The water is turned off because of the cold. The parking lot needs to be repaved. That being said, it's an OK place to stay and wait for your motorhome to be serviced. The water was turned on yesterday, so it's a happy time. Still here 5 weeks later.

It was our first visit and we had a large punch list. The team in bay 48 were OUTSTANDING to work with and you could tell they knew there jobs. They took the time to show me things and make sure I knew what was needed to be done and when. Looking forward to our next trip to Red Bay. The camp ground was a great place to stay while the work was getting done. We were within our one year so the stay was free. The park hosts knew what was going on and keep you in the loop. Thank you Bob Tiffin

We have used Tiffin Allegro Campground since 2009 while waiting for repairs to our Tiffin RV. Because of our coach's age (over 1 year old) we are allowed to park inside the gate of the repair facility now. We choose not to use this offer because of the traffic movement of multiple coaches in and out of the work bays on a road passing within a foot of the front of our coach. Newer coachs are allowed to the regular campground which is reasonable in price and location. We choose to park on campgrounds off repair property

Although we didn't actually stay in the Tiffin campground we did spend a lot of time in their service center customer lounge. Mr. Tiffin spares no expense to make his customers comfortable. WIFI to die for. Heavy full sized easy-chairs with ottomans. Cafe table computer work stations if you want to use your laptop, coffee, big screen TVs and clean restrooms. All steps away from your service bay. Pet friendly and nicely air conditioned. The Tiffin welcome center in town has the best food you could imagine and cute little store. Another fabulous Tiffin experience. Roughing it smoothly.

We stayed to go to the Tiffin Factory tour and were treated like family, even though we were staying in our 2014 Itasca Sunstar 35F. The staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. The campground is clean and spacious, and you can't beat the rate. The parts store is convenient. The laundry facility is very nice and reasonable.

First of all, you need to remember that this campground is a courtesy place while you are getting your rig fixed. It is not a resort and doesn't advertise as such. That being understood, it's decent. Gravel lots. Level. Steady utilities. No cable but reasonable wifi. Free coffee and friendly folks. Reasonable price considering everything. BTW, you can get a free night simply by taking the factory tour. I believe they also comp the stay for rigs that are less than a year old.

Owner of Brand New 2021 Open Road, and was happy to here 1st year was free to stay here. Very disappointed no water, gravel parking, no decent place to walk dogs does have an old grassy area full of poop and no signs to pickup after dogs. Speed limit not enforced RVs and cars flying by at least 30-40 mph. I understand water but 95 percent of campgrounds can do it in winter. We left 2nd day to pay extra to stay nicer location with water close by. Expected more from a company that had 30 million dollars in revenue per year.

Had our Allegro Bus in for repairs that were under warranty. Because it is first come, first served, we had to wait 5 days to get into their Express Bay for 3 hrs of service. Then we had to wait another 3 days to get into the Vella Upholstery company for a couch fix. While waiting at the campground we met a couple that we totally clicked with and spent a lot of time with them until we both left at the same time. We are meeting up with this couple in a couple of weeks. The campground here is free to those who have an RV less than a year old.

You don't come here on vacation, so it's just the bare essentials you need - water, sewer, and electric. There are campground restrooms and showers, and a laundromat. Comfortable customer lounges (one allows pets and one doesn't) that have TV, coffee, and comraderie with other Tiffin owners if you don't want to stay with your coach while work is being completed. Key here is easy access to the Tiffin Service Center when it's your turn in the service bays and to the Tiffin campground store for a range of your RV needs at good prices. Tiffin Allego Club has an office on site as well.

Days, weeks or month depending on the work and probably to season. Tiffin service is probably the best in the industry. This is not a regular campground. It's a site to park with hook-ups for power, water and sewer while your Tiffin motorhome is being serviced. Not much in amenities but pleasant enough.

Can't make reservations. Had to wait 2 days waiting by RV so we would be waiting if it became our turn. No way of knowing when that would be. No place in the campground so had to dry dock for 2 days before a space became available. Thought work got done but 1 week later having the same issue. This is a brand new unit! First Tiffin for us. We bought it because we were told the service was fantastic and know we are questioning this.

