The employees went above and beyond when I had a flat tire. I so appreciated them coming to my house to get the tire to take it back to the shop to repair it. I m glad to have found a local car repair place!

Made an appointment to get a muffler put on. Waited an hour to get my car on the rack. 15 minutes later the mechanic tells me that they can't do the muffler because he can't make a straight cut with out removing the crossmember. I said ok take off the crossmember. Then he says well we really dont have time to do the work because we have other customers scheduled. But there is a guy down the block who may have time to do it. REALLY.!!!!!. IF YOU DONT HAVE TIME TO DO THE WORK THEN DONT WASTE MY TIME EITHER. I took time off work to get this done. I dont know how you stay in business treating people this way. You will never have the opportunity to waste my time again I promise. And I will also tell everyone I know to take their money elsewhere.

Wife carried my truck to have it lined up. Twice as bad as it was, not even safe to drive. Now have to wait an hour before anyone can even look at it..

Took them an hour to rotate and balance my tires and my truck rode worse afterwards than before. Waste of time and money .
