We always shop at Advance but this time we were stuck needing a belt and no way to get it. Tim very graciously brought the belt to us. That meant the world! We will ALWAYS shop at Advance Auto(Robertsdale). Fyi....my dad was a master mechanic who owned his own parts store (back in the 70's, 80's) but he ALWAYS had one person designated to make deliveries. It was just good customer service and this effort showed Advance cares about their customers!

Wonderful experience....they tested my battery for free.....sold me a new one and installed it all in about 15 minutes! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, I definitely recommend.

I having a bad day ended up having an even worse day when I had issues with our vehicle....but things got better and brighter with the help from the staff here in robertsdale....they search and found a part that I needed and found it quickly. Very super friendly and helpful. My experience here today has been a true blessing that it made my day so much more better...Thank you for helping my mother and I out today. It is so hard to find such caring, determined, and helpful people out in the world anymore. Thank you for caring so much for your customers. I am very grateful to the staff for their help.

The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond anyone else to help me. I had been to 3 other places before this one. They helped me determine what the problem was with my car before having me purchase over $200 in parts. Turned out that I did not need parts - it was just a loose connection. I was 5 hours away from home and I'm so glad these guys were willing to help me rather than selling me what I didn't need or sending me elsewhere.

Kudos to the male employee at Advance Auto Parts who took our order correctly and asked Jennifer if she would bring us the two new batteries that we needed for our diesel truck. We can't thank them enough for going above and beyond the call of duty as we were stranded. In the future we will use this Auto store more.

Needed jumper cables. Good selection of Die Hard products. The staff was helpful and even had to close late to help us get what we needed.

The best! No one in Pensacola had my battery on a Sunday. We called this store and asked them to hold it for us while we drove to Robertsdale. The associates were fantastic. I really appreciate all their help.

I needed a new battery for my pickup. When I got to the store, it was POURING rain. Charles installed my battery, all the while getting soaked. He never complained and finished with a nice smile. Every time I need anything automotive, I go here. The folks are helpful and friendly !

As a person who knows very little about cars and is not very descriptive, I found the patience of the employees great they help me with everything and answered all my questions and they even ran me a discount on some of my items. I will definitely be coming back.

I have been using this store for 15 years. I will never go back to this store as long as I live and will refer ppl to another store. I took a battery that was a year old wanting to exchange for another battery due to it not cranking my truck. I can charge the battery and crank it and drive where ever I want to go. As soon as I turn it off the truck does not start I have to get boosted. I m tired of using a jump box on it. I took it up there and they looked at me like I was stupid. My alternator is charging if it gets me from robertsdale to orange beach with out any issues. My cables are brand new. But they test the battery and it reads good. Well I for one don t care what the tester says because it s not testing it under a load. So since advance auto parts does not stand by there product on a battery that is a year old and give me a replacement battery then I will take my business elsewhere. And these parts stores wonder why every one a rather shop online for parts due to not having to deal with that work there that think they know more about automotive repairs than the ppl working on them. It s a hassle. We as customers know what we need. I mean if it will only start with a jump then common sense says battery is no good. So long for warranty and standing by your product. So I went to Oriellys and bought a battery it s not the fact that I could not afford to buy one. It s the fact that the battery is only a year old. And y all did not stand by your warranty that y all claim to have.

I have had issues with alitnator on car and had to do a couple warranties on them. Great customer service except for once. Would have been 5 star had the guy not had attitude.

I live in Long Beach California and my 60 Year old mom lives in Bay Minette Alabama. While traveling from robertsdale her suv died at the gas station in Loxely. She had just bought a new battery at advance in Bay Minette the day before so now we know that her alternator must be bad. After calling Roadside and waiting over two hours with no call back to confirm a tow, I then called every friend in the area but to no avail. I then think to call Advance and by Gods grace Rodney Calo answers the call. Me nor my mother have ever met Rodney but he went above and beyond, even getting a mechanic friend of his to go out with him to help fix the SUV for my mom so she could make it home before dark. I know that this is not in Rodney's job description but his willingness to go above and beyond his call of duty is the very reason that my family will only shop with Advance Auto Parts. At this point in time they are starting to get decently staffed and have plenty of people to deliver and fulfill a customers need this location is a main Hub location so they do have more parts than usual

I don't like it Vance Auto Parts I'll pay $60 for windshield wipers the next week when it rained the one on the driver side made all kind of noise they wouldn't even make it right so don't worry about me ever giving y'all another nickel and I will tell other people about y'all too

I shop around to find the cheapest price on parts. of course the quality of Parts also matters.Advance Auto is about as good as the rest of them I suppose.

Wife treated with respect when she went there for her "check engine" light. Countersperson ensured problem was fixed before she left.
