I cannot say enough good things about this shop. They were able to get my car fixed in a very reasonable time frame and as the pictures reflect, the work is high quality! My car looks just as she did before, I am beyond impressed.I am generally skeptical about mechanic shops because they so often try to get over on young people, especially women, but Louis and his crew were professional and customer service oriented. I highly recommend Merino s to anyone that has been involved in a car accident and is looking for a reputable, professional, trustworthy shop. Thanks guys!!Service: Body & Trim

I am so thankful we found this place. Insurance wanted to total our vehicle out marinos found a way to make it work out on our behalf . Wonderful friendly staff. They truly care about helping you anyway they can. We have had an amazing experience with them.. picked our BEAUTIFUL Vehicle up today and couldn t be happier.We will be using for future services don t hesitate to give them a chance !!!!So pleased with the vehicle. Merino's did a fantastic job for me on my repair while providing quick, friendly, caring, and professional service!! I'm very grateful that I was referred to you and enjoyed meeting your staff when I came in a few weeks ago. You guys are the best!! Mr. Merino also found numerous paint issues with my new vehicle that he alerted me to. I never would have known there was an issue without him pointing everything out to me. I'm very thankful for his honesty and willingness to help me throughout this year!

Wow, what fantastic service! After another very prominent auto body shop in Prattville turned me down, stating that they didn t know how to fix my hood alignment issue, I went to Merino s on a hunch. Mr. Merino greeted me personally, explained the problem and how he would fix it, asked me to show up early the next day, and had me in and out inside of an hour. A few days later, I came back and they did a little touch up.In the future, I will bring ALL my body work, to include any insurance-paid work, to Mr. Merino in the future.Service: Body & Trim

After a deer hitting and jamming the door of my Ram 1500 they took care of me. My truck is looking as good as before. Everyone one that I spoke with on the staff was friendly and helpful in answering any questions I had. They even took care of my sun visor that had broken after warranty. Merinos Paint and Autobody, and Ezekiel on the mechanics side have been my go to for all my cars for the past 4 years. I have had a lot of work done in 4 different cars from body work, to paint, to mechanic work. They are an excellent down home, small business, take care of the customer place for a fair price. I highly recommend Luis and his team.

I was reccommended to Merinos by the guy that accidently hit my car. Louis gave a very fair price to fix the damage. They did the job in a couple days. The finished work was very good quality. I highly recommend this shop.my car.

The shop did a great job on my truck. I went to the shop for some paint and body work. My truck was damaged from the January tornados in Selma. Merino's Auto dealt with the insurance adjustors. Got all the work needed, done. The truck looked brand new after. Had my front bumper ripped off and they gave me the best possible price that was cheaper than my insurance. Amazing people will be going to them for anymore of my car troubles. Highly recommend for anyone that needs a repair.

The absolute best experience!! They got me a free estimate and had my car fixed so quickly! They had the best quote and the fastest turn around time! My car was fixed before some auto shops could even schedule me for an estimate. They forever have my business and my upmost respect!!

Merino's did a great job on some body work, painting and some console electrical issues. Merino's gave an estimate, scheduled the work and completed the job within a short time frame. I'm new to the area and would typically shop around for any repairs regarding body work or paint, but there's no need; Merino's Auto Paint and Body shop is the shop to go to. Took my secondary vehicle to get several areas on it painted and they did an awesome job. My vehicle was operating fine internally before it was submitted to them. They took a long time with my car to repair something externally which was a bent tire. When they called me to come pick it up, the radio and AC was not working at all. I literally visited them 4 times to rectify the issue and they stated the AC was out of whack before we brought it in which was a lie. They were very unprofessional and slacked in trying to come up with a solution. Eventually we had to take it to another dealership for them to fix it. Luckily I didn t have to come of pocket being that the deductible was paid and the case was still open. I wouldn t recommend anybody at all to come here. Save your energy and time.
