Do not take anything here ! We spent over 2000$ for the transmission to go right back out not even two months later ! Our friend recommended them but his transmission went out not even being driven but just for a few test drives . You can never get anyone on the phone or if you do no one ever returns your call . Absolutely the worst business we have ever delt with !Service: Transmission

Disappointed,frustrated and without a car. I brought my van in December 2019 for a transmission and picked up vehicle in January and it was good to go. I noticed transmission slipping in February and brought it to then early March. They made good on their 6 month guarantee. Van was ready some time in April (during Covid, understandably) Van came back with transmission fixed but an air hose to pump was broken off. About 6 months later I noticed transmission slipping again and finally it just went out while I was on I-20. I am guessing they used a previously owned transmission. I don't understand how this could happen twice. I would not comfortably recommend.

They came highly referred by Eddie(E&J Motor's) when my transmission went out. My vehicle is still in the shop but I really appreciate whenever I called I got the BEST customer service from his son Phillip I have no doubts that my Acura TL will be good as gold when I pick her up next week!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

I brought my VW Routan to them last summer, had it back in a week. Transmission slipped on the way home, called the next day and was told parts were seeding in place. It seemed fine, just a tad bit off for the next few months. After five months, it went out. They were kind enough to honor the warranty even though the ex employee failed to write a date on it. They were great to work with and good Christian men. Saved me a lot of money.Service: Transmission

My wife and I were on our way to Florida from Ohio when our transmission went out. It was a Sunday afternoon and everything was closed. We got Phillips name from a man who said he could help us. We were about 40 miles away from him when we lost third gear. We were able to limp it to his shop where he met us On his day off. He got our truck in the next day and rebuilt our transmission. He is one of the most caring and honest mechanic I have ever met. Something still wasn't right when he rebuilt the transmission but he didn't want us to miss our vacation so told us to drive his truck to Florida while he worked on ours!! We had a great time in Florida and picked our truck up on the way home. Unfortunately about an hour after we got it back we lost third gear again. We called him and he told us to bring it back. He ended up putting a whole new transmission in at no extra cost!! If you ever need someone to fix your transmission Phillip Frost is the person to use! We can't say enough good things about him and his shop!

Mr. Frost and team did an excellent job with my Range Rover HSE transmission. Trouble shooting the complex repair saved me 1000's of dollars. It took a while for them to fix, but they did an exceptional job. Would recommend without hesitation.

A friend of mine took his truck to Mr. Frost. He was suppose to rebuild the transmission. Well we went and picked up the truck just to find that the driver seat was broken. He drove the truck for 2 months and it started acting up. We called Mr. Frost he told us to bring the truck back up there so we did. Well Mr. Frost called and said he could find anything wrong with it. That was in June well here it is August and we had to take it back again because the transmission went completely out. Mr. Frost had to go back in the transmission again so we should ve got another warranty on the transmission but Mr. Frost said he will not give us another warranty we have 1 month left and that s it. Then he told us if we have problems with it he would fix it up to January but would not put it in writing. So in others words he will not fix it if we did bring it back. I drove the truck home (leeds) and drove it around down here by the time I got home it hesitated when I would stop at a stop sign and then take off again. So its already slipping in first gear from take off. I wouldn t take another vehicle to this man ever again. I wouldn t recommend him to my worst enemy. Oh and about the driver seat that got broke they said it was already weak and already broke that way. Which was a lie because I drove this truck all the time and nothing was wrong with that seat. They wouldn t fix it.

Service was very disappointing they are now keeping your car for years and not fixing them the lady on the phone tells a different story every time you call the business . Service is poor my vehicle still not done after 3 years of telling me to call back this day and that day to get no results

Do NOT USE THESE Jack,legs I took my truck down there to get a fully rebuilt transmission it s a 2005 Chevy z71 had it back the same day in 8 hours paid them $2,000 and I had nothing but trouble it s done went out 4 times since they built it and I only put 5,000 miles on it and it s been a year and they still have my truck and I can t drive it they will just take your money they will not do what they say please save ur self from using these peopleService: Transmission

So just went and picked up my truck. It's still grinding and hard shifting. AND NOW ITS MAKING A WEIRD RACKET. Paid over 2,000 and now won't anwser my phone calls.
