I simply love this location for my automotive needs On our work vehicles Anything from tires to oil changes they're always prompt and quick. A whole lot better than the stores I live near as Carrollton or LaGrange. I'd rather just drive the 26 mi here & Know, I'm taking care of much better! TAZ in the automotive department is simply awesome! It was pouring down rain and I had a buggy full of stuff. He went out and got my truck out of the brain and pulled it under the awning so I wouldn't get wet as I was loading my vehicle. Simply go and beyond what anybody ask of them. It's nice to finally go somewhere where customer service is number one!

Stepson had a flat tire. Went to Walmart, bought 2 tires(only had 2 in stock in correct size). Brought the rims in to have them change the tires, they said they don't change tires that aren't on the car, ok cool whatever, got them done elsewhere. Ordered 2 more of the SAME tires from WALMART.COM. Had my stepson drive up to Walmart to have the remaining two changed, they WOULDNT change them because they said they were custom tires. They were the exact same tires that they sold us in store 2 weeks ago!

Went to the to get vehicle no one was behind the counter. So I walked on to the floor found someone that works back there and he was on his cell phone. I ask is anyone working back here he said yeah like he didn't want to. So I went back to the counter and waited for few more minutes he finally showed up. He ask NAME I wasn't happy by the way he was acting that's rude customer service. His name was Larry was told he's the department manager back there. Really poor customer service

I don't really want to give one star. Came to have new tires put on after I bought 4 brand new tires from Walmart.... The man who looked to be a manager told me come back after 12. So I left went to Jacks ate breakfast let's say it took 20 mins at most, there is one lady in line and one vehicle getting tires changed!!! Beyond mad I am and will not be purchasing anymore tires from Walmart!!!

Walmart has poor customer service I bought a set of tire from there and couldn't get them put on I had to take them somewhere else and pay to have them put smdh never again lesson Learn Don't shop at Walmart