Convenient to factory service bays. On site laundry, Allegro Store, customer lounge, bathhouse, RV wash bay. Full hook ups on a parking lot, no shade, with poor pavement and sites with dirt and mud. Not a resort but not planned to be one, just a space to park while waiting on Great Tiffin Service. There are better sites to park with full hook ups around area, but not as convenient.

We stayed at the Belmont campground waiting to get into a Tiffin garage bay. The owner Larry was friendly and stopped by every day to check on campers. We definitely would stay there again if we needed to have any repairs done by Tiffin or any of the local subcontractors.

For Tiffin owners only when getting service. Have to experience at least once! Meet other Tiffin owners. Learn alot while rig being serviced by techs. Mixed gravel, concrete basic sites but FHU. No reservations. Check out camp store and parts return

If you plan to visit Tiffin Motorhomes, this is definitely a choice of where you can stay. It is an old converted airport but they have been doing this a long time and can get you into the service center (at this location) in the quickest time of anywhere. You will meet lots of people from all over the USA and Canada when you visit. Pet Friendly campground..

We went to Red Bay to have a few things repaired and others to be fixed on our 2011 Phaeton, we were asked if we would agree to be the first to test out the exhaust system for 2010-2012 Phaeton, that there was going to be a recall at a later date, we agreed. After they finished the exhaust system we have had nothing but problems with our coach, all seems to be electrical they had to fix our generator which we never had a problem with, they told us that they had checked the batteries but after a few problems we found out that the screws hadn't been tighten and one of the connectors was totally loose. We had them replace our toppers one is fine but the bigger of the two has come loose, again the screws weren't tighten and we've had to have that fixed. We are now in Aubrey TX and again we are having problems with the electrical we can't run all 3 airs without them shutting down the whole system, we have hired an RV technician to take a look at our coach to try to figure out what the problem is.We paid Red Bay close to $3,000.00 to fix and repair our coach now we have to pay another $2,500.00 to someone else to figure out the problem that Red Bay may have created. We are so disappointed in Tiffin and their quality of work.Marc McLeod and Kathy Schmitz

Be prepared for a long wait for any type of service. They have zero respect for your time and with high absences by the repair techs, the wait can be forever. You are stuck in your RV, first waiting for Norris to see you about what repairs you need, then waiting to see if you will get a call to the service bay. They could at least tell you which day you MIGHT get called so you could sightsee but they don't. There are no amenities at the campground other than iffy wifi. The town has a McDonalds and that is about it. Staying here is like Purgatory. The check in staff and store workers are very nice. Bring lots of reading material since you will be chained to your RV waiting for the CALL. We have been waiting for the express bay for 6 days now along with 61 other RV's and the dozen or so who pulled in today. It costs $20 a night and if you take the factory tour, one night is free. Shame on the Tiffin family for such poor customer service and having almost everyone who comes for service, angry and frustrated.

The "campground" is a parking lot. But it's nice to be able to get together with other Tiffin owners and see the mods they've done with their RVs. I wish Tiffin would arrange evening events, either educational or fun.

One needs to keep in mind that Tiffin Allegro Campground is a campground of convenience. It is not a campground in the real sense where you go fishing and sit around the campfire and eat smores. It does have drive-through full-hookups and wifi. And you can live in your RV while waiting for repair; it is super convenient to be on the same grounds as the repair facility, and for that reason, I am giving Tiffin Allegro Campground a five-star rating.

This CG wasn't meant to be luxury its functional because Tiffin cares for their customers. If you don't like it choose another place to park. I think Tiffin is doing everything to the best that they can.

Convenient, but it's no more than a dusty place when dry and muddy when it rains. The roads in the campground are in desperate need of repair. No TV reception or cable, and you might as well forget about wifi. Best part is the friendly staff!

Wonderful atmosphere with very friendly people and a simple campground to navigate with the basic facilities needed. Parts store is amazing for amount of Tiffin parts and prices.
