Called and was hung up on, like they would pick up the phone and immediately hang up.Three times.Drove to store and was helped by Mack, nice guy!He just got to work so I doubt it was him, but whoever it was they should at least say something!

We went into O'Reilly's yesterday to rent some tools to try to fix our AC in our car. We looked on the website prior to going to check for availability and it said they were in stock. Upon getting there, an employee named Bruce came out and was very rude, claiming they didn't have it because he "hadn't see them before" without even looking for it. We showed him on the website where it said it was in stock at this location and he very rudely said "I can't help what it says on there, I've never seen them before", along with using profanity around not only my boyfriend and I, but our 1 year old child. He finally went in the back to look for it along with a couple employees were they found it and came back out with it. Another employee named Rodney went above and beyond and did a fantastic job. The parts we were renting were gonna be over $300, but he wanted to see if he could resolve our problem without having to do that. He told us to pull the car around back and he went and checked our Freon level (we couldn't check it completely because we didn't have that part, we could only check the level in one part, and it was fine) and mind you, it was over 90 degrees outside and he did not have to do that. It turned out to be low in one end, so he wanted to see if filling it up would fix it, he went inside and got a can of refrigerant and filled it up, without even charging us, and it did fix our problem thank God and thanks to him. While he was out there filling it up, Bruce came out and was watching him, and lit a cigarette up right there beside us and our 1 year old, and with smoke going all in our vehicle because our windows were down (because of having no AC) and was talking and using profanity off and on the whole time. He was very unprofessional and very rude and I will be filling a complaint about him. If you ever go there, make sure to ask for Rodney. He is very kind and makes sure to get the job done.

They didn't have my part in stock,but no problem, the parts person helped me locate on in another store nearby. They were great the pricing was great and I will go back as long as I get the service and the and the prices are lower than the others nearby ...... my hat is off to the staff

With some friends who needed to stop to buy some windshield wipers and came to O'Reilly. As husbands were outside trying to put them on in the rain the employee came out and to assist and hold the umbrellas for the. Such great and thoughtful service!

I would like to personally thank autozone for having one of the most helpful store managers.That i have ever experienced in a place like this. We were one thousand miles from home and had car problems, she went out of her way to help trouble shoot the problem for us with a code reader and we were able to fix the problem so we could finish are trip successfully. Had a local mechanic replace a starter on my truck. Starter lasted about 3 weeks. Mechanic got 2 starters both broken in box new. Had to have starter replaced in Columbus Ga after starter failed. Chevy dealer kept core. Called mechanic to see what I needed to do. He said that O'Reilly's told him that it was nothing they could do without core. Never received a call or anything from O'Reilly's. Am very disappointed in what this cost me. Will never shop at O'Reilly's for sure.

Went in today only to be ignored over incoming phone calls. Since when do phone calls take priority to customers standing in front of you ? Will never spend another cent in there !

I went to the store and i was walking in one of the guys said hello and good afternoon in wbat can i help u sri then i told him what i need we went to this isle and he give what i need it was a good impression in me how the stores guy help me quickly and i like that from this stire .

Went somewhere else & couldn't get any help at all. After eating too much time there, came here only 15 minutes before closing. Gentleman at the counter couldn't get an answer to my question on the computer so was nice enough to check under the hood of my truck to find out what I needed. Will come here first from now on.

I've always enjoyed getting just what I want at this location. If you're in the military be sure to ask for a discount.
