Bruce, the owner did a spur of the moment paint repair on the front of our 38 Tiffin Allegro Bay motor home. He sanded everything down, then painted it the next morning at 5:00am. It looks like it came out of the factory and was perfectly done. Bruce and Melody Deaton are two of the finest people I have ever met and could not have been any nicer. Custom paint and autobody are absolutely exceptional. 5 stars does not do the justice, they are easily 10+. We had an unfortunate experience with our Tiffin Motorcoach and we not sure where we should go being 15 hours away from Redbay Alabama for repairs. We had not been to Custom Paint prior to this incident but knew they had a great reputation. So we drove 15 hours straight to get there. They got us in right a way and started ordering parts they did body work awnings windows windshield and the result was excellent. They are a great team, professional, and excel at their trade. We knew Bruce and his team did first class work since Bob Tiffin recommended him at a rally we were at several years ago. However, it wasn t until this summer we realized how much MORE than fair his pricing is. We considered getting the work done in Richmond, but they quoted a rate 10 and a half times more than what Bruce charged. We will never get work done anywhere else. What a wonderful company! We arrived the day before our appointment and were treated with such hospitality. They let us stay in one of the bays overnight so they could start on our RV first thing in the morning. It only took them one day to prep, repair, and paint the damaged panel. When finished, it looked brand new. Thank you all! If you are headed to Red Bay to visit Tiffin and need body work, go see Bruce and his crew. You won't be disappointed.

Went to Custom Paint and Body since they came highly recommended. I had some minor issues that I wanted to take care off. Bruce and team did a wonderful job. Will definitely go back if I have any other needs.

In the past 15 years we have been to Bruce and Melody and their gang several times. Last time for a new front cap on our 2019 Phaeton after a tractor trailer backed into us. As usual they are the best business and people we have ever met, especially in today s world. Always the best work, best price and wonderful to deal with on any size project. Hopefully won t need them again soon, but will always call them for our coach repair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very friendly staff! I scheduled a repair and the team was waiting for me when I arrived. They started repairs on schedule and finished ahead of schedule. The body work and paint job were perfect. The paint matched perfect and had no imperfections. I also needed my windshield replaced so Bruce worked with First Class Glass to get that scheduled. In 4 days I had the body work complete and a new windshield installed. Awesome experience!

This is the go to place for paint and body work for your Tiffin coach regardless of the year or model. The owner, Bruce Deaton and his wife, Melody were wonderful to work with. This business was highly recommended by many of the members of the Tiffin Facebook group I belong to. The work was finished on time and looks like brand new. Bruce came to us at our request at a repair site to estimate our job. He worked us in with minimal lead time, then he and his highly talented staff worked magic on our Phaeton. We were done and in his complimentary hookup site the next afternoon. His fees for this job of perfection were very fair.We cannot recommend this shop more highly! We hope we will not need his services again, but if we do, you can be sure we will come to Red Bay's Custom Paint and Auto Body!

After a mishap with our coach and needing a new rear cap, we wanted to find a reputable shop to do the repairs. Custom Paint & Auto Body in Red Bay, AL was hands down our first choice. Bruce, Melody and their entire staff were wonderful to work with. They helped us immensely with the insurance agent and worked diligently and meticulously on our coach. Their fine workmanship brought our coach back to its finest. If you want perfection in any body work done on your motorhome, we recommend the Deatons at Custom Paint and Auto Body in Red Bay.

Have used Bruce and his team twice in the last two months. The first was to fix accident damage and the second was by choice to make modifications to the paint scheme.I was so impressed with Bruce, Melody and team after the accident repairs that I elected to to have the slide ends painted (on our 31' Breeze) to match the stripes on the rest of the coach.The work was perfect, the price reasonable and it was done in a timely fashion. I highly recommend them and I am sure I will be using them in the future.

Bruce, Melody and their crew did outstanding work on repairing some damage on our 2016 Allegeo Bus. The end result was absolutely perfect and even surprised us with getting it done a day earlier. Such a nice group and they took such great care of us. Their outdoor RV parking is supurb as well. If you want 5 star work and professionals working on your coach, don t look any further. Choose to work with Bruce. We drove from Washington state to come specifically to Bruce as he was highly recommended by so many. Even met a guy in FL who had his coach fixed here and repeatedly said that we will be well taken care of. Thank you Bruce and Melody.

I was in Vermont when i had an encounter with a narrow bridge and damaged three doors on our bus. A neighbor in our campground told me about Custom Paint and gave me Bruce's card. We came to to Red Bay and were thrilled with the service, professionalism of Bruce and his staff. This review comes with my enthusiastic recommendation of Custom Paint and Auto Body.

We took our RV to Bruce to fix a bad repair job that was done by another shop in Arizona. Bruce and his staff were efficient, thorough and did an excellent job. You would never know it was damaged. We appreciate Bruce and his staff for taking care of us.

I have used Custom Paint for motorhome body work twice in the past and a third time just this week. They are professional, prompt, friendly, accommodating, and their work is fairly priced. They made it look new again!

These ARE the people you want to take care of your baby when it s damaged!They go the extra mile to make sure individual attention is paid to your motorhome when it is the one they are focused on. All of the personnel are really friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The shop is very well-equipped where they perform magic and there are full hookup sites on the property.They stay super busy so be sure to email photos and a detailed list of repairs needed when making an appointment to be sure enough time is scheduled. Their work day starts at 5am and continues until 2pm. My wife and I were very happy to adjust our routine to accommodate the week's worth of work they performed on our motorhome in October 2016. We feel they were very reasonable and appreciate the extra efforts put into our job.The best thing I can say is that with a very close inspection (after a wash and shine to the old paint) you cannot see where the damage was or the new and old paint start and stop. It truly is as if the accident never happened and it does not get better than that. I am glad I now know, without question, exactly where to take my motorhome for any future paint, fiberglass or bodywork I might require. I highly recommend Custom Paint and Auto Body to all in need of their services.Thanks again everyone and best wishes.

I lost an access panel on the outside of my RV. Custom Paint quickly got me a replacement and painted to match perfectly. Such great work at a very reasonable price. Great people as well.

IF YOUR IN THE USA WELL WORTH THE TRIP FROM ANY STATE. CUSTOMERS COME FROM AS FAR AWAY AS CANADA BECAUSE THIS COMPANY IS THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS. They do excellent work. Can't tell there was any damage at all. Plus they have full hookups for you while they are repairing. We will never go anywhere else. Love them
