Awesome crew of guys and gal..Bikers here in our area of Alabama are extremely lucky that we have a shop of this magnitude right here in our hometown!!There's a whole lot of knowledge running around this shop and the office management is friendly and insightful.Went over everything that they did to my bike and their price on a 3 hole service is excellent.Can't say enough.....5 STARS across the board!!

I had a major issues with some work done by a technician in the shop. When the owner James was made aware of the issues he dealt with all issues accordingly and personally worked on the bike himself. He s got it pretty well dialed in now and also gave me some free knowledge to help improve my set up and tuning issues. Happy customer now.

10/10 ! Hands down, best Bike Shop Experience I've ever had. Quality work with a "Can Do" attitude. From the owner to the lead mechanic to the other service guys, these folks do one helluva Harley job! Thanks for the 21" set up on Ole Clyde.

Waste of time shop that does not communicate with clients.Had advised when it was dropped off that it was needed for a set date, i was told ok. Over 2 weeks later, it had not been touched, and the tech never called for an update, so I got it, cracked it open and fixed the issue, upon return to town I reached back out to have some minor (not same prior issues) adjustments for a future long ride in November I was told that James would not touch bike because I did maintenance work on My own hog(not my 1st rodeo)I will be sure to let my club and all fellow rides stay clear of this BlueFalcon shop.

Motorcycle tire ran flat on highway, parked bike at top of exit. By luck caught a co-worker driving by to get to work on time. Repair shop actually canvassed local businesses trying to find me. Called my insurance company and they dispatched me a truck from Auburn over 65 miles away. After waiting for over an hour and having some conversations with the bike shop letting them know I was nearby waiting for tow truck, they insisted that I let them pick me up with their trailer. I canceled tow truck and within 5 mins the bike shop, had someone circling the intersection. Needless to say they probably saved my life phone had already shut off twice due to overheating on this 100 degree day. Repair was done quickly and would not have missed half a day of work, if I had just let them pick me up in the first place. Highly recommend!!! For those not familiar with the area you can see the bike shop from the top of the exit!

I absolutely love this place. Ashley and James and their crew are awesome and amazing people. This is the only place I would go for my motorcycle needs. They do amazing work and they treat you like family from the moment you walk in the door. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that loves to ride for any of their bike needs or anything special they want done, these guys can do it all.

This place is a great shop for all your motorcycle needs! Great friendly down home service! They treat you like family! All the guys that work here are very knowledgeable & helpfully! James & Ashley have 3 beautiful daughters, goats, chickens, and live on a farm! This shop is a very family friendly and reliable service that I would recommend for all your bike needs! They will try to please you as good as it gets!! Give them a try you won't go wrong.

WVC is the only place we would trust with our bike's. Called last minute for a tire we needed immediately to go out of town and WVC never lets us down. They had the tire on hand, got it changed on our trike, and out the door in "nascar pit crew time" if you need anything save yourself the time of calling anywhere else you will end up at WVC to get it done quick, friendly, affordable, and best of all by local bikers not kids straight out of school.

WVC is where I take my bikes for routine service and installation of aftermarket parts. James stands by his work, and Ashley ensures I get in and out at a very reasonable timeframe. If you are looking for a family friendly place to take your motorcycle and know it s in good hands take to WVC, they will take care of your motorcycle like it s there own. The staff is very knowledgeable and are some of the best motorcycle mechanic around. Not only are they the best technical shop in the entire area, their customer service is top notch!! They treat ever customer like family! Will not take my bike anywhere else to be worked on! One of the best motorcycle places in the area to get your bike worked on. James Winters and wife Ashley are some of the best owners ever. They take the time to care for there customers and your bike needs. Great sound shop also..

Took my bike there to have carbs cleaned and adjusted. Took over a month to get the service. They called said bike was ready. Picked it up with a trailer since it was raining. Next day cranked it up and it was still loading up. Took it back argued with the owner and he said he would work on it his self. Got the bike back runs better still loading up and carbs are not in time with each other. $920.00 later getting about 20 miles to the gallon and loading up.

We have two Street Glides that we have had serviced and rear tires changed at WVC. We love these guys. They offer great customer service and a good value for the work. It's a friendly atmosphere with refreshments and plenty of bikes to look at. We would definitely recommend them.

Attention to detail and customer service is outstanding. Got a new tire on for a 3 hour ride to Florida . In the rain . Thank you for the quick turnaround.

