You know customer service (good)is almost a thing of the past. Not at Steve's. They are good people and strive to solve your problemsThey sell good products but sometimes even good products go astray. That's when you find out how sincere they are. Thanks again

My son and I recently purchased a Husqvarna chain saw from Steves, we needed a blower, so I went to Steves. greeted as soon I went in the door, very knowledgeable sales rep suggested the right blower for our needs. Purchase was easy, and fast. They had everything I needed to get started. The blower works great. These people know what they sale and do great job. I'll purchase my next mower from them.

I have an older Husqvarna riding mower I was trying to repair. I called 5 different repair businesses before I finally talked to Matt. I pestered this Man for 2 days with questions and he graciously answered every one. I live 3 counties away from these guys if I lived closer, this would be the place I would go to for all of my small engine needs. Great job Matt, that is how service is done!

When I found out quickly that I couldn't get my small push mower fixed in Montgomery, I called around and eventually found Steve's in Prattville, and boy am I glad I did! They were able to basically retrofit my mower and put a more common blade on it than the hard to find existing one. Brittany was very helpful, and they did a great job for a very fair price (that they quoted me from the get-go) . . . QUITE unlike the "quotes" I received from the few places in Montgomery that would take my mower and $50, still giving me no estimate. Highly recommend Steve's!

Stopped in to look at zero turn mowers. They were really nice and talked to me about some promotions. By the time I left the store I had everything I needed and at really good price. Loved the service and the friendly people! This will be the place I go for outdoor equipment in the future! Thank you!

Don't want to repair my backpack blower when all it needed was a new piston and ring. He said it's not worth fixing after insurance wouldn't pay for it to get repaired. Ordered the parts and fixed it myself and it runs like new.

I bought lawnmower from Lowe's one year ago, cut grass four times. Transmission went out, Lowe's would not cover under warranty. Steve's fixed the mower and covered it under warranty no charge. Great Company honest people. Never buy from Lowe's again!!!!

Went to steves service center to have all my chains sharpened and pick up a couple chainsaws the staff was amazing especially paige she was just so sweet. Very helpful in so many ways and she had no problem helping me with anything i needed i would definitely recommend steves service center for my everyday lawnmower and chainsaw needs.

I needed my lawn mower blades sharpened and Steve's Service Center was there to help. They sharpened the blades right then while I waited in the store for about 10 minutes. The customer service was excellent!

Was charged $115.00 and told my Husqvarna trimmer was ready for pick up. Arrived to retrieve the item and was told the trimmer was not ready and that it would cost another $60 to install a new carburetor. Sure, Suzanne apologized several times, but it doesn t solve the problem. I was charged $75 for labor to install an ignition coil...the rest was parts and the trimmer still does not run. Sure hope it was worth it Steve, you just lost a local customer.

I bought a new zero turn two years ago.And I have not had any trouble with it.They are very good people to do business with.They sell very good mowers and parts.l want never go anywhere else.

Great and knowledgeable people. I needed a spark plug and the rubber gas thing you push. I was in and out in no time. I had has them a question and they gave me a quick and the right answer.

More that happy to sell you thousands of dollars worth of equipment while under warrantee. They don't mind rigging your equipment, so therefor I do not recommend
