WOW WOW WOW!!! Talk about attention to details ....THIS IS the place!! Asked for the steps to look better during our wash wax and buff ...they look brand new, as does our almost 10 yo rig...MANY MANY thanks to Chris and his team!!

Chris and his team did an awesome job on our 41' Tiffin Bus! Despite being short one person, they completed our exterior wash in the expected amount of time and even cleaned the huge mess on the roof caused by a summer under the trees at our home campground. Great outdoor waiting area, including fast Wi-Fi

We stayed at Detail Depot while waiting to be serviced by Tiffin Motorhomes. We stayed in the back lot which has Full RV hook-ups and free wi-fi. It was very quiet. The business is conveniently located across the street from Tiffin.The owner of this establishment, Chris McKinney has been here since 2007. Chris is an outstanding person. We didn't have our tow car so he allowed us to use his vehicles. Everything Chris said he would do he did. While here we had our motorhome fully detailed by Detail Depot. The crew did an amazing job. I'm a picky person and expect the services I pay for to be done right the first time! I cannot give this owner and his staff enough praise. If you're in Red Bay for Tiffin Motorhome work, make a stop at Detail Depot.Chris is well-known to other businesses and he can provide a wealth of information and referrals to other businesses you may need.

Absolutely the best. They worked until they were satisfied with the job and I was happy way before they were. Conscientious and motivated. You will not be disappointed with their work. We will return at least once a year for them to do our coach.

The whole crew was beyond respectful and 100% professional. They certainly know to the tee what they are doing. Tyler Lisa and Mark were so polite and definitely took pride in their work. Chris , the owner, was absolutely delightful. Not only does he give out smiles and laughs but his prices and bundle deals were just to good to pass up. I highly recommend them and I'll definitely be back.

We walked over while our coach was getting serviced at Tiffin. Chris asked a lot of questions about our RV and our travels so he could provide the appropriate detailing. No pressure to buy more services than we wanted. His team was really hustling and did a great job. It was dark when they finished. Chris hooked us up with power and a sewer hook up for the night. One of the guys asked when we were leaving in the morning so he could come back and do a final check in the daylight. You could tell they all took pride in their work. You don't see that very often these days.Great job! Looks fantastic.

Paid $300 to have the inside of our Zephyr cleaned. Coach had been in storage and I had a bad hip and couldn t do it. Unfortunately I did have to get on hands and knees to clean the floor that she left all sticky. She used her vacuum cleaner and it smelled up the place. I was horrified at the expense when my 4000 square foot home only costs $100. But I figured it was Red Bay and we always use them to wash and wax the outside of which costs the same but by far a better job!! Lessons learned!!

While having service done at Tiffins we stayed here for one week with our Pheaton. I heard many good things about the campground and I m happy to say they are all true. It s the most convenient campground in Red bay and the most campground like. They had picnic tables at each campsite, a large deck with barbecue grill nicely landscaped. To be this close to where all the action is it s surprisingly quiet, the owner Chris McKinney was professional as well as his staff everything that they said they would do they follow through with including an outstanding job of a wash and wax on our RV. and I have two Shih Tzu s that I washed in there self-serve area which is a large shower w different showerheads with a adjustable table that goes up and down with slip resistant covering on it. They have shampoos that you can use for a small fee and/or their utensils for a small fee for lite grooming. Very impressive I ve never stayed anywhere offering an area to wash my dogs like this they re also opening a dog park in the back of the Facility and the campground is directly adjacent to that. Wouldn t stay anywhere when visiting in the further. Ps did I mention the Wi-Fi is the fastest in town and free I was actually able to work on it and download everything I needed

Sabrina and her staff are helpful and fun...just delightful! They work with your schedule and get everything done beautifully. They cleaned and detailed our coach meticulously all for a great price. We will make this an annual stop!

Spent 11 days at Detail Depot waiting for a friend to finish up at Tiffin Service. Sabrina and Kim did an amazing job washing and waxing my 40 foot motorhome. It never looked so good! The location is perfect - directly across from Tiffin Service. Sabrina makes you feel at home. Spent many nights on the patio with others waiting for service. Some of the best nights I had camping. Very reasonable full hook up spots. Power was perfect at 120v on both legs. Water was good, used a pressure regulator. Sewer worked well. Cell Service was great! FMCA Sprint MiFi 57 Mbps down 37 Mbps up, Verizon cell phone 63 Mbps down 54 Mbps up. Had a clear view of the sky for my Satellite. Can't wait for my friend to need service again to hang out at Detail Depot and chat with Sabrina!Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Car waxing

Sabrina was so kind, saved a camping spot for us. She came back after work to get us in our spot and make sure we knew where all the hookups were. She and her employees(all girls) work diligently all day to detail rv's.

We had our 2020 Tiffin Allegro Red 37BA with Sabrina 2 weeks ago. They did a wonderful job. We so appreciated Sabrina working us in. She's great.

Colton was beyond professional. They certainly saved my bacon. I needed a trailer washout before i could pick up my load and they took great care of me... highly recommend and I'll definitely be back.

They did an excellent job on my Motorhome!! In fact I decided to take my Jeep to them for detailing after I saw their great work. Best of all is they have outstanding customer service and extremely friendly people. Sabrina is the best!!!

Over rated for sure. They told us 4 to 5 hours for an exterior detail.... wash and wax. Price 470.00. It took them 7 hours to do a half assed job. They took a two hour lunch. My wife and I could have done a better job for the money. Won't be a next time for these guys.

When we arrived at the Tiffin service center the only camping that was left was dry camping. The office was kind enough to tell us about other satellite camp sites in the area. We choose Detail Depot that was directly across the street. Turned out to be the best choice for us. The staff and owner Chris were very friendly and courteous. We were surprise that they have caf� food available. We found the prices were reasonable and the food was very good. They also provide RV and car detailing services which we will take advantage of. Tiffin service center did call us the next day and said they had a site available for us, however we declined because we were happy staying at Detail Depot.If we ever come back to this area, we would stay with Detail Depot.

Sabrina and her team at the Detail Depot have always done a great job of Detailing my coaches. Watch these guys. They try to upcharge you for things that are not even on the brochure. Have done business with them for a number of years when in Red Bay. Something has changed. We won't do business with them amymore
