Went into the quick lane for an oil change right. Get back in the truck and there s oil on the right side of my seat and center console. Unbelievable! Pop the hood and somehow the tech managed to soak the valve cover in oil and good bit on other parts under the engine bay. First time here for something other than warranty work and I will not be returning. If I wanted this level of carelessly and ineptness I could ve went to a random quick lube place and probably been better off

Lazy shop managers overworks the lub techs it took them 2hrs to do an oil change this shop felt like a slave plantation.

Very good service. The oil tech as usual left oil dripping on oil plug area and all over filter. It irritates me that the business can't teach these techs to just take 30 seconds more and wipe it down. The tech thinks nobody looks under there to verify a tight new filter and oil was actually changed. I have for 20 years. I always find the truth.Service: Oil change

Went in because my tire sensors went off on all 4 tires. Took them about 5 minutes to check air in them and reprogram the sensors.They do a great job on oil changes too. Have not been there more than 20 minutes all the times I had them do it.Amanda and Erin in the service department are great to.
