter as requested but took it upon themselves to change the actuator at over $500. They never called to get permision for such a repair. The mechanic busted the A/C line while under the hood which we discovered after we got the truck home. They left grease hand prints on the outside of the truck. Just all around unorganized and pitiful service. Horrible experience...and costly.

Terrible. We were charged $988.44 to replace trailer axle bearings. Their hourly rate is $119/hr. They were dishonest in how many hours they worked. We were also charged $187/trip for 2 trips out to us when they didn't have the parts. They must not get much business and then fine the need to charge ridiculously high charges on their victims.

We had an alternator issue while headed west on I 10. Pulled off at the Alabama welcome center and called our mechanic back home for advice. I told him the symptoms and he told me it was the alternator. We got back on the road and pulled into the Oasis truck stop and was told they didn t work on RVs and then directed us to All truck and trailer repair. Gary worked on our MH. Thenparts place sent the wrong alternator which slowed us down. 7 hours after we got there we were on the road. Herman and the crew helped us and treated us really well. I got home and noticed a math error on the bill I called Herman and returned thenoverage back onto our card. When we got back I asked my mechanic about the amount of hours it took to change out the alternator and he said he was surprised as it is very difficult to work in that engine compartment. I hop I never have to stop there again but I would if I had too. Thanks Herman and Gary for your hospitality and service.

Broke down at truck stop next door radiator metal hose rusted through 112 dollar part at frt liner but they would have to order and could not do work for 4 days! Was recommended this shop by oasis! NO NOT USE THIS SHOP. 446 for a used pipe my own anti freeze put back in 300.00 job at freight liner for correct parts RUN FROM THIS PLACE DO NOT JUST WALK AWAY!

I was instructed to follow Melvin s directions as to where to park. Melvinh guided me into a fixed object puncturing a hole through my Reefer Door. Herman, the owner arrive shortly after and told me he would pay for a new door to just send him the invoice. The following day I sent him an invoice and he freaked out and said over the phone that I had a dry van and I told him I was on a live perishable load and that my trailer was refrigerated. He didn t let me finish explaining and he cut me off and hung up the phone. Nobody has answered ever since.

Zero stars. These animals are thieves. $870 to replace 1 brake caliper on Ram 3500. That is not including parts that I purchased separately. Talking to shop owner will get you nowhere. Please do not give them any business.

If your from out of town... Do not take your truck here! This is the definition of highway robbery. We broke down a few miles from here and called to have our truck towed and repaired. The owner; Herman, quoted us a price of 98 / hr to work on truck. He didn't tell us it was 98 an hour times the number of people he supposedly had working on truck. I have never been charged this way at any of the repair shops. This was on a Friday afternoon and this is a 24hr 7 day shop. I called him all weekend long and tried to get an estimate. Kept getting...."Uh, not sure what its gonna cost, got to do this, that and this and I will let you know" Finally I drove to the place on Monday, he had one Mech tearing off the head. So only work had been done was removal of the head, then he told me it needed major engine work, which truck was not worth the cost. I got the bill for head removal 4413.85 -450 for tow. 4k for Pulling a head!! I called Volvo and a few other shops to get a quote for head removal on my truck, most I could find was 2k for worse case, most shops were around 1500. After I confronted him with this info he adjusted the price to 3500, which we had to pay to get our truck back. No estimates, Double price for quoted Labor, and he cursed me out when I ask him to explain how the bill could be this high. I would not waste my time with typing this review if I hadn't been burned so bad by All Truck and Trailer! Call him and ask him how he ripped off WBX, he will gladly tell you "I f'd them" cause thats what he told us after we got our truck. I have copy of receipt I will provide you...just email me. If I can only save one other company from these people then it is worth this review.

Horrible experience, just got robbed 700.00 for a 70.00 break chamber that didn't fix the proble, now wanted to change the air dryer!! no thank you.

If you're near Mobile or Pensacola and need truck repairs, go here. Usually a simple repair like a tire ends up taking all day at big repair shops. I was out of here in half an hour, and they also helped me weld a cracked piece on the wheel. Amazing prices too.

I was gonna use them for my trucking needs but this company has so bad of reviews I wouldn't use them I would stop at the ta service right before the entrance at all truck &trailer

he change a seal and fuel pump, i buy a part just labor 1896 $.he charged 11 hours and when i call and ask to explain he curse me on a phone. I hope that he will use that money to pay for his health. very very bad man
