Wow! From the time I drove onto the lot at the Stivers Prattville location to meeting Micah Hollis was great experience. Micah was professional, knowledgeable of what was on the lot and best of all no pressure salesman. I m very impressed and satisfied with Shelby Parker and the team. I look forward to future opportunities.

Probably one of the smoothest car buying experiences I ever had. Both Rivers and Shelby help me through the buying process. Didn't spend all day at the dealership either! Rivers found the vehicle I was interested in and saved me money compared to another dealership. Top notch folks at Stivers Prattville Dodge! New Ram looks good in my garage!

I had great luck with Justin! I m from out of state and found a great truck. I had all my questions answered and he even sent me videos of the truck. I picked it up on the way to spring break. He had it washed and all ready for me to sign papers and continue onto vacation. Talked with some other great members on his team as well. Looking through the parking lot they had A LOT of other great inventory. Best car buying experience!! I d definitely do business here again!!

I couldn't be more thrilled with the team that helped me at Stivers in Prattville. I needed a truck with a greater towing capacity than the Ram1500 offered. They got me into a new Ram 2500 with a Cummins turbo diesel at an excellent price. Trey, James, Joe and Shelby all did an amazing job moving mountains to get the vehicle I wanted and needed into my driveway. Thanks again, guys.

Just had my Jeep serviced and these folks did a wonderful job. Damien was an excellent service advisor. He kept me informed every step of the way and answered all my questions. The waiting area was clean, inviting, and professional. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. I highly recommend.

This was the Very Best Service Experience of my life!! I didn't expect much from "A Dealership" after a nightmare with another local Jeep Dealer's service center after my local garage, Grandview Auto Repair, closed. I towed my 2016 Jeep Renegade into Striver's at 7:00 am on Monday. My Service Advisor Damian called me Tuesday Morning at 9:42 am and told me what the problems were, the plan of action and the cost, we agreed and moved forward. At 9:22 am on Wednesday, I received a call from Damian to come and pick up my Jeep. I came into the dealer about an hour later and drove away very happy! Like I said to start, the very best service experience of my life! Thanks to all involved, I can't thank you all enough for making me feel valued as a customer should.

This is our second time using Stivers. Although we were not buying a vehicle just service. They were kind, helpful and check on us several times to update and if we needed anything.Now thanks to Mike in the parts department, who was kind and informative. Saved me time and expense by allowing me to think and check out my problem concerning my tailgate. We normally do not trust dealerships, but this one when I purchase our next truck will come here to Stivers in Prattsville, Al

After realizing that I had engine problems, I went to Stivers in Prattville. After inspection by their Ram mechanic, it was determined that my best option for repair was to replace the engine with a new rebuilt one.Damien Tyler, the service manager, was very knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions.Everyone at Stivers was very nice and helpful.Thanks for the kindness and help from all.

Hello everyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle in or around Prattville Alabama. Micah at Stivers is the very best salesman I have ever dealt with and he sold me a brand new lime green challenger that we love. He was honest and when I told him I had been through a awful experience buying my last Tacoma he had James reach out to me by text message and then by phone and they both assured me it would be a great experience and it truly was. My husband and I purchased 2 new 2023 vehicles this week. Spencer was an absolute joy to work work. He didn t try to shove product at us. We didn t pay for unnecessary add ons either. Tim the sales manager was great to work with also, he even found me a dealer trade to buy because they didn t have what I wanted on the lot. Cory the finance manager explained everything nicely. Couldn t have asked for a better experience. And the delivery was a nice touch!!!! Every person we worked with was very polite and not pushy at all. I would definitely recommend checking them out next time you are looking for a new vehicle.

My wife recently bought a beautiful Dodge Challenger from Micah at Stivers in Prattville. Her experience was amazing and it didn t take long, a couple weeks, and I was on the prowl for a truck. Needless to say we went back to Micah. Rivers and Austin joined our crowd and were both a wonderful addition to our group. I bought a Ram truck and absolutely love it. I suggest if you are in the market to make your way to see the whole family at Stivers in Prattville.

Let me tell you a story about Stivers CDJR. First, I did not promise them a review as we were unable to come to terms on a deal. However, the team here was very easy to work with, specifically Marty Kennedy!!! Marty did not waste any of my time, he was very communicative and made everything easy for me to understand. They have great pricing, and if you want clarity on where they are discounting the price, just reach out to them and ask. Marty had answers for me right away and broke the discounts down line by line and gave me a clear out the door price in minutes!! Although we could not come to terms on a deal in November, I am very hopeful I get to do business with them in the future (I am just a stubborn mule and would not budge)!Please take the time to contact Stivers, and Marty specifically! They were extremely helpful and friendly! These seem to be the good guys, they aren't playing tricks on the consumers.

When I arrived I was greeted immediately by my service advisor Angie Monismith. My service was done promptly and my wait was minimal. I had an oil change, tire rotation. Also a software update was done. I arrived at 8:56, appointment was at 9. At 9:47 everything was finished. Very satisfied with the service. With continue to use Stivers Jeep for my service. Good job.

Great experience. As a car guy I have worked with a ton of dealerships and this one was by far the best experience. Brian was great, super simple process. No back and forth and waiting all day. I knew what I wanted and where I needed to be for it be able to work, and he landed on it. Drove there did the paperwork got the keys and that was it. Painless, as it should be. Great group of folks there.

He was excellent with my mother and I, and he was nothing but respectful, courteous, and helpful. I will send everyone looking for a new vehicle to CJ. I have out town 5hrs away to buy a car that s 80k and they going say I can t test drive the car even though I showed them the money and the manager James said no have to buy it before you can drive it who buys a used car with out doing a test drive

Very happy with the service here! Had an appointment for a minor repair and they had me fixed up in about an hour and a half.Everyone I spoke to there was very pleasant, and the waiting area was top notch. I also like that I could observe the garage area.
