Yall go see Dustin!I inherited my grandfathers 01 Ford and it needed a good lil tune up after sitting for so long.Dustin and his crew did TOP NOTCH work, and had it back to me very rapidly.They do good work.They are honest.& they stand behind their work.Excellent shop for all your vehicles needs.

Took my vehicle here for an alignment. After checking my vehicle, they were very honest. I was told that my vehicle was within the specs on alignment. They wouldn't charge me anything for checking the specs. Where else will you get that kind of honesty? Highly recommend this place! It's really difficult to trust mechanic shops these days.

Went in on a recommendation to see these people and they were awesome! Great and fast service. Best price of 2 other places and super nice! Had a new set of tires the next day. Very happy and we will be back for services!

They overcharged for a 10 minute job and was rude and unprofessional to a customer while I was in the shop! Do not recommend this place at all! What a rip off!

My car is currently at McNeil and son and just wanted to say I've been using them for year and they always are willing to work with you as much as they can. Great place. Highly recommend!

Today was my first visit and I was impressed with how professional and friendly the staff was! And thorough! Diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and completed the work quickly. I will definitely use in the future!

Update... heaths soon called me after writing the 2 star review and explained to me a situation that happened and he said he has got rid of the mechanic I've had issues with his work. I am going up there to speak with heath about replacing my damaged battery, the ate up serpentine belt, and the pulley that all got ruined from the "trouble mechanic" and I'll update my review again and let yall know how it went and what I think ! Today is September 7th 2022 Thanks to all 5.5 million viewers who follow my opinion on Google I appreciate your support and your trust that I'm a fair honest reviewer!

The whole crew were quick and very professional. I had new set of tires and alignment done tech found a problem with the tie rod and suggested to replace it. This is the service i like to have.Thanks to the McNeils great job

Every time I take my truck there they fix it quick & are always nice. If something is wrong with my truck, I will always take it to Health. He has taken care of me & my family for years. I highly recommend them for any automobile needs!!

They have taken care of my 2015 lexus since purchased! Wonderful people and show you everything they see and take you out in the shop and explain it to the best of their ability so that i can understand what they are talking about! I will never use anyone else

I had a trailer tire with a nail and a screw in it. McNeal & Son had it patched it up within 30 minutes. Solid work. And they gave me an unexpected military discount. Thanks for supporting the military!

Horrible service charged me twice for a job they did wrong the first time. Overpriced installed a transmission with no fluid and charged me to take down again plus the fluid which voided my warranty on the transmission because they drove it without fluid. All I got was " Man how were we supposed to know it had no fluid?" Da your supposed to be mechanic shop not a bank deposit shop.

Had the air compressor on my Honda go out and they fixed it! Air is blowing cold. Great customer service would definitely recommend!

My car needed the entire power steering system replaced and they did the repair in a timely manner at a great price. My car drives beautifully again and I highly recommend this shop.

Been using this shop for a long time they did an awesome job on the motor in my truck would recommend this place to anyone i wouldn't use anyone else great prices and they have a great staff of skilled mechanics
