Ryan was awesome from start to finish. His customer service goes beyond anything I've experienced anywhere else. He kept me up to date by sending me pictures and videos of the repairs needed, and quickly making those repairs, getting my car back on the road. I was blown away by his process for handling this project, and his willingness to be transparent while diagnosing my issues. This type of customer service is priceless. He has a lifelong customer in me, and I will highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great mechanic.

It's hard to find a good mechanic you can trust. This guy is really good. He does great work and my car is in great shape after a few different repairs. Highly recommend if you haven't found your go to mechanic, yet.

Best mechanic I've ever been to! Honest, affordable, reliable. There's no other garage I trust with my wife's vehicle. Ryan always goes above and beyond what I expect from a mechanic. You know when people ask you: Do you know a good car mechanic? I say yes! Ryan has always been there for me and my family when it comes to car related issues. He s always able to squeeze me in and take care of my car when I have problems. When the dealership and the other mechanic shops said that everything seemed fine, Ryan was able to quickly diagnose my problem and fix it. I ve never met another mechanic with such an extensive knowledge of cars and their history. He can tell you why this is happening, that it s a common issue with a particular model car and what the fix is! His prices are well below anyone else s and he works around my busy schedule! I'm extremely satisfied with the service that I got here. I had to get a turbo replaced on my car and the dealership was going to charge an arm and a leg, Mode-6 was able to do the job for a fraction of the price and in a month before the dealership would even been able to get to it. I would highly recommend anyone to use them and I'm extremely grateful that I was pointed in their direction.

Dropped my '12 Honda Odyssey off on a Friday afternoon to get some work done while on vacation. I was assured that no work would be done without being notified with what was exactly wrong and what needed to be done. Owner called me first thing Monday morning with diagnosis. I was expecting the worst since they knew I was at their mercy but was pleasantly surprised with what needed to be done and with how little it was going to cost. While I was picking it up the owner also informed me of a couple other necessary precautionary parts that should be replaced and routine valve adjustments that should be made. Anyone in the Prattville, AL area that needs vehicle work done but is unsure of where to go based on cost and/or trust issues, I can honestly say, give Mode-6 a shot. Based on my one and only experience with them, if I lived in the area, this would be the shop I would take my vehicles to.

I ve taken two cars to Ryan here at Mode6 & there s NOWHERE else I d take my cars. Now when people ask do you know a good affordable mechanic I can finally say yes! My car was fixed and ready to go in the day that the parts arrived there s nowhere else will be taking our vehicle for anything other than mode 6!
