Great place to do business. Honest, fair pricing and quality work. We had Boogey Lights installed almost a year ago , a small part of strip quit working due to factory defect. I called and they said bring it back no problem. I was in the same day, all equipment replaced with new, not repaired. Highly recommend this business.Jim Hart

We made an appointment at Custom RV months ahead of time, came in Thursday evening for an early morning appointment on Friday. We pulled the rig into the bay and after a few hours, the owner came out and told us that the parts for our rig had not yet come in. The package was delayed by FedEx, but that they should be in that same day. Fine. We continued to wait until after 5pm, when he finally gave us another update that the package had still not arrived. He sent his people home for the evening and asked us to keep an eye out for it should it come in by 8pm since we needed to spend another night in their parking lot (foregoing the site we had already paid for at the RV park because we were supposed to have an installed Vroom system at this point). The package never showed up.Come to find out, the parts were only ordered a week before our arrival (previous Friday after 5pm) and were subsequently not shipped out from Vroom until Tuesday. That was issue #1. Delayed or not from FedEx, they literally had months to order these parts. No excuse.Issue #2 was the lack of communication with what was going on. We had to wait hours for the initial the parts are not here and until 5pm to hear that they still weren t here and that we d need to stay another day and hope they would show up. We weren t planning on staying longer than a day and had only enough water in the tank to last us one day.Issue #3 occurred the next day. The next morning, Saturday, I decided to find this package myself since we weren t getting much communication from the owner. I used the FedEx tracking number given to us to track down this package. I spoke with multiple FedEx representatives who initially told us that the package wouldn t be delivered until Monday because Custom RV was closed on Saturday. I took it up the ranks and finally spoke with a manager who was able to work on tracking it down for us. He told us that the package was being held at the FedEx hub in Mississippi about 45 minutes away. I told him that I was willing to come and pick it up, but my name wasn t on the package. Custom RV s name was on the package and they would need to pick it up. We gave the owner a call and told him what we had found. His lack of enthusiasm to pick up the package was apparent, stating that he had some metal to go pick up there so [he] would combine the trip and go pick it up. Some of his metal parts he was picking up for another job had an issue and he was delayed further. We waited all day until around 3pm when he returned with a couple guys to start working on the slide.Finally, parts in hand, the guys started to work on the slide. We had a long drive ahead of us and prayed this install wouldn t take long so we could get on the road and arrive to our first stop of our 10 hour drive before it got too late. Unfortunately, this is where issue #4 happened. We were waiting in the waiting room and the owner called us out to talk about a problem they d run across. Apparently, the Vroom system requires rollers under the bottom of the slide to support the new tracks. For some reason, our model didn t come with the rollers. Is this something you could not have seen the first day, in the first hour? we asked. We have never come across this before. was the reply. While Vroom holds most of the blame for this issue, Custom RV could have saved us nearly 47 hours in their parking lot by determining that in the first hour we were there when we rolled it into their bay.By this time, it was nearing 4-5pm. Frustrated that we had wasted all that time, paid for a site at the RV park we couldn t use, didn t end up with an installed slide we had been looking forward to for months, they added a few extra band-aid screws on our twisted slide track, packaged everything back up and sent us on our way free of charge. Charging us for that fix would have been issue #5.We found an overnight spot and pulled in after 10pm, being quiet to not disturb other guests. To say we were not happy is an understatement.

Hitch wiring on my Jeep was not working (no tail lights) so I checked around for recommendations and the only person recommended was Brannon. Drove out to his shop and he told me that he was booked but said to leave my number and if something opened up he would call me 30 minutes later he called and said he would work me in Absolutely the best decision that I made on having my hitch repaired For best results you need to inspect what you expect and I was overwhelmed with Custom RV So impressed that I plan to use Custom for other RV repairs when in Red Bay.Great Job BrannonService: Electrical

Brannon got our slide system repaired with Vroom slide system. Fedex failed to deliver our parts on time, Brannon drove to Tupelo, Ms to meet Fedex and get our parts from the driver. Service above and beyond.

I contacted Brannon about 4 weeks before we arrived in Red Bay Al. He told me he was booked out through October on replacing schwintec slides with the upgraded Vroom. I asked him to put me on a wait list and if he had a cancellation I would take it. We arrived in red bay and immediately I called Brannon. Unfortunately he had no openings. Then two days later he called and had a cancellation for the following Monday and if my slides were the correct size he would get me in. Thank the lord they were and he did an amazing job of repairing them. Thank you Brannon.

I had an accident with my RV. Contacted this company and from the minute I talked to Brannon on the phone there was nothing short of professionalism. Traveled to Red Bay from North Carolina to get our slide-out repaired. We replaced the schwintech in-wall system to a Vroom system and couldn't be happier. Custom RV did a fantastic job and I highly recommend their work. Very professional. I will definitely share my experience with other RV Groups. We made a great choice to travel 742 miles to get quality work.

We have been using Brannon for over 10 years. For repairs and upgrades on our 2006 Bus which we bought new in 2005; We still have it. Our first big job - he replaced our Norcold Fridge with Whirlpool in 2009 & added dedicate fridge inverter. Same visit we had him replace carpeting which we brought with us and he identified a rotting wet bay floor when those first became problem - Tiffin replaced under warranty.Other projects over the years. He installed new Winegard satellite. New kitchen sink and faucet, microwave, batteries, installed new tank gauges, replaced original main inverter with Magnum, fixed tow light issue, Added new outdoor TV on swing arm. Diagnosed a leak issue with freshwater tank & suggested we go to tank supplier in Red Bay ; we did and they fixed it on the spot. He has adjusted slides, replaced sheered bolts, Found & fixed leak coming in thru TV antenna. Added interior outlets. Installed new interior lights. And so on.Outstanding owner, helpers. Brannon has excellent problem solving skills, is efficient and thorough. Knows all the key contacts in town and at Tiffin. He has worked hard at building his business and in our book his reputation is impeccable.

Stopped by on the way home on Wednesday to follow up on our RV to toad light connection that Brannon s tech serviced last week. Brannon said he did not have time to look at it as his daughter was getting married on the weekend. Interesting, that was the same excuse he used last week. His attitude was rude on both occasions.Any way after a tech troubleshooted the brake lights and correctly reinstalled the air line on the RV (jeep) brake, but the brake lights still did not work after the first visit and paying $183.44 for the initial work. His tech could not fix the lights on jeep connection and now informed us that a 2019 jeep or newer required a special switch inside the jeep. He did not have one.

Very positive review because of the quality service we received. Brannon is on top of it. Good facility, nice waiting room and he got us in to service Aqua Hot and fix a shade motor on a Friday afternoon. The kind of treatment you want so this review comes with my highest recommendation.

Set an appointment to have my Aquahot fluid checked. 10 minute job. Before I got there the Aquahot system stopped working. Brannon took it in the shop right away and it completely fixedIn less than 2 hours!!! GREAT SERVICE to say the least. Thanks, Brannon!

We are full timers traveling through the area when our front windshield power shade stopped working. Called Custom RV and was told that his schedule was full but he would try to squeeze us in. A few hours later, shade was repaired and we were on our way. Quality work at a fair price. Thank you Brannon

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice customer lounge to wait in. No cell service or WiFi available in customer lounge due to the metal building it s in but you can get cell service by stepping outside.

Amazing so professional and experienced especially with Aqua Hot systems, Do Not go anywhere else especially the after hour guys in Red Bay they are NOT certified and it will cost you a lot of money
