Visiting Prattville in my motorhome, and my generator refused to start. Within 24 hours of calling them, they had my Motorhome in diagnosed repaired and out the door. I would highly recommend giving him a chance to earn your money.

Wife and I are visiting my son and his family for a couple weeks at the AFB in Montgomery. We had an electrical issue that was causing A/C issues in 90+ degree heat. We called in the AM and they were able to look at it and fix the issue that day. Excellent service, fantastic staff and 100% awesome. Got us back in our camp ground that day. Can t say enough about this service center!Services: Electrical repair, Battery

Yesterday, we had no power when we woke up. Connected to 50 amp, but out inverter wasn't worker. We couldn't bring in our awning, put up our front windshield shade, or put the overcab bunk back up until we jumped our house batteries. Drove 8 miles to an RV SHOP. They had it fixed in a.jiffy! Great service and prompt. Kevin kept us informed and since we were on route South he fixed our major Motorhome rear end problems in 24 hours and we were back on our way. Professional and courteous with wonderful southern hospitality. Great folks! Thanks again, Tim & Judy from Dearborn, Michigan.

Our travel trailer had an axle problem so we were forced to stop out trip. We brought it in and they were able to diagnose it quickly. They ordered the part, but because of Covid, it took a while. THey continued to check with the shipping company to see if it was on it's way. They then worked late into the night to get it fixed knowing that it was our home. I really appreciate the caring that they showed to us. It seems rare these days.Service: Steering & suspension repair

These folks are good at what they do. I have had my Allegro Motor Home there several times and never had to take it back for a repeat problem. Their mechanics are well trained. They give you an estimate before repairs are made. I would not take mine anywhere else. I had to have mine towed from Selma after hours with a broken serpentine belt. By the time I got here the next morning they had it repaired and I was on my way. You can not beat that kind of service.

The owner "Jet" is a no nonsense guy. The manager Kevin is the same. Excellent t service that cuts no corners in service or quality. If you don't need it they will tell you. This is my go to local shop for RV and travel trailer repair and service.

The staff was professional and efficient. We needed repairs on our Motorhome on our way to Florida. They did the repairs in speedy fashion. I would highly recommend this company for your RV repairs. Kudos

This is the best place for service!! We are traveling and had undetermined electrical problems but Kevin got us in for an inspection. 3 hours later we were on the road again! They solved multiple issues! Can t say how much we appreciate their help!

No stars if I could. DO NOT DO NOT have air conditioner installed by these people.We had leaks they couldn t fix. 2.5 years later already need new AC the #*^%!!! Glued the damn AC to our roof. Taking it off RIPPED Ripped a Hole in our ROOF!!!!!!

A total joke was quoted a possible 5200.00 to 8000.00 dollars for what was a radiator fan clutch replacement repair not a engine replacement for what was a radiator fan clutch replacement.

Switched out nice hubcaps for old ones, replaced the unused generator with an older one, kept adding more "needed" work. Would never recommend them.

I would say it's bad but it's just a typical repair shop.Watch your wallet you'll probably be overcharged for labor but that is a common car repair experience so 3 stars.