Wow, they do great work! If I could post a pic then you would understand why I say this. James and company do excellent work. They keep all my bikes in top shape, and they built me one of the finest bikes in the area. I would highly recommend WVC to anyone!

I've dealt with a few motorcycle shops over the years, and this was by far the best experience I've had. The staff took the time to talk to me, not rush me in and out, did all the work and had my bike back the same day. I definitely recommend them over anyone in Montgomery. I will definitely be back.

Always had great services and prices. Highly recommended in the River Region area. James and Scooter has a lot knowledge and they will make sure you re happy with what you need to get done on your bike. Thanks for the pick up and drop off. They are the best group of people to work either and the do a great job. WVC has always treated me right. The owner and staff are second to none. I have an older custom Street Glide that needs a little more attention than most and they always do what they can to make it perfect. I highly recommend them for any of your bike maintenance or custom needs!!!!

I gave one star because it would not let me give a half. I tried this place out because it was new in my community 5 minutes away. I had my bike towed in for a flat in the rear which they said they would repair. A few days later I pick the bike up and drove it directly home remember I live five minutes down the road. Needless to say as I'm pulling in my garage I noticed I could hardly extend the kickstand. The tire had gone completely flat. I called Wvc and explained what had happened and they stated, " It sat outside for several hours and it wasn't flat maybe you hit something!" I assured him I had hit nothing and could they come get the bike, " No we don't have a trailer you can have it towed up here because it sat out front and it was fine." The following day I had a friend of mine with a compressor air my tire up but it went down about a quarter of a mile each time. I had even called and asked if I could borrow an air chuck that could reach the nozzle and I was told they needed for the shop and he said, " You can go buy one what do you want me to do, you want me to give$10 dollars to buy the damn thing ?" Long story short I bought the chuck got it back to the shop and picked it up the following day. Never got the $10 and the tire was flat that night. I had it towed to Power sports of Montgomery and they would not patch or put a tube in it because it was unsafe because the belts in the tire was damaged from the puncture. I bought a new tire and have been riding ever since. I will just charge that$110 flat repair to lesson learned. You get what you pay for when deal with shady tree mechanics. KEEP THE $10!

Rating and feedback revise. From 5 Stars to 3 Stars.I needed a price for tires. FB message sent on 18 JUN 21, no reply. I decided just to stop by on 30 JUN 21. James was gone, I spoke with Scooter. He gave me a price quote $640 more or less, but wasn t sure if anyone had the tires I wanted in stock. Said he didn t have access for stock checking. He said someone would call me back. I left my phone number, email and FB name. 3 weeks later nothing. Scooter also said it was best to drop my bike off in the morning. I said I have no ride home. He proceeded to tell me it would take at least a half a day to mount two tires and I was more than welcome to wait.Needless to say I still needed tires. I contacted Harley Davidson in Montgomery. They mounted them on the bike in 1 hour while I waited. Yes I paid a bit more at the dealership and I did not have to wait a half day.I don t know what is going on with WVC that they would ignore a valued customer who has done business with them from when the first opened at the other shop.Service: Electrical repair

Amazing people I m from out of town my bike wasn t running right and broke down and needed it by the next day when I got the bike there they started working on immediately and fixed the issue after closing hours I appreciate this business and I will definitely come back when I come back through Alabama

WVC is incredible!! The nicest people! Brought my baby cousin up there to see Santa! They pulled out all the stops from pictures with Santa to hot cocoa and even a slay!! That's just there holiday fun but if you haven't been up there for your motorcycle needs then I definitely suggest paying a visit!

Great merchandise, can give your bike maintenance, repairs, audio, paint, etc. They do a lot of good for the community via fundraisers etc. Very nice and family oriented.

Everytime I need anything for my bike these folks here go above and beyond. I've never left thinking, "Could I've gotten a better deal somewhere else?" Not to mention they have a super knowledgeable staff. I definitely will continue to support this VETERAN OWNED & OPERATED small family owned local business.

I wouldn't take a bicycle to these people! They had my bike for almost 3 weeks rebuilding the carb without ever calling me with an update. When I tried to call them, they didn't answer or call me back. When I did pick it up, they didn't hook the fuel gauge back up. I drive it home and it started idling weird. I tried riding it to church the following Saturday morning. It would only run fully chocked. I called them to tell them what it was doing. I was told that it was running fine when it left and they wouldn't honor any work warranty on it. I was told that I could bring it back, but I would be charged. They won't get another dime from me!! I wish there was an option for no stars!!
